Fate as an Alchemist

FMA Alchemy in Nasuverse. Mc is one year younger than Waver Velvet and will participate in the Fourth Holy Grail War. There are elements from Kara no Kyoukai, especially during volume 1 and 3, but not much and everything is explained. The mc is both an alchemist and a magus so don't expect him to be a hero. All the FMA alchemies are based on the 2009 anime. Ignore any knowledge or info you may have on the 2003 one.

So you came for revenge huh?

Author note:

I'm gonna be honest and say it... I hate the nasuverse. It is absurdly complicated!

I know I didn't post for a couple of days, but I needed to do some research to clarify some new doubts I had about certain characters that will appear in this volume as well as some of the magecrafts used by them.

Just like every monster made by any scientist in every single movie, the first thing the abomination did was attack me.

"Tsch, just go after the old bag of bones." I muttered, avoiding its attacks.

*Roaaar*

"Sigh, you've got to be kidding me..." I said as it launched itself in my direction.

Moving out of its way, I watched it clash with the houses behind me and tear them apart, before focusing its attention back on me.

Narrowing my eyes, I watched the countless faces that appeared and disappeared from its body with a combination of interest and disgust.

Most of the faces simply screamed, however there were a couple of them that seemed to have enough sanity to mutter incoherent sentences or words, something about killing them or whatever.

"Sigh, honestly I am not even sure why I expected you to obey me in the first place..." I muttered with a disappointed tone. "I guess I got a bit too caught up in everything going on and forgot the most likely outcome while creating you would be a monster with nearly no intelligence."

The monster swinged its arms in my direction, however I simply dodged them by moving slightly to the side.

"Whatever, I will go kill the old woman, so be a good boy and stay here." I said, shaking my head in disappointment.

I knew then monster would obviously not stay here, but I was quite interested in seeing what it was going to do when left alone. There was also the fact that I needed to kill the woman, so it would be a good idea to get to it now, not that she would actually succeed in going anywhere.

"Tsch, this got annoying..." I muttered, giving my back to the monster and walking away.

Before I could leave the town however, my instincts flared up.

Turning around in an instant, I saw the head of my monster fly in my direction, dripping blood along the way.

Moving to the side, I ignored the green head that crash-landed right next to me and the small drops of blood that hit my clothes, instead focusing on the direction form which the head came.

Next to the corpse of my monster stood a woman wearing a white shirt and some blue jeans, however what really stood out from her appearance was the bright red hair, which went all the way down to her waist. I felt some resemblance with someone else due to her facial features, but couldn't really place it.

All this however was nothing compared to the familiarity I sensed from her magical energy, for some reason it reminded me of... Zelretch!

My eyes widened slightly as the woman came closer.

"You are a sorcerer huh." I said, staring into her blue eyes.

Her being a sorcerer explained how she was able to get so close without me noticing, after all sorcerer have absurd control over their magical energy and I didn't even set up any bounded fields.

"Yes." replied the woman.

Her expression was pretty familiar and thus extremely annoying. It was the face everyone had whenever they disagreed with my 'cruel' and 'inhumane' methods, indeed... it was the face of an idiot.

Silence covered the town for a moment before it was interrupted by the sound of electricity. Red sparks covered the monster as it stood up, its head reformed.

The woman looked at the monster confused before raising her hand in its direction, however she was interrupted by my words.

"Its mine." I said in a serious tone. "And I would greatly appreciate it if you stopped."

The woman looked at me for a moment before returning her attention to the monster. Blue circles appeared around her arm as she chanted something in a low tone with incredibly high speed.

I found myself in an annoying situation. It was pretty obvious that we would end up fighting, after all she wasn't even trying to hide her hostility, so seeing her magecraft would give me an advantage in figuring out how to fight her, however I would have to most likely sacrifice my first successful creation of this kind.

My eyebrows twitched as I stared at the ray of blue and pink light that came out of the magic circle and completely annihilated the monster, along with half of the town.

"You made this 'thing', didn't you?" she asked with clear anger, which in turn made me more annoyed.

"And who do you think you are, to not just ignore my words but also question me?" I asked back with a scowl.

Silence returned for a moment as we stared at each other, both releasing magical energy which made the surrounding feel more like the middle of a storm rather than a sunny day.

"I am Aoko Aozaki." she said. "And from what I heard, you took my sister."

I narrowed my eyes at her words. There was indeed a slight resemblance to Touko, but I have never heard of Touko's sister being a sorcerer...

"I was also told that you were a monster yourself, a devil in human skin." she continued. "I planned on confirming those words as well, and it is evident that they are true. You slaughtered everyone in this town, didn't you? Women and children alike, to make that beast."

Well, by now it was beyond clear that she came for me and wouldn't leave without a fight, so I had to first take care of some things.

Looking to the side, I pointed my finger into the forest and fired a beam of light using 'Mana Burst', which I learned form Artoria. Normally I would need a conduit, specifically Excalibur Morgan, however I could condense a simple beam of energy and fire it without it if I didn't mind not being cost-efficient.

Aoko's eyes widened as her senses expanded, however she was too late to react. By the time she realised where my attack was headed, the old woman already laid dead on the floor with a hole on her chest.

"Now then..." I muttered, turning my attention to her. "Do you mind explaining who exactly told you to come after me?"

Anger became evident in her face. "You really don't understand the value of life." she said with a venomous tone. "Someone like you shouldn't have any sort of power!"

To say that I was irritated would be an understatement. This entire day was just one insult after an another, unfortunately for her though, I too could play that game.

A vicious smile formed on my face as I stared at her.

"Well then, let's just hope you are more entertaining than your sister-"
