There is nothing there...

[I can't let this end like… I simply won't let it end like this…] alina suddenly felt a pull from within the water.

[Just another chance is all I ask for…] alina felt another pull from within the water, it was a little stronger thus time.

[Maybe just maybe I can go back…] alina remembered a story she read from the library. It was about a boy who fell in love with a girl from earth. The girl didn't like him at first but gradually she also fell in love with him. He never wanted her to love her back; he just wanted to spend some time with the person he loved. He just wanted to treat her really well.

Where she was sad he was there for her, whenever she was happy he was there to celebrate it with her. He wanted her to be happy, so he did everything he could to make her happy. The girl took notice of all the things he did for and gradually started to fall in love with her. But the boy never wanted her to love him back because they could never be together.

The boy was actually a spirit and a prince to top it off. He could just stay in this world for maximum 2 years. At the last month of his stay, the girl confessed to him. The boy was stunned, he was happy but sad. He wanted to tell her his identity before leaving but he was never planning on confessing to her.

The prince rejected her with a heavy heart but what made it worst was the girls expression. The girl after that locked herself in a room and refused to come out even for food. The prince couldn't see her in this condition, so he proposed to her. He told her that he was actually in love with her for a long time but they cant be together because he was a spirit prince.

The girl was shocked to hear that but she didn't want to leave him, she thought that they would work around the problems. In her mind spirits were normal because she didn't know that there is difference between a normal spirit and a prince.

The prince spend the last month on earth with the girl, every day was magical for both of them. They fell deeper in love with each other by the passing day.

On the last day the prince told the girl that he has to leave, he can't stay on earth for even a second longer than 2 years. The girl couldn't bear to leave him and started to cry. She knew that she would not be able to live without him.

Again on seeing the girl cry, he felt his heart waver. He never wanted her to cry and he absolutely never wanted to be a reason for the girl to cry. So he casted a 10-tier spell, this way today would not be the last day they could be together.

Before casting he told the girl about it. He told her that after the spell is casted earth would come to a halt and they would have a few more days to be together. The girl knew that he would have to leave after that but right now they will have a little more time to themselves. A little more time to say a final goodbye.

The prince casted the spell "time be my friend, let me stay for a little while. Time be my friend, let me hold her for some time. Time be my friend, let us change our destiny. Time be my friend and stop, so I could stay for a while". The prince was surrounded by lights as he was holding her hand. The light slowly covered the girl.

When the light faded, time had stopped for everyone but for those two. They spent another 3 months with each other, they knew this would be the last time they could be together so they enjoyed it to the fullest. The made the girl promise that she would keep on living, and she would keep on living happily with a family of her own.

The girl could see the pain on the prince face when he made her promise that. On the last day, they were finally able to say goodbye to each other. Both of them were hiding their tears behind their smiles. The girl touched her stomach a little before turning to leave him forever. None of them looked back because they were afraid that if they did, they wouldn't want to leave.

There was one thing the prince never told the girl, that was the spell needed him to be in a state where he was dead and alive. But he was not in such state; he used magic to compensate that condition. As a result the spell would take his life, he was using his magic to keep alive for the longest period, more like he was using his magic to constantly clash with the magic which was to cause his death.

As soon as the girl left, he vanished into thin air as if he was never there. The last thing he heard from the girl was that she will take good care of their kid. He couldn't stop his tears as he vanished forever.

[Time be friend, let me stay for a while. Time be my friend, let me go the start of my problems. Time be my friend, let me change my destiny. Time be my friend, turn back for me] Alina smirked sarcastically at herself; she never thought that she would ever do something like this.

Her felt a tinge of sadness thinking that she would never be able to go back, thinking that she would never be able to rectify her mistakes, thinking that she would never be able to ask for a proper forgiveness.

[No! I won't let it end like this… this is not fair... I won't let it end like this…] alina started to move down into the water. She started to struggle to get back up but she couldn't. some force was pushing her down.

[I won't let it end like this…] alina was still struggling to reach the top. The more she got determined, the stronger the pull was.

A boat was sailing far away from the land. There were gentle winds blowing, making this peaceful day even more peaceful. A group of people were on the boat. They were all between the ages of 23-25. Some of them were sleeping; some of them were chatting and eating.

One of the women was enjoying the view as she was sitting at the edge of boat. Her long silky hair was fluttering in the wind.

Sandra started to walk towards the girl, she sat down beside her and handed her some orange juice.

"its nice, isn't it?" Sandra asked looking at the girl.

"yeah, I never felt this peaceful before" alina replied without taking her eyes off from the sea.

"so I was right" Sandra had a cheeky smile on her face.

Alina slapped Sandra on the back of her head. Somehow the smile irritated her, Sure she wasn't willing to come before but now she is here she would enjoy it to the fullest.

Alina then saw something in the water, it was like someone was struggling. She was shocked, she waited to see if it would happen again but it didn't. alina was getting increasingly worry.

"I think I saw someone in the water.." alina told Sandra as she was planning to jump. Sandra quickly took hold of alinas arm before checking the water.

"there is nothing there.." Sandra looked at alina with worry in her eyes.

"it is… I saw it myself" alina freed her arm from within Sandra grasp and jumped into water.
