True Name: Jane Grey

Introduction: Jane Grey was the Queen of England during the Tudor dynasty, reigning for only nine days. She is also the first female monarch in English history to be deposed.

Her father was Duke Henry Grey of Suffolk, and her mother was Frances Brandon. Her maternal grandmother, Mary Tudor, was the daughter of Henry VII and the sister of Henry VIII. She was married to the King of France and later remarried.

In July 1553, after the death of King Edward VI of England, Jane Grey was pushed onto the throne of England due to political and religious reasons. However, also due to religious reasons, the English Parliament deposed Jane Grey from her position as queen just nine days later and proclaimed Mary I (later known as Bloody Mary) as the queen.

In February of the following year, Jane Grey was secretly executed in the Tower of London at the age of 16.

Originally lacking the qualifications of a Heroic Spirit, she manifests an extremely terrifying demonic appearance by fusing with the legend of a castle's evil spirit. Her spiritual core is inherently unstable, and being attacked by holy-based magecraft increases her mental burden. Confronted with a holy-based Noble Phantasm, she will self-destruct in an instant.

Under the influence of this ability, Jane can to some extent alter her appearance, transforming into a demonic form with blade-like claws, enhancing her fear-inducing abilities.

Jane carries a significant amount of curses, making her akin to a breeding ground for toxins. The crown partially suppresses the spread of curses and becomes an auxiliary weapon to compensate for Jane's combat abilities. However, once in an uncontrollable state, the illusory crown will shatter in an instant, and all suppressed curses will corrode everything.

Comes with a slow HP recovery effect, allowing wounds to slowly heal when out of combat.

Curse, curse, curse... All the accumulated fear and resentment before death transform into terrifying phantoms. Jane harbors a deep hatred towards her aunt, Mary I, who brought ruin to her family. The power of this curse becomes a weapon for Jane to take lives, causing ordinary people within the range of the Noble Phantasm to die and dissolve without any resistance, becoming nourishment for the curse. Against magicians and Servants with resistance, it inflicts sustained mental and physical trauma, but its actual effectiveness in Servant battles is low.

Ironically, Mary I, whom Jane cursed (Bloody Mary), obtained the position of a Heroic Spirit based solely on her accomplishments in life, without the need to fuse with a legend of evil spirits. If she were to manifest in the Assassin class, Bloody Mary (in the Caster class, she would also gain the boost of the Witch legend) would far surpass Jane in combat prowess.

Even more ironically, Richard III originally intended to summon Bloody Mary.

Back then, Mary I did offer her niece choices other than beheading, as long as Jane was willing to renounce the Protestant faith.

However, Jane Grey rejected the "kindness" of Mary I (Bloody Mary). She was, of course, unaware that this "kindness" was intended to suppress Protestantism and make the followers of the new faith submit to the authority of Queen Mary, whom they revered. For the sake of her faith, Jane simply rejected the "kindness."

The Jane who has transformed into an evil spirit is not completely overtaken by the curse, as there remains a pure power of belief within her heart. It is a composite ability similar to "Battle Continuation," "Martyr," and "Blessing of Faith." It automatically activates once when receiving a fatal injury.

Damage is reversed and converted into her magical energy, allowing her to continue fighting for a certain period through sheer willpower. During this time, she exhibits higher resistance to magic.

Originally, this ability should have been listed as a personal skill, but Jane altered the attributes table of the Servant and placed this ability in the Noble Phantasm slot. As a result, the Noble Phantasm rank on the status panel changed from C+ to B.
