The dark cube chapter 2

The potion starts shining green, the swords in your back dissapear as the cube goes off into the desert wandering eternally, the liquid inside the potion flows up to your mouth and you are resurrected, you can remember the pain of the sting when the swords impaled you.

you look at where the potion once was and see a small dry piece of paper, with words writte in it, it reads "this potion was sent by god, I foresaw your death and dropped this down, the cube went to the n.... good luck, im watching." the message was cut short, it had a hole in it caused by the sword stabbing through it earlier, but by now you knew that there was a "god" watching your every move and helping you to ensure that you can get to the final challenge and revive this dimension.

you think to yourself "why can't this god just come down and do it himself, and why does he only help when things get dire?" you think the "n" in the message which was cut short means "north", so you take out your compass from inside your backpack and start heading towards north to find the cube again.

heading north the heat gets more intense as you approach the cube, you see the black cube over the horizon, the cube looks like it is going to cool off in a oasis's water, the heat feels like it's going to melt off your skin at any second, you drink the last of your water and throw the bottle at the cube before it could touch the water, the cube immediately turned towards you and started vibrating violently, until it started spinning and flew towards you, it kicked up sand in every direction as it spun, the sand got into your eyes and when you open them you were inside the black and white room again.

but this time, there was no safe zone for you to be in, the feeling of being weighted down on one side and lifted up the other by an invisible force nearly tears your limbs apart, you enter the black side of the room and start feeling extremely heavy and could barely stand up, you lift yourself up with every muscle in your body and proceed to wait for the cube to overheat, the white creatures seemed to be affected by the gravity change as well.

after a while, you switch over to the white side of the room because you were beginning to feel sick after being weighed down for so long, the instant you corss theborderline between the black and white, you nearly smash your head into the top, the white creatures followed suite and you along with the creatures danced in the sky, but to be specific you were being chased down in the air by the creatures.

you get caught by one of the creatures and get taken to the black side again, you get weighed down ad the creatures sits atop you not allowing escape, the cube starts emtting steam as swords begin dropping from the sky, you see a sword about to plunge into you and the creature but then everything stops, as if time were frozen, the creatres stop, the swords stop and the gravity stops, you feel nothing, until the room dissapears and you are sent down ten feet from the sky onto the hot sand underneath, the box drops down, it sounds like a machine now.

the cube explodes and nothing comes out, as if the cube were just sizing itself up and leaving you in it to die, you ook inside the sube and see a another black cube inside, just smaller, you reach out your hand to pick it up and as soon as you take it out, the larger cube explodesblasing you off far away from the larger cube, the smaller cube starts growing and become half the size of the larger cube, it traps you inside and this time to room is much smaller, this time there were no white creatures, black swords or gravity chaning, there was only a scroll infront of a camera, once you touch the scroll it starts burning.

the burning scroll turns into ash leaving behind a smaller note which was hidden inside, it reads "the problem will be solved within the power of the camera before you." you think to yourself "how am I supposed to go to the next challenge if I don't have the scroll?" then you look at the camera with only a picture of the croll on the table inside, the smaller room dissapears and you put the smaller black cube into the side of your bag, where your bottle was, now you remember that you had forgotten to pick up your bottle at the oasis.

you run back to the oasis with no problem except the distance you were shot off from the oasis, the heat was gone now that the larger black cube was no longer emitting heat everywhere, you look around for your bottle but don't see it, you see a hourglass shaped object under the water and swim down to pick it up, you get out of the water drenched and go inside the black cube to dry off, you see if the smaller cube has any abilities but can't find anything out without the scroll.

you put down the camera to avoid drenching it in water and breaking it, once you were dry, you open the camera again and look at the picture of the scroll, you see the scroll start moving and it flys off the photo, you are confused since pictures aren't supposed to move, it isn't a video either because there was no time showing how long the video was, you try to touch the screen but your finger goes inside the camera.

you reach your hand inside the see your hand become extremely small, the size of the camera right before you body touches the surface of the camera, you attempt to enter with your whole body and dcome out from a wall at first and inside the camera, you turn behind and see a television screen showing the inside of the smaller cube on it, you look around and seethe sroll being carried away by the wind behind a door as it almost shuts, you hit the door open and rush towards the scroll, then you trip on a wire and it head your head.

when you woke up, you didn't notice anything and the scroll was still gone, you looked around a bit more and see wires everywhere across the place, it looked like an office and the scroll was on the other side behind you, but it was trapped behind a set of tripwires, you think to yourself "all these are most likely traps." you pick up a pot from the corner of the room and throw it into the wires, you expected it to hit multiple wires triggering them all, but the trap detonated so fast that the pot was destroyed ina second, looking at where the wall had a crack, the projectile was a stapler bullet.

the speed it shot out was too fast for the eye to see, but the damage wouldn't be fatal for a human if not hit in a vital spot, unless if the bullet had something else up its sleeve, or there were diffrent traps, you throw a pen into a another tripwire and a slob of glue gets shot out pinning it to the wall and snapping it in half, all the traps were way more deadlier than the ones at the castle, they were able to instantly kill a human in the blink of an eye.
