Lioness?

RUDY'S POV :

"Boss, it's time." Julian, my second in command said as I was busy checking all the cameras to see if everything is going well. After making sure that everything is fine at the docks, I directly came here to arrange everything for tonight.

"Is everything ready?" I asked him.

"Yes, Boss. Everything is prepared and everyone is ready to start the match. We are waiting for your order to start the match." He replied.

"Okay, start the match. I'll be there." He nodded and left to announce.

I went outside after checking the cameras one last time and walked to my private space on the first floor where I can see the whole ring clearly.

I'm in one of my fighting clubs where illegal fights are held at. I'll manage everything here and also the clubs sometimes but mostly I'll be in my fighting clubs as it is my favourite place.

As Julian said to start the fight, the commentator started announcing Round one of the match and everyone started shouting and enjoying the show.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS! WELCOME TO MIDNIGHT FIGHTING CLUB. THE MATCH IS ABOUT TO START NOW! SO, GUYS BE READY TO KICK SOME ASSES ORRRRR YOUR ASS WILL BE KICKED BY SOMEONE ELSE." I chuckled at my commentator, he is a funny guy. He is the only one who can entertain everyone here without fighting. Only his talks are enough.

"AS YOU ALL KNOW, THIS IS NOT A CHILD GAME SO I'LL GIVE YOU ONE LAST CHANCE TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. AFTER ENTERING THE RING, THERE IS NO WAY OUT. SO ANYONE??" He asked and waited to see if anyone wanted to go out.

As always there are some noobs who freaked out and started running outside. They are some college kids who just wanted to prove themselves strong in front of their friends and girlfriends. But as the commentator said, this is not a game for kids.

"WELL, THE TIME IS UP TO LEAVE NOW. YOU ALREADY KNOW THE RULES, WHOEVER WINS ALL THE ROUNDS GET TO FIGHT WITHHHHH MEEE!" The crowd started shouting in disappointment.

Everyone knows the rules, whoever wins all the rounds gets to fight with Julian and whoever wins Julian has to fight with me.

Till now no one has ever beaten me. And after Julian came, no one can beat him except for me. So, I decided to put him before me because only I can beat him.

And I increased the prize money too. Whoever beats Julian gets an amount of 10 thousand dollars and whoever beats me can win One million dollars as prize money. So, everyone is so eager to win the money as it is a huge amount.

"OKAY STOP YELLING GUYS, I'M JUST KIDDING. YOU GUYS WON'T EVEN STAND A CHANCE IN FRONT OF ME SO I'LL JUST LEAVE IT TO JULIAN." Everyone started laughing and Julian rolled his eyes. "LET'S SEE IF ANY ONE OF YOU CAN BEAT HIM TODAY. LOOKS LIKE THE FIRST TWO FIGHTERS ARE READY TO FIGHT. YOU GUYS KNOW THE RULES, THERE ARE NO TIMEOUTS. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT UNTIL ONE IS UNCONSCIOUS OR GAVE UP. AND SOMETIMES YOU WILL DIE TOO. SO, IT'S A DO. OR. DIE. GAME. I HOPE YOU ARE READY TO GET YOUR ASSES BEATEN UP.

AND THE MATCH WILL START ON A THREE SECONDS COUNT. EVERYONE COUNT WITH ME. THREEEEE….TWOOOO….ONEEE….!" As the commentator started counting, the audience also joined and counted with him.

The two fighters started fighting and everyone started shouting and cheering up for the fighters. The whole club is echoing with their shouts and sometimes with their laughs when the commentator jokes around.

And just like everyday betting has started, and everyone is supporting their fighters. The total field is filled with pure adrenaline rush. Everyone is enjoying the game with their eyes wide open so as not to miss a single punch.

As round one goes, one of them wins and round two begins with two new fighters. After all the rounds are finished, round winners have to fight among themselves. And the one who wins all the fights has to fight with Julian.

Four rounds have already been done. As the commentator already said, it's not a child game. Whoever lost in the last rounds was severely injured, and broke some bones.

And now, for the fifth round, the commentator announced for the fighters to get into the ring. One of them already entered, he is one of the regular fighters here, one of the strong ones. And as for the second one?? No one came.

The Commentator started counting for that person, they should come to the stage on a count of 10 or else another fighter will join the round and he/she will be out. "FIVE…SIX…" And suddenly one of my club members came to the commentator saying something in his ear. What could it be?

He smiled and nodded, "A HUGE SURPRISE TO YOU GUYS, JUST NOW I GOT TO KNOW THAT OUR MYSTERIOUS FIGHTER CAME." Mysterious fighter? Who could it be?

"YOU GUYS ARE WONDERING ABOUT WHO I'M TELLING RIGHT?"

"JUST TELL US IDIOT, WHO THE HELL IS HE?" One of the audience shouted. That's how they are, very impatient. They just came here to see the fight and enjoy the show while betting on the strongest fighters.

"OKAY OKAY, I KNOW THAT YOU ARE VERY IMPATIENT. I WON'T LET YOU GUYS WAIT ANY MORE THAN IT IS ALREADY. BUT FOR YOUR INFORMATION, IT'S NOT A HE BUT A SHE…" What? Everyone is shocked, even me. Who could it be? I waited for him to talk just like everyone.

"SO GUUYYSSS, AFTER A LONG GAP, OUR MYSTERIOUS LIONESS ISSSSSS BAAACKK." As he finished announcing, everyone started shouting and yelling.

'LIONESS', a secret fighter and very mysterious to all of us. She never reveals her face not even once, whoever tried to reveal the mask on her face in the middle of the fight, she beats them to death. But no, she won't kill them just punished them with her punches or so for them to get hospitalized for a month or two.

Well, that's what I heard from all the people here. I had never really seen her fight but heard a lot about her. She is one of the strongest fighters in the world.

But suddenly she stopped fighting, I don't know why. And now after one year gap, she came back again. Now, I got a chance to see her fight. Is she still as strong as everyone says? Let's see how strong she is.

Just like a Lioness, she walked into the ring like she owned it. And Just like I heard, she looks beautiful and has a strong aura around her.

She is in all black, black mask and wore a black leather jacket which has a small Lioness imprint on it. I heard that it's her signature jacket. Her hair is black but I'm sure it's a wig, as everyone knows she changes her wigs from time to time.

"WELCOME BACK LIONESS… WE ARE EAGERLY WAITING TO SEE YOU FIGHT AFTER A LONG TIME." She just nodded and looked around the ring just for once and looked up to see and that's when I saw her eyes. And her eyes?

What the hell? For a second I thought it was Camilla but I know for sure that it was not her. Why did she wear purple contact lenses? I know that it's a lens because only our family has purple eyes and everyone knows it as it is unique.

She smirked after seeing me or is it just my imagination? Do I know her? She looks like someone I know but who is she?

The commentator started counting again and everyone started betting on our regular fighter thinking that Lioness has lost her strength to fight. But let's see.

After the counting, they started fighting, but with just a punch in his face and a kick in his stomach, he lost consciousness. Did she just knock him out? OMG, now I know why everyone talked about her before. She is really strong like damn strong.

The audience started shouting and cheering. She gave a lesson to whoever thought that she lost her strength. This round has completed so quickly.

And in the next round, winners of the previous rounds will fight with each other. "Julian…" I called him with my microphone.

"Yes, boss."

"Tell the commentator to begin the fight with her. I want to see her fighting skills." I told him because If she wins this round she will fight with others too. So I can see her fighting skills.

"Okay boss." He went to the commentator to tell him what I said. And Just like I said, he started the fight with her.

Even in this fight, she just knocked him out in just one minute with just a few punches and kicks. Whenever the opponent tried to punch her, she just ducked and kicked him like a pro. Three rounds have passed and now this is the last one. If she wins this, she needs to fight with Julian.

This fighter is not easy, he is one of the strongest fighters. Let's see how she faces him. Now, everyone is betting on Lioness, cheering for her and shouting her name.

The fight started, he tried to punch her in the face, but she held his fist easily like it was a feather and broke his hand. He cried in pain and his face filled with anger.

He started punching nonstop, but she just dodged every punch until he was tired and kicked him hard and elbowed on his chest cracking a few bones which made him fall. Just like that, She won again. And now, she has to fight Julian.

Everyone is so eager to see them fight. If she really wins this fight, I have to fight her. But I never fought with women. I respect them, I don't want to fight them in fights like these. I never think girls are weak because I know damn well how strong they are, I have seen my mom and sister.

In fact, I was trained by my mom and fought with my sister so many times. But it's just training and it's different. I just don't want to fight with women in street fights just for money. They deserve more.

Julian went near her, walking and taking rounds around her, "Lioness, I have heard a lot about you. But you have never seen me that's why you got the chance to win. I know for sure you fought with weak ones. For me, you are just like any other girl. So, be ready to get back to the hole where you came from." Julian insulted her which makes her furious. What's wrong with him today? He never behaved like that.

"You shouldn't have said that, do you have a death wish or what?" The commentator whispered in his ear which he just scowled.

She just chuckled and smirked, "Let's see."

The fight started, girls are shouting Julian's name and for boys, you already know whose name they will scream. The commentator gave the signal to fight and they started.

Julian tried to punch her but she didn't give him a chance and dodged. She tried to punch him and he dodged. It went on like that for a minute until he lost his patience and tried to capture her but she just ducked and in an instant, she is behind him which startled him.

She acts like she was going to punch him but instead she slid her foot under him which made him fall on his knees and then she kicked him in his face hard enough to break his jaw which made him fall.

Damn, how did she do that? Only a few people know tricks like these, and she did it like a pro. Everyone was stunned and looked at her in awe after seeing her Little trick, even Julian.

He doesn't know that trick, only I know that trick here because I was trained by the strongest. Julian's ego was hurt now, he was humiliated by a woman and his anger roses like he wanted to kill her but she just smirked at him pushing his ego even more.

He lost his patience and attacked her like a maniac, she dodged and ducked all his attacks until he was tired. And started punching nonstop and kicked his jaw again with her leg, he fell on the floor dripping blood from his mouth and wincing in pain.

She walked towards him and clutched his jaw making him groan in pain, "Never ever underestimate a woman. You'll be thrilled to see what they have up their sleeves. A woman merely let's you be King, for as long as it pleases her." And she punched him for the last time with her left hand while holding his face with her right hand, which makes him unconscious.

That's how it is, she is playing a game by pushing your limits. Smart play and very intelligent. Just like a predator waits for its prey to get tired by running. She sure is Lioness, without getting a single punch, She won again.

"WOW… SHE BEATS OUR JULIAN TOO. NOW, THAT'S A RECORD GUYS… NO ONE EVER BEATS HIM UNTIL NOW. EVEN AFTER A LONG GAP, YOUR STRENGTH AND POWER ARE AWESOME. AND NOW, FOR THE LAST MATCH OF THE NIGHT, SHE HAS TO FIGHT OUR HAWK." Well, that's my underworld name. I called the commentator to tell him to give the whole prize money to her which is one million even though she doesn't fight me. Because she deserves it. "I KNOW THAT EVERYONE IS SO EAGER TO SEE HIM IN THE RING, BUT, AS YOU ALL KNOW OUR BOSS DOESN'T FIGHT WITH WOMEN, HE RESPECTS THEM. SO HE ANNOUNCED OUR LIONESS AS THE WINNER AND GAVE THE WHOLE PRIZE MONEY WHICH ISSSSS ONE MILLION." Everyone started shouting and screaming Lioness's name as the commentator announces.

She just scoffed, "He is just afraid of losing and doesn't want to get beaten up by a woman." I laughed at her comment, she doesn't care about who I am. She is brave enough to challenge me but I don't put my principles aside for my ego. She just gave me one last look while smirking and collected the amount she won. "I won't take the money unless I fight with him." She didn't take the whole money but just took the amount she won for fighting with Julian. I like her courage in challenging me and with that, she left like a Lioness while everyone was screaming her name. And whenever I see her fight, it reminds me of my mom and Camilla.

But what I can't tell is, she looks like someone I know. And the way she punches, I have seen that somewhere. But where? I need to figure it out.
