What is Kane?
"No no no no" screamed Abel as he rushed over to Kane's side and took the boy in his embrace. Kane looked half-dead. His skin was deathly pale because he had lost a lot of blood and he had become emaciated, the shape of his bones could be clearly seen from under his thin skin.
Where his eye should have been, there was now only an empty socket and an unnatural white light could be seen swirling within it. His hair looked shriveled and had turned white. Abel checked Kane's pulse, it was there but it was also slow.
"It's the DAO that is doing this. I did not expect this outcome. What should I do now?" Abel asked aloud. If things were left like this, Kane would surely die and he couldn't imagine the consequences he would face because of it. After thinking for a few seconds, an idea popped into his head.
