Preparation and Evolution

after returning to the dungeon I tell Valthorian to plant some of his summons units to hide and become eyes for spying to find movement from people that are trying to trap us, making us prepared for their ambush.

now that everything is ready for us when we meet our enemy, I need to prepare the dungeon, so when I am gone I don't need to worry if their real goal is stopping me to reinforce the dungeon.

As the preparations for possible confrontations continued, Raiya found himself immersed in the weight of responsibilities. sighing that it seems I've become more stressed then working as an intern, seeing the report and chart that come from Valthorian research, scouting, and environment survey, stating that some of the animals started mutated not only in strength but also some even evolve into certain species that only exist in fairy tails, for example there seems to have a reported sighting of several herds of Bicorn, it seems since the dungeon is filled with undead the mana that is released into the atmosphere is walking towards the darker spectrum of mana making it perfect for creature to evolve toward the Umbra side.

His report came with a proposal to catch a few of them to raise and breed as a carriage horse and transport and as well ride, seeing his idea make me quite interesting since when young I like the feeling of speeding, well even though I still have my Motorcycle but you can't ride it trough a forest terrain.

I'm hoping in either having Valthorian to Modify it with magic or find other option and switching a Motorcycle to a dragon is fine too.

well seeing that atleast even though I've become more busy there's something that is interesting in my life, looking back at it now not knowing that suddenly the world that all the people knew of is turn upside down is not even a month but we already adapt to this kind of situation.

with this thought came a flash of memory about my parents, the voice said they will be taken care of or they can just adapt to this world on their own, bringing worry to me because they are not the type to wait around.

well now they can atleast doesn't need to worry that I won't get married because of near impossible requirement for having a car, house, stable income, and basically a perfect man to get a girl or just high amount of luck that you met someone who accept who you are, after all with the living standard of the world right now, just being alive is already good.

clearing my head from these thought I re focus myself with other paper works in my desk, after finishing all my work it is already time for lunch, I decided to have my lunch with Auriel while also spending time and trying to deepen our relationship.

while I am eating both I and Auriel will have a small chat in between, slowly the conversation are heading towards beautiful location that both of us have visited.

"Raiya let's go on a date after you are free, I want to see the city in this world, mine is a world full of magic but yours seems pretty advance in technological advancement."

"sure I would love to have a date with you, how about we have a ride after all the dust settle I will ask Valthorian to enchant my bike."

"Ok I look forward to try and ride a bike with you."

after promising her that I won't forget both of us continue eating, after I finish eating I stood up and started to wash the dish to help Auriel since she always cooking and taking care of me this is the least I could do.

I return back to my own room so I can train my mana control, condensing a mana into small ball and started to control and make it float on top my head in a clockwise movement, I continue to make another until there 5 balls on mana on top my head, I have an idea of slowly infuse different attribute to different mana balls at the same time, I try to filled them with the basic element of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Wood.

the process is a very slow and heavy increasing the difficulty, it seems if I can shorten the process and increase the size of mana sphere I control this can also be used as a new way of attacking and defending, since this mana sphere is directly made from mana that came from my mana I can easily manipulate it and change the shape.

slowly but surely the 5 pure mana sphere started to change because of the resonance the now elemental sphere become stronger by each second, seeing this I hurriedly control it and making it disappear so it wouldn't destroy the room.

after completing the process I intend to continue doing it again, because not only it helps in training mana control but also give me an inspiration to make a new magic that can be used as a trump card.

while I was planning to start training again there is a knock on my room door.

opening the door Valthorian was standing in front of my room, he is reporting that it seems his squad succeeded in capturing several evolved animals and they are now is being cage and now is being put at the center of the hidden room.
