An incident occurred within the daylight of Chaldea. The incident caused Chaldea's residence to panic. The incident itself took place within the central control room. A portal appeared without warning before a person fell out of the portal. When the person dropped on the floor, the portal immediately disappeared. The people in the central control room gained their distance, for the lack of certainty if the fallen person was friend or foe.

A master with their servant approached the fallen person. The master and the servant examined the fallen person, before announcing the individual was not a threat while also confirming that the person was unconscious. The unconscious person was transferred to the medical office afterwards.

The person's vitals seemed to be average and nothing was unusual while they remained unconscious. When the person awakens, they spoke to Docter Romani Archaman.

"Where am I?" they quoted.

Docter replied to them by telling them they were currently in Chaldea. The person then launched a variety of questions towards the Docter. Most of which the Docter couldn't answer fast enough. The Docter eventually was cable to question the person.

Unfortunately, the person seemed to have a case of amnesia. The person would repeat words or phrases they already said or perhaps heard before.

Despite not knowing the person's name or where they originally came from, Chaldea accepted them. The person received the new name of Jade Quinn.

Jade is a person who shared both male and female genitalia. This is why Jade is inferred as a person and not male or female. Jade's true gender is classified. Chaldea's residence, however, has referred to Jade by either the male or female genders without questioning Jade's true gender. Jade in question did not seem to mind the confusion between the Chaldea residence and their gender.

Jade was assigned several occupations as they requested to volunteer for labour work. Out of the many choices Chaldea had provided, Jade chose to do janitor duty. Jade was questioned for this, and their answer was;

"I like cleaning."
