Eternal Garden’s Acedemy part 1

The First day of September was here, and with it came the start of the Eternal Gardens school for the hard working, or EGSHW's, new year.

The school Academy while located in the Eternal gardens was used by 6 of the now 11 high gods worlds. It's rival being that of the Dragons world.

Waking up and getting ready, Nirin and Clay both put on their uniforms, which consisted of deep blue dress pants and a red shirt along side a matching blue jacket.

The silhouette of a bonsai tree sat over the left lung. The bonsai being the symbol of EGSHW and steady but constant growth.

The only difference for the female uniform was a deep blue hair tie, and the option for a skirt. Needless to say Nirin Ingored the skirt and hair tie as it didn't suit her style and she had shorter hair only going down to her shoulders.

Walking out the front Door, they met with Mizuki who was still tasked with helping them, though they had grown to be more friends then anything.

" what took you guys so long? We got like a twenty minute walk and I still need to get you guys something."

"We where getting these stuffy cloths on" Nirin replied while pulling at her collar.

Knowing Mizuki wasn't actually that bothered by them,Clay responded with unbuttoning his top button instead of saying anything.

Seeing thsi Mizukis eye twitched before saying"You guys are great in everything but basic manors." Before walking down the path ahead.

The path was simple and long with no benches or sights to see along the way. This changed after a massive castle of grey stone bricks and floating towers appeared in the distance with a small town at its base.

Passing through the town briefly, the group could see parents dropping children off and groups already forming before the gates of the Academy even opened.

Halfway from the final bridge to the Academy, a creature with the head, feat, and mane of an eagle and the body and tail of a lion, approached the main street. Behind it was a carriage and several other creatures with similar features.

Landing gracefully upon the Main Street, the carriage came to a full stop befor a butler walked out. Turning around immediately, the butler open the back carriage door to which an elf and money-girl walked out. Both giggled while making jokes, not even taking notice of their surroundings.

This was but one of many carriages that landed down on the Main Street. Some carriages where pulled by runic golems, others by large bats or eagles.

Oddly though, Clay was unable to spot a single wolf person like what he had turned!

Ignoring it for now he pressed on with Nirin and Mizuki.

Reaching the raised bridge if the school, the trio started loitering around the gap with a larger group of around 500 and rising.

After while the incoming people dwindled to a stop, settling at roughly 600 people of a myriad of races.

Some around Clay where giving him weird looks, but before he could worry about it the distant gate let out a small glimmer, before a shining translucent six feet wide path bridged the gap. And with this path a group of instructors game fourth.

"Hello new students!" The center individual started, "while I can assume you all want entry to this asteemed academic institution, you mus pass an entry test first. We can't have leeches now can we!"

Letting the words sink in for a moment a female instructor next to the previous man called out next.

"The first test will be to see who can get closest to this tree. The pressure baring down on you will increase as you approach, and it's effects can only be warded off with sheer will, nothing more or less." With his exsplanatiob ending a portal to a small inches-deep pond, tree planted center, opened.

Waiting his turn for about 10 minutes, Clay found his way into the small cave where he could see around fifty people getting as close as they could with instructors feeling them if they passed of failed after they got back.

Observing with Nirin for a bit they discussed what they noticed between themselves. One being that after someone got with half way to the tree, they went from standing slightly hunched and strugle in their step, to immediately face planted to the floor.

Somthing Nirin Noticed was that the closer the the closest contestant where the more the tree glowed green from its original ash-grey.

Opting to give it a try Clay was in for a surprise. He felt no struggle at all. Moving forward Clay felt nothing till the half way point where he started to feel a heavy pressure, but immediately after he gathered his will to exspell it the force seemed scared and backed away. The tree about 200 feet from Clay was glowing a Deep Midnight Blue identical to his fur.

Treading further and further towards the tree, Clay found that what could only be assumed to be the tree, had retracted its presence on only him and even seemed to take out its force on others harder.

Touching the tree Clay found his status panel update yet again, somthin happening a lot as of recent.

[Untamed Will] (Racial)

The will of the most ancient gods couldn't stop the Vanagandr, so why should it stop you!

Effects:

resistance to illusions

Immune to charm

Immune to mind control

Immune to fate

Immune to foreign will

Seeing a racial skill of his activate for the first time, Clay was shocked by how powerful it was! he had never heard of people outside of fate other then the gods, but that idea was burned with the rest of his worldview when he was transported to these gardens.

Looking around he saw that other then. Few instructors, nobody had noticed his completion, almost as if they couldn't see him or the trees color change at all.

Before Clay could ponder this fact, an instructorflew towards the tree faster then he could comprehend, and in blink was before him.

"How." The instructors voice was deep and his tone commanding.

"I walked here… sir." Clay responded in a half-sincere half-aloof tone.

"What is your race." Once again it came more as a command then a question.

"I am a Vanagandr sir."

"Shit… ok, you pass but come with me." Not even bothering if he agreed or not, the tall man, with broad shoulders and back, dragged Clay out too the edge of the pond. Waiting till everyone was down another portal opened and everyone filed through now half way over the path.
