Date night..

Today dad is taking mom out of the house for the first time after our birth. Mom seriously is reluctant to part with us. I sighed. I enjoy the attention but you should at least have some time to yourself.

Mom was standing in front of full length mirror when dad came out of the washroom. They both were fully dressed to go.

Eliza pouted on seeing Alex reflection in the mirror. I was sitting in the crib with lily. Lily was playing with a rattle toy. She kept on pushing the toy to me. She didn't stop until i took another toy from beside her. She giggled when i first made the toy make noise. I was stunned for a moment to see how cute she looked.

Eliza looked at us and gently smiled. She then turned her attention back to Alex. Alex was looking extremely charming in his causal clothes. He was wearing a white lose shit with jeans. He had his wedding ring hung around his neck.

He smiled seeing Eliza pout. He hugged her from behind while resting his face on her shoulder. "Don't worry we will be back soon." Alex voice rang through out the room.

It is nice seeing them like this. I thought to myself. I was almost in daze when i noticed mom and dad looking at us. I could see reluctance in both of their eyes. I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry at this. This outing was suppose to let them both enjoy themselves and here they are acting like it was some sort of torture.

I need to do something before they make plans to take us with them. Its not that i don't want to go out with them, its just i am also in favor for them to spend sometime alone. I could also take some time off from being dads amusement.
