CHAPTER 2 : Elon Hathaway Has Returned

Elon was already in Vegas partying

And as usual Alan was doing all the work

Jen Pearson was doing everything waiting for Elon Hathaway to return while that evening Alan was in his room giving Elon an update when Ariana just came out of his restroom looking all beautiful and dressed in a skimpy dress

"Alan ,tell me please is this dress okay ,like I don't wanna embarrass you in front of your colleagues ,I'm supposed to look my best right ?" Ariana asked completely ignorant of Alan's skype video call

"Ariana wear anything you want ,you always still look as beautiful as you always does " Alan said as he climbed down the bed

"Hmm hmm thanks babe ,your the best Alan " she said as she just gave him a peck on the side chick ,just then his heart started racing as he was staring at his best friend who he has had a crush on all his life

Elon was practically drooling over the most beautiful woman he had been attracted to since he had stopped feeling or experiencing love ,but his heart was racing the minute he set his heart on Ariana

" hey duff go get ready I know your makeup takes like forever , please don't make me wait on you like every single time plus I'm on call with Elon ,do you want to say hi to him ?" Alan asked his bestfriend knowing she can't stand his brother

"Em Alan my makeup takes forever let me go do my makeup "she said as she realized Elon was on call

"Okay whatever you say duff " Alan replied and she left and laughing

"Alan I didn't know you had a girlfriend " Elon asked curiously ,seeing he was already checking her out

"Elon that's Ariana Evans ,like my bestfriend you used to call her four eyes , because you couldn't stand her well we work together now and we are going out with our friends so please tell me what were you going to tell me ,do you want more money ?" Alan asked

"Dude what's with the tone ,tone it down I call you because you are not dad so don't try acting smart with me " he said as he sat up

"Elon ,if you need money just say it out okay I'm very busy "Alan said

"Okay dude ,I called to say I'm coming home ,I haven't said anything mom and dad and they are very so it's a surprise ,you can't tell them either "Elon said and Alan stood up

he just decided that the minute he saw that chick and heard she wasn't in a relationship with his brother , even if she had a boyfriend he was going to take her because he is Elon Hathaway

And he didn't know why but he was feeling butterflies in his stomach after seeing her

"Congratulations finally , you've decided to come home and I'm excited" Alan said feeling indifferent about his brothers return he usually got all the attention whenever his around and he usually felt invisible his brother never did it intentionally but he really did feel really invisible

Whenever Elon his elder brother was around ; plus knowing the woman he was crushing on once had feelings for his brother and although she denies it he still felt like she was still holding unto her feelings for his brother and that got him really jealous

After the call Alan spent ten minutes quiet ,he was just starting to build a relationship with his dad and knowing Elon always got the attention

But Ariana came out

"Hey you shall we ?" She asked but she saw he was lost in his thoughts

"Hey babe are you okay?" Ariana asked. Brushing his shoulders slightly as he turned to see her .then he started salivating as he saw her

"Yeah yeah I'm okay ,why won't I be?" Alan asked

"Well since you spoke to Elon you've had this sad face " She asked and Alan smiled

"No I'm fine Ariana shall we?" He said trying to avoid the question

"Okay if you say so ,but Alan you do know you can tell me anything at all right ?" She asked as he nodded

Alan wanted to tell her how he felt but he kept saying some other time and it just kept lingering up until this very moment.

Elon was still mesmerized by Ariana

' wait that's Ariana Evans when did she grow up ,and didn't she used to have a crush on me?' his thoughts were almost out loud but then he remembered all the horrible things he and Jen did to her

Thinking of the woman he just saw he couldn't stay any minute more in Las Velgas so he called his PA whom he had hired towards his return so he just called Joshua aka Josh

When Josh saw his call from the other end of the phone he gulped as he picked up the call

" Hello sir " he said nervously

" Hello Joshua I need an helicopter tonight to LA and I don't want my parents finding out about this " he said as he walked back to his suitcases

he glanced into his wrist watch it was already 7pm

"Sir em ,do you want to travel this night ?" He asked knowing Elon was trying to be difficult he could take a car to get her but he needed his helicopter to pick him up ,he rolled his eyes almost as if his boss could see him

' what a spoilt brat ' he made that statement in his head but wouldn't dare leave his mouth., he was brought back to reality when heard Elon's voice from the other side of the phone

" Joshua are you still there ?" Elon asked

"Yes sir ,I'm checking on all the helicopter owned by the Hathaway's close to you right now and I can see ,one that is so close to you .it's only five minutes out sir " Joshua said as he tried multitasking to get Elon his request

"Sir I will just call the pilot and get back to you sir "Joshua said then Elon dropped the call

About twenty minutes later he called back and was sounding do desperate on the phone

"Hello Joshua have you called on the pilot yet ,how far out is he ?" Elon asked it was almost as if he didn't get to LA tonight he would die

"Sir I was just about to call you ,they are at the only five minutes out and would land on the roof of your hotel building " Joshua said

"I think I can hear them ,okay Joshua see you in LA in the morning and don't be late " Elon said

"Yes sir " Joshua said

Back in LA Alan couldn't have a good time although he was with the woman of his dreams ,he just still thinking of Elon ,he wasn't even here yet but he was making his life a living hell

" Hey Alan are you okay? " Ariana asked ,he was still looking lost in his thoughts

" Earth to Alan " she said snapping her fingers in front of Alan's face

Then he turned his gaze to her

" What were you even thinking about?" Ariana asked

" About the contract on my table "he said, because he didn't want to tell her the truth ,he was so scared

"Alan I've gotten all the contract ready so don't worry so much Alan ,you know when you worry I worry too ?" She said smiling ,He was lost in her gaze

Elon walked into the la ferrari fxx k

As he just drove off leaving the chauffeur behind

As he drove off his chauffeur Owen called his dad immediately

Mr Hathaway was with his wife in a hotel in town trying to have a romantic time to their selves when his call came into his phone glancing in to see it was Owen who was Elon's personal chauffeur

"Hello sir "Owens voice came from the other end of the phone

"Hello Owen ,is something wrong with Elon ?" Mr Hathaway asked

"No sir ,he just got back to LA twenty minutes ago and he, ditched me taking the car with him " Owen replied to his boss ,he knew if Elon was to as much as have a scratch on his body ,he was going to be buried alive" What car is he driving ?" Mr Hathaway asked

He knew in storing those gps trackers in all of Elon's cars while he was away would come in handy he didn't just know it would be this soon

" His ferrari fxx k sir " Owen replied

"Okay Owen go home he is at the Hathaway night club in Bel air please go make sure he is okay " Mr Hathaway said

Without waiting for a response from Owen he ended the call as he walked back to his beautiful wife seated on the other side of the table

"What was that about ?" Victoria Hathaway asked her husband

"For some reason Elon Hathaway has returned " he said still in shock

No one knew why Elon was coming home but he came home

"And to think you , begged him just recently to return and he refused " Veronica said to her husband

" Something or someone brought Elon home , truth is I will find that someone and I will use her to keep him here for good " Mr Hathaway who knew his boys like the back of his hands said glaring into the glass of wine on his hand which he kept circling to get his desired taste

The secret of the kingston Hathaway is that ,he knows the politics of being a successful man ,he knew he couldn't control Elon and because Elon was his favorite child he couldn't force him to do anything he didn't want to do but seeing Elon's sudden return he knew someone was responsible for it so he made all available plans to hunt that woman down so he could cut her a business deal
