Chapter 39
"If you can't do anything about it then I have to do it myself,"
Harry speaks angrily about the comments of the Headmaster and his reaction to the attack.
He then raises his wand in the air and speaks.
"I Harry James Potter, Heir of Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff take control over the control of the Hogwarts wards from Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, so mote it be."
When he finished saying, the light flashed which covers both Harry and Dumbledore. Dumbledore suddenly feels the loss of Hogwarts ward and Harry feels the power and magic of the castle and its wards.
Dumbledore doesn't know what he becomes more surprised with, it is Harry is the Heir of the founders or the loss of his control over Hogwarts. He started to speak to Harry so that he can make his way to take control of Hogwarts again.
"Harry, you are still a boy who should enjoy his life and not be stressed out in stuff like this. You make all the things as it is before and let me handle the things like it is before."
"I am sorry Professor but it is not possible now, after seeing your reaction today I am not sure that you can protect the students from any harm."
"Harry, I am more than capable to handle the situation so please give the wards back to me."
"I am sorry Professor, as I said before that is not possible."
Harry then ignores the Headmaster and raises his wand again.
"I as the Heir of Hogwarts founders remove the current board of governors from the Hogwarts as they are not able to fulfill their duty correctly."
Then the white light flashes again.
Dumbledore wants to say something but Harry ignores him and called all the teachers to the Headmaster's office.
He then waits for the teachers to come but before that, he has to remove those creatures and the only thing that come to his mind is to banish them from Hogwarts and so he did.
"I remove Dementor the vile creature from Hogwarts and banish them from the Hogwarts and make it so that they never able to enter the Hogwarts again."
Again the light flashes but this time Harry felt that quite a large about of his magic is used as he is feeling weak after this. He then sits on the chair in front of Dumbledore as it is the closest to him.
When he sits, Dumbledore starts to tell him that he should give the wards back to him and enjoy his life as he is still not big enough to focus on these things.
Harry is not listening to any of that, in his mind, there is a mess. He is thinking about the stuff he has to deal with. He now has to face the minister when he knows about him removing the dementors from the school. Harry is not in the mood to face the minister as it is just a waste of time to make him understand anything.
Dumbledore when he saw that Harry is not listening to him, stops speaking and started to think that how harry become the heir of the founders. He only knows that he is the heir of Slytherin because of the right of conquest but how can he be heir of the other 3 houses and how he is unable to find out about it.
Dumbledore starts to think of a way to counter Harry's claim and make him able to control Harry's life which is required for the greater good. Suddenly something comes to his mind, Harry is just minor and is still heir, not Lord. He can void his words by the rule of ministry as he can't take control over his lordship duty because he is still minor. The control over a ward is Lord's duty so it comes into it. With that in mind, he speaks in confidence.
"Harry, my boy I am sorry but you force me to do this."
Harry stops his train of thought and looks toward Dumbledore as to what he is going to do.
"I as Chief Warlock of Wizengamot remove your control of the wards of Hogwarts as you are still the minor and by the rule of ministry a minor can't take the role of Lord and taking control of ward is the duty of lord."
Harry looks toward him for a couple of seconds and a small smirk appears on his face as he knew that he is going to bring this rule which he learned when he is learning with Aunt Andi and is already prepared for it.
