*Chapter 10: Concerned (Part I)

Leiro's PoV

"Lunely, Lunely... Wake up now. We're here at the mall ..." I slowly poked Lunely's soft cheek while she was sound asleep. She's really cute while hugging my left arm. No wonder she's so cuddly as always.

"Uhm... Brother Lei... Stop... It tickles..." Lunely softly spoke, thinking that she was awake when I saw her smiling while still sleeping- eh? Sleeptalking? "B-Brother Lei ... Not there... Stop..."

Alas, I think what I have in mind is different. No, no, no ... Don't get the wrong idea guys- I'm still innocent! Don't make me suspect that I am a perv-

"Eek!" Lunely suddenly popped up from her sleep once her head hit my jaw. With the force of the impact, I almost cried in pain, and unfortunately I bit my tongue so...

"Aray !!" Both of us limped as Lunely quickly pet his head while I'm trying to control myself since my tongue hurts! I'm covering my whole mouth with my hands as I closed my eyes tightly while bearing my pain. I don't taste any blood though so it's a good thing my tongue wasn't wounded.

"Lunely! Why did you suddenly jump ?! I even bit my tongue on you ..." I said softly as I tried to comfort my tongue since it was still a bit sore. Eep... It hurts even more than having a relationship break-up. Yet Lunely just apologized right away.

"Oh well, moving on. Now that you're awake, we have to go out now." I simply fixed her hair as I gave her a smile and point something outside my car window. "Here we are at the mall if you don't know." I gave her a smile as she suddenly looked to a shopping mall near my car window. Hehe ... I think she's excited.

"Wow ... It's too big Lei!" Lunely said to me as she was mesmerized by the shopping mall's view. Well, it's a five-floored shopping mall filled with mostly blue glass windows, white concrete background, there are also decorations as well as billboards and other related matters.

Although Lunely and I are just shopping today but maybe I should bond with her as well, maybe on watching movies or something. Well, do you guys have any suggestions? Anything that would make Lunely happy would be a good idea.

But yeah, back to the topic, Lunely and I slowly went out of the car as I quickly held Lunely's hand so she wouldn't get lost. Hmm... Looking at her sparkly eyes and her awkward reactions, I feel like it's her first time entering here. Well, I expect nothing less for a working girl like her. Work is life for her I guess, so I don't think she felt the word "freedom". She also acted like a child to be honest.

"Man driver, thank you for bringing us here. I'll just call you when we get home. We'll also be here outside the mall waiting so we can meet later." I told my driver as Lunely started to act so strange as she tried to pull me inside. Hehe... I told you, even though Lunely's quite matured now but she's still young. She also has childish sides.

The driver just smiled at me as he started driving the car back home. I looked at the sun striking into my eyes, as I just chuckled as I turned to Lunely with her awkward personality she portrayed just now.

Lunely's PoV

"This is really awesome!!!" My mind screamed as I almost burst into tears of joy when Leiro brought me here. I mean, all of my life I haven't been here. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me, and this is really the best day of my life!

"Lunely, please ... Just relax. Don't be too excited okay? You might disappear next to me and you might get lost so just hold my hand." Leiro snorted as he suddenly took a clasp of his fingers between my fingers and held it gently as if we were a couple... Ayiiee ... I feel like it will melt me!

"Um... Lunely?"

Oh my ... Here am I again ... My whole surroundings turned vivid pink, and I ... It feels like this was my dream before. It's just Leiro and I alone ... and we're ... I mean, I couldn't really tell you the scene, but it's really making my heart throbbed like crazy...

"L-L-Lei ?? I-I don't think I can do it..." I spoke so softly as I felt like a balloon going to burst out. I tried to calm myself, as Leiro just placed his rough yet soft palm into my gently face to comfort me.

"Don't worry Lunely... I'll be gentle..." Leiro said as he stroked his palm softly as if I was just scrubbing my face using my facial scrub... I blushed so much that I can't barely move, as Leiro started to-

"Nyay ... L-Leiro ... You're holding me tightly..." I limped as I tried to break my hand free from Leiro but his grip was strong... I... couldn't do anything... I tried to think straight but I can't! I took a comfort to myself as I pleaded Leiro. "L-Leiro ... D-Don't be so rough ... Your hand ... I-It's hurting me ..."

"I won't ever let you go Lunely..." Leiro suddenly kissed my forehead as he continued holding my hand. I tried to struggle, but it's no use... "It's time, to go beyond your limits..."

"But, Lei ... I-I'm scared ..." My voice trembled like water ripples running through while on the ocean floor. I'm shivering so much as if I want to get out of bondage but Leiro just smiled as if he tried to say that I have to be strong.

"Never, be afraid of anything... If we wouldn't do this, then you just admit that you're just so weak... And you don't want that right?" Leiro started to blackmail me as if he's trying to take advantage of my feminine side, until I just tried to surrender myself and give my trust on her...

"N-No! I-I'm not weak! I can be strong! J-Just please, if anything happens... Please, take responsibility..." I suddenly blushed as I totally surrender myself and let Leiro took advantage of me... He just nodded as he started pulling my hand.

"Don't worry, I will never leave you, Lunely. So, shall we start?" Leiro said, as my heart started to beat more, I'm sweating like a pig as I can feel... Nyay... I'm about to lose my-

"IT'S REALLY COLDDD!!!" I shouted so much that the whole people especially the guards quickly looked at me out of curiosity, and Leiro suddenly pulled his jacket out and wrapped it towards my soft, fragile body.

Seconds passed, I realized that I was just daydreaming ... I actually thought that it's gonna be my first time entering the mall and I was still a little scared, but Leiro held my hand tighter as if he didn't want to let me go, and he said that I should have nothing to fear. As I exceeded my limits and entered the mall, I didn't even know it was so cold here!!!

"Hayst ... Why did you wear your office uniform with that short skirt of yours? Now you're getting cold because of that..." Leiro scolded me as if I'm an immatured child doing something wrong right now. He just smacked his forehead as he suddenly looked for something.

"S-so it's my fault now, huh? If you had said it was so cold, I would have gotten dressed decently before we came here!" I pouted at him as I crossed my arms again and looked away from him.

"Hayst... Okay, okay. It's my fault now so sorry, okay?" Leiro quickly give a worried face to me as he suddenly pointed on to something. "Oh, here it is. C'mon. We need to get you some clothes in that shop before you collapse because of that cold." Leiro just ignored my rudeness as he suddenly pulled my hand and made a run towards a boutique shop he pointed earlier.

"Lei, stop! It will ruin my sandals!" I grumbled as I tried to watch my steps since my sandals might break ... Huhu, it's so expensive actually! I still don't have enough money to buy new sandals when they break!

"Don't worry. If it breaks then I'll be glad to buy you a new one. I just don't want you to get any colder that's why we need to buy you some clothes fast." Leiro said, as we ended up like Romeo and Juliet running down the hallway, escaping all of the problems and miseries together. He's holding my hand so tight as if our hands are tied. Hey Lei... What you do to me is really touching ...

Leiro's PoV

Hey ... Finally we're here at the boutique shop ... I tried catching my breath when I noticed Lunely crying. I did ask her about it when I noticed that the lace of her left sandals was snapped off. She started punching me in a cute way as she gnarled at me.

"Leiro!! This was my only sandals and now you broke them! Huhu ..." She started crying like a child losing her candy. I just sighed as I just took a handkerchief from my pocket once smeared with her tears.

"Have you already forgotten what I've said earlier? Didn't I tell you that when your sandals break, I'll gonna buy you a new one? Your condition is more important to me than your sandals. Your sandals can still be replaced but your life will never be the same." I smiled as if I was just giving moral lessons to a child as Lunely suddenly pouted.

"But still..."

"Don't worry, after we buy your clothes, I'll buy you your sandals. Anything you like. Deal? And besides, just like what I've promised, if anything happens, I'll take responsibility." He smiled at me again as I still tried to be angry, but his contagious smile really made me weak! Lei oh... Can you share why your smiles are so sweet?

I just let go from showing my tsunderic attitude and give my hand to him. Leiro just give me another smile once again as he held my hand and both of us entered the boutique shop.

"Welcome ma'am and sir!" A woman at the counter smiled at us as the two of us quickly approached her. "How may I help you?"

"Oh yes. Lunely here needs some dress to wear today. Do you have any suggested dresses that could fit her?" Leiro asked with respect, as the sales lady quickly called some of her co-workers and one of them suddenly pulled my hand. I started to act nervously as Leiro just pet me in my head and spoke softly.

"It'll be okay Lunely..."

Lunely just smiled although I felt she's trembling, yet her feeling disappeared as I comforted her and told her that everything will be fine, as she just surrendered herself let herself be dragged by the sales ladies.

Suddenly...

"That girl of yours is soo adorable!!!" Biglang sigaw ng sales lady sa akin, along with her sparkly eyes and her awkward reaction.

"Pardon?"

"Don't be so blind little sir, but that girl of yours is soo cute she almost look like a doll!" The sales lady suddenly went out from her counter and quickly talk to me as if were having a friendly conversation.

"You're one lucky guy if you didn't know that! Having that cute girl as your girlfriend really is fortunate!" The sales lady quickly laughed as I was suddenly shrieked out of shock.

"W-w-wait, you got the wrong idea ma'am! Lunely is not my girl-"

Suddenly, everyone inside the shop gasped, some cheered and some were really excited as one little girl with a white dress embedded with wavy lavender laces on the top of the chest, at the bottom of the long skirt, and near its waistline.

"Oh my, your girlfriend is really cute!"

"You got the wrong idea everyone! She's not my girlfriend!"
