Ch 161 – A Message to the Entire World

Half a year has finally passed since the Year 2055, and rapid changes have occurred throughout the entire world.

And in this world, only a few beings like that exist.

But out of nowhere, a few years ago, two new Z Rank Hunters appeared from nowhere.

They were called the unrivaled duo, the greatest partners to ever exist! From the very start, the two have been with each other in a meteoric rise to the top.

Grand Magus, Nicolas Olfen; Crimson King, Raiden Stolas!

A powerful mage that can bring forth destruction, creation, and a revolution!

Known as the fastest human in the entire world, Crimson King is renowned for his deadliness and is titled the strongest Hunter!

Such beings are revered throughout the entire world. They wield strength far above the common man and are beings closest to what can be called God! Spells that can cause a meteor to strike down on Earth, speed that is far above the speed of sound, an army of shadows that can surpass tens of militaries, a fairy of light that can wield light like a Goddess!

But even such powerful beings can't compare to the rapid changes brought by thousands, nay, tens of thousands of individuals working in tandem!

A few months ago, the whole world was introduced to the now legendary Guild and company, Paragon!

From a humble company and business under Gal Ryuk's control, it experienced a qualitative change in mere months and has expanded throughout Korea! From changing its name from Gal Company to Paragon, to even sponsoring the famous Paragon Guild!

Gal Ryuk was now known as the legendary hunter who has talent in the field of business that is only below the founder of Treasure Heaven!

From a humble summoner who only earns a few million a year, to now the owner of a company and sponsor of a Guild that allows him to earn a tremendous amount of money only a few can dream of in the comfort of his own home. He was now far from his days of risking his life inside a dungeon to earn power, money, and glory, he was now a true businessman who lives with money!

In just half a month, the small Paragon company quickly went through rapid changes, its expansion can only be considered astonishing to those who know business and have dabbled in it. From starting in Seoul as one lonely branch, it quickly extended out its paws and in just half a month, it has even built its last branch and has successfully created a branch in every single part of Korea!

How? Well, it was due to two simple factors.

Immense luck, and immense intellect.

As the founder of Treasure Heaven noticed the rapid rise of Paragon in its infantile stage, he struck while the iron is hot and offered the deal that would radically change the course of history for Korea: A Partnership.

With the support of a Colossus in the economic world, along with Gal Ryuk's terrifying intellect that can seemingly dictate the course of the rise and fall between trends and such, Paragon turned into a monster in the land of Korea.

Using the partnership between both Paragon and Treasure Heaven, Gal Ryuk slowly transformed the already existing branches of Treasure Heaven throughout Korea and modified them into Paragon's branches!

In mere months, tens of Treasure Heaven branches throughout the nation of Korea became part of Paragon, solidifying their rapid rise as more shocking developments ensued.

Multiple Guilds, ranging from small, medium, and large, have all joined and merged with Paragon Guild! With multiple guilds joining one by one, it created a ripple effect that prompted others to also join, increasing Paragon Guild's numbers and strength, and now, it was already in the upper tier of forces in Korea!

Only a few guilds now rivaled Paragon Guild in Korea, and most of those Guilds have S Rank Hunters for their leader, meaning as long as Paragon Guild gains S Rank Hunters, that will propel their overall strength to the top of Korea!

But even without S Rank Hunters, the terrifying hunters of Paragon Guild are far better than the average hunters of Korea and perhaps even the entire world! They have the highest amount of C, B, and A-Rank Hunters in Korea, and that only continues to rise as more time passes.

With wealth, knowledge, and numbers by their sides, both the company and guild quickly made each other grow exponentially!

By now, Paragon—the company—has expanded its roots into other industries. From games, software, entertainment, food, monsters, and such, allowing Paragon to be Korea's number one company in terms of influence and power!

Such a meteoric rise created tidal waves throughout the entire world. With Paragon's economic power, it would surely expand to other countries and would destroy the power balance of the entire world, slowly but surely!

And now, a moment that would decide the fate of Paragon has occurred.

Many people throughout the entire world watched with bated breaths, tens of millions of humans regardless of race, age, and gender sat at the edge of their seats as a new event prompted the entire world's interest, nay, their utmost attention!

What are S-Rank Hunters? They are the pillars of strength of a country, they are the kings and queens who wield might that can be considered the peak of the mortal world! Beings that are only below Demigods and Gods!

And now, what if an event would determine the birth of new S-Rank Hunters were to start? Of course, the whole world will pay attention to it, for fierce generals are either born or killed under the threads of fate!

Inside a hellish landscape with flowing rivers of lava, waterfalls of bright red magma, and countless mounds of burning rocks with molten liquid spewing out of their peaks, there existed countless demonic corpses lying everywhere.

The demonic creatures were ginormous in size, with the smallest among them being just shy of 3 meters tall! They were nothing short of demons, with devilish spikes, obsidian skin, fiery eyes, jagged teeth, and long tails.

They are Hellhounds, the dogs of hell that can wield hellfire that will burn for an eternity until the target dies! They are one of the most fearsome monsters one can face in the entire world, with the Emperor variants wielding strength at the upper tier of S-Rank, they are beings just below Dragons and Hydras!

And in such a hellish landscape, five beings can be seen hovering in the sky while looking down at a ginormous Boss Hellhound Emperor the size of a large mountain! With fiery eyes, sharp teeth the size of buildings, obsidian-like skin that was able to resist the conditions of the dungeon, and a sharp tail akin to a predatory snake.

On the other hand, a man with long black hair and abyssal black eyes stared at it with an apathetic gaze. He wore a simple black scholarly robe, covering his entire body with it while a floating blue ball of electricity hovered around him.

Beside the man, there was a black figure whose appearance was similar to a Hellhound Emperor with a pair of demonic wings behind its back coated in blazing hellfire. Though a lot smaller, the aura the black monster exuded wasn't any weaker compared to the others in the group.

Flying in the sky, a muscular man with flowing bloody red hair grinned at the Boss Monster with a crazed look. All throughout his body, one can see glowing beast totems that had such quality they almost looked alive. Behind him, a pair of feathery red wings allowed him to hover in the air.

Along with the muscular man, there floated a sword immortal with flowing white hair. He wore a simple white robe, while a series of swords floated beside him in the air, each exuding a magical aura that was either divine or demonic.

And finally, there was a man with fluffy white hair and golden eyes. Besides him, many magical constructs floated beside him as nigh-endless energy poured into them.

With that, the six beings paused for a short while before charging at one another, and a fierce fight ensued…

As a blue portal opened up in the middle of the stage, the whole world quickly erupted into an uproar as this signified a new change, the birth of four S-Rank Hunters!

Not only that, they even completed the difficult S-Rank Dungeon—Hellhound Fortress, meaning that their power was definitely in the upper tier of S-Rank Hunters!

What does the birth of four S-Rank Hunters signify? It means it is the birth of four new beings at the peak of the mortal realm, with might rivaling entire nations! If they were transported to a world of swords and magic, they'd have strength capable of crushing a kingdom alone!

With their status as S-Rank Hunters now stabilized, it means that Paragon Guild is now the strongest Guild in Korea! Four S-Rank Hunters! Only a few guilds could hope to have such a powerful line-up!

Quickly, four figures walked out of the gate with their appearance draped in blood and wearing tattered clothing, but the glow in their eyes couldn't conceal the vigor they are experiencing!

"Isaac, Isaac! How does it feel to officially become an S-Rank Hunter?"

"What are your future plans now that Paragon Guild is the number one guild in Korea?"

"Gal Jum, how was it like fighting the fearsome Boss Hellhound Emperor?"

"Qian Feng, did your swords melt under the fearsome hellfire of the hellhounds?"

"Yokota Makoto, were you able to also wield the hellfire of the hellhounds?"

A flood of questions barraged their way and the four looked everywhere with a confident demeanor, especially Gal Jum who was already flexing his muscles to the entire world.

Laughing lightly, Isaac grabbed a mic and started to walk up to the podium, catching all of the attention of the reporters in the entire area.

A long ringing sound ensues as Isaac taps his mic, and he coughs lightly to grab their attention and for them to dwell in silence.

The whole world at that moment seemed to have gone silent, as the whole world's attention was put onto Isaac Deathwill, the legendary guild leader of Paragon Guild and a powerful Necromancer that commands a legion of undead!

"I'm going to keep this brief and short," Isaac said calmly, his voice was akin to a calm lake that remained unperturbed even when the entire world was staring at him.

"This is merely the start for me, Paragon Guild, and Paragon itself. The plan was never to be just Korea's number one guild and Korea's number one guild leader. I and my guildmates have all wished to truly be the embodiment of what it means to be a Paragon, to be the very best itself!" Isaac's voice boomed and echoed throughout Earth, his shocking statement causing chaos to ensue.

But he didn't stop, his eyes gleamed with a sinister light as he gave an amicable smile: "And to those who plan to interfere, remember that each action has its consequences. Either you join us, or remain neutral, if not, prepare to face utter destruction."

Just like that, a flash of bright white light covered the four and they teleported out of there without saying another word. A loud uproar echoed throughout the entire world, for Isaac has just directly threatened the entire world!

"Ahaha! That Isaac fella, he really is quite the daring guy!" A girl with golden hair and eyes laughed loudly, her eyes were fixated on the floating screen in front of her as she looked to the side and saw another floating screen, showing the profile picture of a guy named Shadow 'Edgelord' Monarch.

"… But he does have the foundation to back up his arrogance. Instead of arrogance, it should instead be considered absolute confidence in himself and his abilities."

"Maybe, but directly threatening the world? Even I wouldn't do that."

"You're right… This either means his cheat is quite powerful, or he is just another arrogant but fortunate guy."
