Kane Awakens
After confirming that Kane's condition was stable and the elemental energy absorption process had already begun, Abel decided to head outside the cave and have a quick bath. He returned a few minutes later and was relieved that nothing had happened while he was away.
After three hours, Kane's body temperature finally returned to normal. Abel was hoping that Kane would advance after absorbing elemental energy from seven mutant realm core water solutions. Hence, he paid extra attention to Kane in case of any new development.
"Cough! Cough!" labored coughing could be heard from Kane and Abel's face fell immediately. Kane's advancement process had already begun but there was a minor problem. The blood that was supposed to flow out from his mouth and nose was being sucked into his lungs because of his involuntary breathing. Kane was about to drown in his own blood.
