I started laughing in an insane manner as waves of immense power and wisdom began to wash over me. This was an excellent example.
If I was ready previously to cope with the first wave of adversaries who were heading my way, then now I was ready to deal with a lot of things that were still to come.
I was thankful that I did not allow myself to become complacent, and I devised a strategy to become the most powerful being in DxD, on par with Great Red and Ophis. My objective was to perform better than those two.
~The fact that you are capable of doing that in a reasonably short amount of time because to this skill of yours is the most horrifying aspect of the situation.~

As I nodded in assent to what Ddraig had to say, a maniacal grin spread across my face. It was only a matter of time and facing the appropriate kind of foes for me to develop the necessary level of strength to compete with those two creatures.
Because of my talents, I was significantly more powerful than what was indicated by my level; hence, the most effective strategy was to acquire further skills.
I was more than prepared to do that and even more thanks to the quantity of Mana I had accumulated up to this point as well as the MP R that came with it.
"So, Ddraig. What do you think about the idea of practising the opening address for the Emperor of the Red Dragon? To make the fire more intense, there will be a lot of fire, sparks, and wind involved. You in?"

As I felt pure draconic energy surging from within me and taking physical form in the outside world, an ethereal red glow surrounded my chest and stomach, my arms up to my elbows, and my legs up to my knees.
It also surrounded my arms and legs from the knees down. The procedure came to a conclusion quickly, and before I knew it, I was dressed in the perfect version of the Boosted Gear.
The red metallic vest came over the midnight cloak for whatever reason, but it didn't look horrible that that, and the hood could still be worn over my head.
The vest was sleek, and it featured a jewel in the middle of my chest that appeared to be held by six claws that protruded from the vest itself. The jewel was emerald-colored.
My forearms were protected up to my elbows by gauntlets that were sleek, scaled, and wickedly clawed.
The gauntlets had golden and emerald details at the edges of some scales, and thanks to the fact that they were not bulky in any way, I was hardly aware of the weights that they carried.
As I clenched both of my fists, a noise that sounded like two metal sticks striking each other several times could be heard.
When I looked down at my feet, I noticed that my legs were protected all the way up to the knee by boots that were quite similar to gauntlets.
My right hand now has four clawed fingers on the front and two nasty talons, just as Ddraig had promised he would.
I anticipated that it would take some time before I become accustomed to them, but I am confident that I will do so eventually.
[An extraordinary deed has resulted in the development of A skill! It has been decided to create the talent "Boosted Gear."
Gear with a Boost. Active, level one [0.0%], no vanguard. In addition to its other name, the Red Dragon Emperor's Gauntlet, this Sacred Gear is one of the thirteen Longinus and contains the soul of the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig.
It is also known as the Red Dragon Emperor's Gauntlet. The user's physical and magical power are both increased by a factor of two every ten seconds if they are using Boosted Gear, which has the capacity to "Boost." Maintenance: 100 MP.
Annoucements:
Boost causes the user's HP, MP, STR, and DEX to all be increased by 100%. This call is made every ten seconds until the user hits his or her physical limit, at which point it will no longer be made.
Explosion: Unleashes the stored power of the Boosted Gear in the form of a beam of unrefined magical power from the Jewel of the Welsh Dragon.
Reset: You will hear this statement once all of the power that was stored in the Boosted Gear during the Explosion has been depleted. Once summoned, the user is prevented from using Boost until he has previously released another Explosion, provided that his body is not extremely close to reaching its physical limits.
When the user of Boosted Gear hits his or her physical limit, an announcement will be made and it will be named "Burst." When the user is called upon, all of their heightened powers are immediately depleted.
Transfer: This ability allows you to give an increase in power to another person or object.]
The fact that I did not start out with Balance Breaker and Juggernaut Drive was a minor source of disappointment for me, but it was not a major one because I am normally a more sensible person.
For some reason, I believe that I will need to go to level fifty on the Boosted Gear skill in order to gain Balance breaker, and then I will need to max out that talent in order to get Juggernaut Drive.
That was going to take some time, but if I consistently used Boosted Gear while I trained, I might be able to achieve Balance Breaker before the Young Devil's Gathering, just like Issei did in the Light Novels.
There was no way for me to know for certain whether or not I would be successful in obtaining it before Kokabiel showed his obsessive concern for the conflict.
I gave a quick shake of my head and slammed one armed and clawed fist into another, producing a metalling clang that resounded over the deserted streets of Kuoh, which were about to be demolished. "Let's go wild, Ddraig!"
The shout of encouragement and approval that came next from the Red Dragon Emperor was something I aspired to be able to replicate in the not-too-distant future.

The Lightning Roar of the Red Dragon costs 350 MP.
The Dragonic Lightning Aura costs 300 MP to maintain.

It took me killing more than four hundred Nazi Zombies and two Legion Nazi Zombies before I could advance three levels and obtain the skills I sought at the time.
It took me almost the entirety of the night, but I was able to do it. In the process of doing so, I increased the level of everything other than meditation because it couldn't be used in combat.
Because I was constantly travelling around utilising Shadow Travel and Flash Step without stopping, my base physical stats rose up to more than 45.
The recent killing spree I was a part of not only provided me with massive general progress, but also provided me with other benefits as well.
I was now the proud owner of more than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, in addition to the many, many Soul Gems that were now prepared to be used whenever I got my hands on a healing talent.
Never in a million years did I think I'd be saying this, but I'd like to express my gratitude to the Nazi Zombies for the financial gift and assistance. I solemnly swear that I will put it to beneficial use... for myself.
