Extra powers

  Nessia woke up and looked into the mirror.

  There was a symbol of the sun on where the yellow spots were!

  Nessia became excited and quickly prepared herself before going to the hall.

  After spellcasting class, The class went out for lunch. There were familiar faces on the way to the cafeteria. ''She's still doing it?'' Nessia thought with anger.

  She went towards the yelling girl and stopped her once again. ''If you keep doing this, I'll always stop you!'' Nessia threatened.

  The girl who was yelled at hid behind Nessia and whispered, ''She's Dia... she has a dark element crystal and she's from class 1-B...''

  Nessia gasped. So Dia was in her class?

  Dia became enraged and chanted a spell without magic dust.

  Nessia dodged it but crashed into a wall. Then, she thought, ''When did she learn that spell?''

  Nessia stood up, and the only option was to...

  ...Run.

  She took the girl's hand and dragged her away from Dia. ''She's dangerous,'' Nessia said. The girl nodded, and ran with her.

  When both of them hid and no footsteps were heard, Nessia sighed. ''I'm Riveria Rain...'' the girl whispered. Nessia smiled, ''Nessia Aglorin.''

  Lunch time wasn't over yet. Nessia and Riveria tried to stay calm, assuring themselves that the noisy footsteps outside wasn't Dia's.

  ''Do you think it's safe to come out now?'' Riveria worriedly asked. Nessia peeked outside and nodded.

  Nessia and Riveria came out of their hiding spot cautiously and brushed off the dust on their uniform. ''Phew!'' Nessia sighed with relief. ''Lunch time's almost over. See you later!'' Riveria waved gratefully.

  Nessia went to her class too and sat down. She realized she didn't eat a single bit, and later during the lecture of magical creatures Nessia could not ignore the fact that she needed to eat.

  She decided to do something so she could atleast be distracted and used the Levitation Spell on her pen.

  The pen lifted up quickly. Nessia felt different when casting the spell. ''So this is what it feels like to have extra powers?'' Nessia thought, overjoyed.

  ''End of lesson. Pack your bags and we'll start dueling,'' Professor Lora instructed and changed the classroom into the arena.

  The students will be dueling their dorm mates again. Ledia looked like she prepared tricks for the battle.

  The horns sounded, and the dorm mates dueled each other.

  At the end of the duel, Nessia beat Ledia again.

  Getting ready, class, lunch, class, duel, dinner, running laps, practice, sleep. That's part of Nessia's daily life now...
