*Epilogue

Lunely's poV

My whole world froze when that man suddenly hugged me... For the first time I wanted to push him because I didn't know him yet, but...

What is this feeling? Am I just thinking it?

It's like I felt it then- this familiar sensation... A hug that once made my heart beat... A hug from the person I once loved... A hug that made me feel protection and love from him...

And when I realized it...

It was him.

This person is the man I have been looking for for a long time... The person I once lost in my mind due to the side effects of my heart transplant... And it seems like that number I saw on my phone really is a bridge for the two us to meet once again...

So here we are now. Leiro and I still can't stop crying while we're in the middle of the sky footwalk... We hardly let go of each other when Leiro suddenly spoke while hugging me...

"Lunely ... Why? Why did you suddenly disappear? I thought we'd meet again after the operation, didn't we? Didn't we promise each other that we would meet after the operation?" I tried to wipe away his tears as I began to speak...

"Lei, I'm sorry... But after the operation, all of a sudden everything disappeared... I can't remember what happened before I woke up... The only thing I remember is the man who once loved me, but I can't remember his name... "

I tried to wipe my tears too when Leiro gently brought his forehead close to mine that almost kissed me when he spoke again.

"Lunely... I'm sorry... I'm sorry if I forgot your name... I'm sorry I forgot you for three years... But believe me Lunely- I was looking for you the whole time. We're both the same... I also remember the face you, your smile, as well as our happy memories, but only your name is not... "

"So, I really thought you forgot me Lei... But, it seems like it was wrong... It seems like you still remember more of our memories than me..." I smiled and told him softly. He slowly let go of hugging me and he immediately took my hand ...

"Remember our promise Lunely?"

"Eh? What promise?" i raised my eyebrow on him as a sign of curiosity.

"My... It looks like you forgot the promise you made for the two of us Lunely..." He chuckled softly, while I still didn't know what he was saying ...

"Remember, you promise to me that if you'll live, I'll gonna find you. If you'll die, I'll forget about you. If you'll lost in my memories, I'll find a way to retrieve it by myself. And if we'll meet again, I'll make you remember your promise of marrying me. We made that deal, right?"

Seconds passed and my whole face suddenly turned red... Yay! I do remember saying that! Eep... He still really remembers that despite his operation?!

"L-Lei, don't take that seriously- that's just my motivation to give you courage! It's not like I'm going to marry you but..."

"But?"

He gave me a smile whom I've missed seeing for three years already. But instead of falling for that smile, I suddenly pushed him back and quickly pouted.

"L-Lei! We've just meet again and now you're making me mad! Hmph, I hate you!" I crossed my arms and averted my gaze from her, but he just gave me a matured laugh... Well, Leiro's voice changed a bit, but her smile and face still remained the same...

"Seriously Lunely? You're already fifteen but you're still like that? Well, I do miss that attitude of yours, and I don't hate it."

"And so to you too Lei... You're already nineteen year old but your still the same Leiro I've met three years ago..." I opened my left eye for him as he just snorted silently.

"I don't want to change myself because I know we'll meet again Lunely... I want you to feel that I'm still the Leiro you loved... The Leiro who became a part of your life..."

"Lei, no more crying okay? My eyes we're already painful, you know? Well, I'm just happy to see you once again, and like you, I also thought that everything was just a dream, to be honest." I just laughed as Leiro suddenly wrapped his arms towards my whole body as we suddenly looked at the sun that was about to set on the other side of the mountain far from us.

"C'mon now Lei, this is too indecent..."

"I don't care, to be honest... I'd rather hold you for life than lose you next again Lunely. Now that I've found you, I don't want to let you go... I don't want to lose you once again... I don't want to think that it was all just a dream, that you aren't real..."

"Don't worry Lei. I promise, I will never leave you again, okay?" I smiled at him as he suddenly cuddled me even tighter than usual.

"Lei, that's too tight!"

"Oops, sorry..." Leiro smiled at me again as he loosen me up when I suddenly blushed when he said these words close to my ears...

"I love you, Lunely..."

Well, even though it's been three years that I haven't heard this from him but, these words really made me love him soo much...

"I love you too, Lei..."

And from now on, nothing will separate the two of us. Whatever problems may come into our lives, I know that we can overcome them, with sunsets and stars as our witnesses. And just like what I've always say...

You got that? He's just mine, and no one will take him aside from me, and remember that!
