Chapter 33 : Date turned Dangerous
Blair’s POV
I lean back in my chair, knowing exactly what is coming, but Raven only has an inkling of what is about to happen. He glances at me as we hear another swooshing sound in the next booth. Raven almost looks a little concerned, but his mask and stoic features keep him on his guard. I smile to myself, thinking about how hard it is to scare him.
It has been years since I have been to a place like this, but I can only imagine what Raven is thinking about at this moment. He wanted to do something nice for me, and taking me to a restaurant of my choice was the first thing that came to his mind. He’s been taking me to local mom-and-pop restaurants so far, but I chose something a little out of the ordinary.
