Chapter 35: The Surya sect

Bharat was pondering over the things a lot now since he has been given a choice to accept Professor Shastri as his Guru and he was a bit confused since Professor Shastri was already his teacher and a faculty of the college so why was he asking him to accept Professor Shastri as his Guru or perhaps he was just asking him to accept him to be his teacher in terms of making him learn about his powers so he decided to agree to Professor Shastri.

Bharat said: "Professor Shastri, I accept you as my Guru."

Professor Shastri said: "Good now that you have acknowledged me as your Guru I will be guiding you in terms of how to control your power and how you can cultivate more powers in the future. You have a lot to learn as of now we will leave this topic here and you can return home today and do your college normally the way you do however on Friday when the college will be closed I will meet you at the college gate and take you to complete the rituals of Guru disciple relationship that will make this official. Do you understand or do you have any questions?"

Bharat said: "No questions sir."

Professor Shastri said: "Then you may leave for today and also I am warning you not to reveal anything to anybody including your parents and friends about the details of our meeting since this is top secret"

Bharat nodded and agreed to Professor Shastri and with that he left Professor Shastri's Office.

As soon as Bharat came out his friends were waiting for him outside the office since this was the first time Professor Shastri had called someone to his office like this so they were curious.

Gaurav asked: "Bharat what did Professor Shastri tell you or did he give some punishment to you?"

Rahul also asked: "Yes tell me Bharat what Professor Shastri said? And why did he call you to his office?"

Bharat said: "He just wanted to do some science project so he asked me to be his assistant."

Gaurav said: "Why did he ask only you and why did he not ask anybody else?"

Bharat said: "I do not know that only Professor Shastri can answer that question."

After that Bharat's friends did not ask for much information on this and they all went home.

Time passed quickly and one week was over and it was Friday already when the college was over and the students and teachers went home and Bharat went to Professor Shastri as promised.

Professor Shastri asked: "Come ride with me on my bike. If you have your own bike, you can leave it here at college and pick it up when we return. It will only take us two to three hours to return, one hour to go there and back, and an hour or two for the Guru Disciple ritual to be completed."

Bharat said: "Sir I do not own any bike or bicycle , I travel via public transport."

Professor Shastri said: "Good then let's get going."

With that professor Shastri rode his motorbike with a helmet and gave helmet to Bharat as well both traveled for around thirty minutes on the bike before they arrived near a two Floor house which was at the outskirts of the Rajgarh metro city.

Bharat saw that there were two guards at the gate of the two floor building when professor Shastri went and the Guards saluted him and made way for him to pass. Professor Shastri instructed Bharat to follow him, which he duly did. When Bharat entered the house he found himself in a narrow passage which was round and painted white and it had neon lights at the sides which was illuminating the passage way.

They continued walking at a quick pace on the tunnel for ten to fifteen minutes, which seemed fairly long. Since the two-story structure from the outside did not appear to be large enough to handle this large route, as they continued walking, they took many bends left and right, as well as down, and eventually reached near a lift.

Professor Shastri pressed the lift button at the side and the lift door opened and they entered. Professor Shastri again pressed a button at the side panel of the lift and the lift started to go down and down. Bharat was surprised to find out that this two store building actually had a lift in it and when he saw that the lift went down his doubts were cleared as he understood that the building was built underground.

When the lift gate opened a few minutes later, Bharat found himself staring at a massive lounge filled with individuals wearing yellow uniforms. It seemed like the place had more than a thousand people inside of it.

Professor Shastri came out of the lift and asked Bharat to follow himself which Bharat did obediently. Then he took Bharat through the crowd of people where he was greeted by many elders and many young people like Bharat and then reached a room with a Display sign of elder's council.

Professor Shastri asked the guard to inform the council about his arrival and the Guard greeted professor Shastri and went in after a moment the guard came back asking Professor Shastri to enter.

Professor Shastri took Bharat and entered the Elder's council room as soon as Bharat entered the room he saw a big conference room with a round table in the middle of the room around which around five middle aged people were sitting out of which two were women and three were men and there were few empty chairs as well for others to join which indicated that there were other members also in Elder's council.

When Bharat looked at the people he was surprised since he initially thought that the people in Elder's Council must have been old, however when he saw them he found they were only middle aged in their thirties and forties.

One of the men sitting at the other end of the table said: "Shastri welcome back what took you so long to come here. Have you decided to take up a new mission and who is this boy with you?"

Professor Shastri said: "Sir I have finally found my disciple. I want to choose Bharat as my disciple since I have found traces of Tvisi in him. He is one of my students in the college where I am teaching as a science teacher."

The Elder's council looked at Professor Shastri in disbelief and said: "Shastri You did fantastic after a long time of searching for another genius with Tvisi coursing in his veins. Good work, now we simply have to do the test to see the quality of Tvisi and characteristics, and then we will definitely perform the Guru Disciple procedure."

One of the elder's asked Bharat to come forward and Professor Shastri also gestured to Bharat and said: "Bharat please proceed and put your right hand on the crystal ball on the table."

Bharat did as he was told and went ahead and put his palm on the crystal ball. As soon as he put his palm on the crystal ball it started glowing with a white light after which all the people present there had an expression of confusion on their faces.

After a few minutes Professor Shastri said: "Bharat now you may remove your palm from the crystal and come back."

Bharat did what he was told so he removed his hand from the crystal which stopped its glow then he came back to stand besides Professor Shastri.

One of the elders, a woman with a beautiful face and flowing hair, stated: "What does that mean does he even have Tvisi in his body?"

The second Elder spoke: "No the boy does have Tvisi otherwise the crystal would not have glowed like that however we cannot determine the quality of his Tvisi since it has never glowed with a White light before."

The Third elder said: "So it is agreed then that this boy had Tvisi in his body and can join our sect."

All of the elders had agreed upon this that Bharat can join the sect so they welcomed him.

The elders said collectively to Bharat: "Welcome to the Surya sect Bharat. From now on you are a part of us however there are plenty of rules and regulations which you have to follow which Guru Shastri will make you aware of now you have to complete the Guru Disciple ritual so you may follow your Guru now."
