*Chapter 14: Don't Leave Me Lunely!!
Lunely's PoV
"Oh Lou Nylei. You're here."
Professor Seth smiled at me as I saw Yusarine along with her bag and Mark Zion behind her. I no longer smiled as I just walked silently towards them.
"So you're Lou Nylei, am I right?" Zion suddenly asked me as he suddenly went towards me. He was a bit excited that time but I ignored that. "I'm so glad to meet you!"
I didn't answer or greet as I slowly spoke towards Prof. Seth. "Prof, are we leaving now? I'm afraid that Leiro might wake up and suddenly come here. And I don't want that..." I said softly as I tried to control myself- I felt like crying...
"Um, excuse me but, why the rush? Don't you want something to do here before going to my house? You can buy something to eat if you wanted to-"
"You don't understand, Zion! I'm trying to do this since I know that my last patient will be so depressed if he sees me again!" I suddenly shouted at him as I closed my eyes as well as my fists tightly, for the reason that they were all became silent.
"Wait, last patient? Pardon me, Mr. Salvador but what is Lou Nylei talking about?"
I softly cried para so that people around me won't noticed me as Yusarine tried to comfort me, while Prof. Seth explained everything to him.
"You see Mark, Lou Nylei was currently holding a patient a week ago. She was still a little sister to Lei Roland De Guzman when Dr. Del Monte called me about your decision of choosing Lou Nylei. Since it was too hard for Lou to let her last patient go, she was still in burden. But don't worry, maybe a week or two, Lou will-"
"Hey Lou. I-I'm sorry... I never thought you had a patient... Tell me, do you really like him? What's his name... It's um... Lei Roland, right?" He asked me as he tried to get my attention.
"Not that I like him, Zion." I slowly wiped my tears and calm myself so that I can talk properly "I... Loved him... So much. He was my life and I'm always do my best to save his life. It's just that, this is unexpected-"
"I see. And you don't want to leave him, right?" He smiled once again as he petted me just like what Leiro always do to me. The cat bells on my hair laces chimed, as I finally calmed myself down.
I just smiled as I thought Leiro and him have the same attitudes. "D-Don't worry Zion. I'll try to be a good little sister just for you-"
I'm still smiling when I suddenly noticed that Prof. Seth and Yusarine behind me. They looked a bit different when they saw that, which made me really curious.
As I slowly turned around to find out what they saw, long arms suddenly greeted me... I was surprised that someone, covered in tears and sweat, hugged me without any hesitation, and shouted ...
"Lunely... Please... Don't leave me Lunely!!"

Leiro's PoV
I couldn't stand myself anymore as I hugged Lunely so tight while crying. I ignored Professor Salvador and Yusarine when I started speaking.
"Lunely, please ... Why did you become like this? Why are you leave so suddenly?! Don't leave me please... You promised me you wouldn't leave me, didn't you? Why did you leave so suddenly? Why are you leaving? Lunely, answer me! " I shouted at her as I continued to hug her. Lunely, on the other hand, couldn't help but to cry.
"Leiro ... brother Lei ... I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!!" She suddenly cried when I heard my ESCD monitor watch rang again. Professor Salvador suddenly noticed that my pain had leveled up, as he tried to talk to me about it.
"Leiro, y-your watch-"
"Why is it like this, sir Salvador? Isn't it one month since Lunely became my little sister? Why do you want to send her to the U.S. even though she's with me in just one week?!" I suddenly shouted at him, as I saw that male teenager behind Yusarine, and from the way he dressed, he looked like an ESCD patient just like me.
"It was unexpected, sir Leiro. I deeply apologized for all of the mistakes I made. But Lou Nylei has been decided to take on her next patient on United States, and he is the person standing in front of you now." Professor Salvador said as he pointed at Zion who was standing behind Yusarine.
"S-So is he Lunely's next patient, sir Salvador?" I asked him, as I tried to let Lunely go from hugging and looked at him. Without any circumstances, I quickly bowed my head down to that person, while holding my hands together begged. I may be the worst one right now but for Lunely, I will do everything, just I won't let her leave...
"Please, I'm begging you, don't take Lunely away from me!" I started to cry as I tried to convince Zion not to take Lunely from me. "She is my life, she gave me another chance to live, and she is my precious treasure! I don't know what will gonna happen to myself if she leaves! I love her, so much ... More than just a little sister! "
Lunely suddenly hugged my arm as she looked at Zion with her pleading eyes. Seems like he also doesn't want to go with Zion ... I can feel it. The burden on his heart ... Please Zion, I'm begging you!
"Hey, cheer up bro. What are you talking about ?! I'm not gonna take your Lunely away from you." He suddenly chuckled, but I seemed to ignore that as I continued pleading, when Yusarine suddenly laughed as I realized as if I had heard something else.
"Wait, what did you just say ?!" I was suddenly shocked by what he said- Lunely was in shock too, and we both wiped our tears as he explained everything.
"Stop begging, bro. You're really gotten crazy... Look, I've decided that I'll be switching now after what Yusarine told me about Lou Nylei's burden. She told me how much she loved you, and it seems like it is really the truth. What I can see now is a bond that no one could ever broke- even me I guess." Zion chuckled as Yusarine suddenly gave us a wink. Seems like she planned all of this.
"You can thank me later cuz Lei, sis Lou." Yusarine smiled as she suddenly pulled a green folder from his bag and gave it to Professor Salvador. "Here are my papers, Prof. Seth. I'll be taking Lou Nylei's place as Mark Zion's aid. Whenever you're ready."
"Yusarine ?!" Prof. suddenly became angry. Seth to Yusarine but Lunely and I can still see the shock on our faces. Luh, I guess the speed of events ah ... "Tell me, what is this nonsense all about?"
"This isn't nonsense, sir Seth." Zion smiled before the four us, as Yusarine came along beside him. "First of all, I would to say sorry for all of this mess. But I've decided to take Yusarine instead of Lou Nylei. Actually, her parents knew about this since I told them about my choice of taking Yusarine and gladly, they agreed."
Lunely and my eyes sparkled like diamonds as Zion said that in front of us- tama ba ang narinig namin?! Zion changed his mind?! For real?!
"Are you serious Zion ?! You're kidding, right?" I asked him as Lunely tightly hugged my arm and also asked Zion, but Zion just smiled as if he liked our reactions.
"Rest assured I'm telling the truth bro. You can have Lou Nylei back. I'm sorry about the blackmail Lou. To think, you really are cute couples, you know?" Zion chuckled loudly when I noticed Lunely's tsunderic side suddenly appeared.
Lunely suddenly chased Zion and cutely punched him in the chest repeatedly as Prof. Seth and Yusarine just laughed.
"I hate you Zion, I hate you! Lei, stop me Lei, stop me!" Lunely said angrily as she continued to fight Zion. Hey ... Lunely really. You're especially cute when you're angry. Are you really matured? Since for me, I'm still looking at a cute twelve-year old little sister.
I slowly placed my arms into Lunely's chest as if I was hugging her as I pulled her away from Zion. She was still punching- but only in the air, as I suddenly bowed my head down.
"I thank you so much, Zion. This really brightens my mood. I promised to take care of Lunely. But please, Yusarine here was actually my cousin, if you didn't know. So take care of her okay?" I suddenly cuddled Lunely so that she could settle down when she suddenly grabbed my arms and smiled. Eh, she actually liked what I'm doing.
"Don't worry bro. I'll make sure to keep Yusarine in good hands. I promise to take care Yusarine so you can count on me!" Zion smiled at us when suddenly someone announced a woman which echoed within the corners of the airport.
"The Airplane JAF-03908 will be in flight for three minutes. All passangers going to United States are expected to aboard the airplane now to avoid being left. Thank you for choosing Jadroff International Airport.
"We'll see you soon everyone!" Yusarine suddenly grabbed Zion's hand as well as her baggages once entering the entrance of the plane. Prof. Seth, on the other hand, just scratched his head since he doesn't know why this is happening ...
Until...
Thud!
Suddenly, I found myself immobilized on the floor. I could still hear Lunely shouted at me as I felt two arms carry me somewhere. My vision was blurry, until I completely lost consciousness ...

"Uhm..."
I slowly opened my eyes when I noticed I was inside a familiar room. I also saw Lunely next to me as she slept soundly. I also saw my parents outside with Prof. Seth, all of a sudden I remembered everything.
By the way, I lost my consciousness at the airport. I remembered Prof. Seth carry me towards my car and drove it towards his clinic and now I'm here. Before I realized, my life is in danger. Because of what happened this day, my illness has become level two, which is uncurable now. I noticed Lunely slowly awoke from her sleep.
"Good evening Lunely." I smiled and told her as I pet her head, but she suddenly slapped me softly and cried. "Ouch... What was that for?"
"I hate you Lei, I hate you!" Lunely shouted at me when she suddenly hugged me. "Didn't I tell you to take care of yourself even without my presence?! I just disappeared one day and your illness has worsen! We're still marrying right?! What if you'll be dead-" She said to me as she hugged me tightly while I just tried to calm her down.
"Luh, dead, right away? And what are you talking about getting married? We're still young! And why would I marry you, you're my sister, right?" I asked him sarcastically as the wind changed around Lunely.
"Eh, eh ... You said before that you love me, the type more than just a little sister you said... And, besides ... You did everything to stop me before ... I-Isn't it l-love? " Lunely's cheeks suddenly turned red as she barely touched her forefingers together- eep, she was really blushing.
"Of course it's love Lunely. It's just, I don't know what's on your mind but put it off first okay? And it seems like you're gonna be my little sister for three more weeks." I smiled at her, when suddenly she threw the pillow at me again and shouted. Well, she still looks angry.
"No Lei, I don't want want to!"
Those words suddenly pierced my heart, but it seems that Lunely has another reason why she doesn't want me to be her older brother. "Why? What's wrong with me-"
"Because I love you Lei!"
