As they entered the assembly chamber, Hades, accompanied by his wife and the Horae, observed the surroundings. Two of the Horae were engaged in a lively conversation about some trivial matter, while Eunomia seemed genuinely interested in Hades' serious demeanor.

Eunomia couldn't contain her curiosity any longer and asked, "Lord Hades, what exactly is transpiring in the Underworld? And who shares the rule with you down there?"

Hades turned his gaze towards her and replied, "Currently, the Underworld is divided among numerous factions and regions. The upper regions are inhabited by devils and fallen angels, who are the most prominent forces within the higher echelons. The devils control approximately two-thirds of the surface, while the fallen angels possess the remaining third. I govern over a significant portion of the middle level, the realm of the dead. Around half of this realm belongs to me, and I am the guardian of the gate that leads to the dreaded Pit of Tartarus, located near Malebolge. The other half of the mid-levels is shared among other influential Underworld deities and formidable monsters. Apart from Persephone and me, Hel is the most notable figure. Her realm, Helheim, occupies about a quarter of the mid-levels. She and I have a relatively amicable relationship."

Eunomia, intrigued by the mention of Hel, asked for more information. "Who exactly is Hel?" she inquired.

Persephone raised an eyebrow in surprise. "You don't know? Hel is not a Greek deity but a Norse one, or more accurately, a Jotunn. She is the daughter of the Norse God Loki," she explained.

Eirene and Dike, now fully engaged in the conversation, showed their curiosity. Eirene added, "I've always wondered if other Underworld Gods had their own domains down there."

Hades nodded, acknowledging their interest. "Indeed, many do have their dominions within the Underworld. However, Hel and I are considered the most powerful. You may be familiar with the Egyptian Gods Osiris and Anubis, who have also joined forces with me," he revealed.

As the conversation continued, the gods suddenly became aware of the sound of teleportation and footsteps echoing through the assembly chamber. One by one, the Olympians and other minor Greek gods arrived, taking their seats upon their respective thrones.

The reactions to Hades' presence varied among the gods, and uncertainty filled the air as he stood up and approached them.

"Hades, what brings you here with Persephone? And why have you summoned all of us to be present?" Zeus inquired, his voice tinged with surprise.

Demeter, her tone laced with barely contained anger, interjected, "Have you finally come to return my daughter home for good?!"

Persephone sighed, accustomed to her mother's emotional outbursts, but chose to remain silent.

Hades responded, his voice carrying a serious tone, "No, we are here to deliver grave news concerning a series of incidents in the Underworld that demand your attention."

Hera tilted her head, clearly puzzled. "Do you require our assistance? It is unlike you to ask for help," she remarked.

"In a manner of speaking, yes," Hades confirmed with a nod. "The Pit of Tartarus has recently been breached. My death reapers captured footage of the perpetrator," he explained, holding up a device that displayed the recorded images.

Initially, the gods appeared confused and somewhat amused by the sight of a little girl with black hair soaring through the skies of the Underworld. However, their expressions quickly shifted to shock as the display panned over, revealing the complete destruction of the Gate of Tartarus.

Zeus's fury flared. "Who is that little girl? Has she broken the gate?!" he exclaimed.

Hera, recognizing the gravity of the situation, interrupted with a pressing question. "More importantly, were any of the Titans released?"

Hades shook his head. "No, we conducted a thorough survey of Tartarus after the incident, and the gate is currently being repaired. Cerberus is now guarding it. Only two prisoners were missing: the evil dragon Ladon and the Hydra. I investigated the girl's identity, and she is known as Ophis, the Infinite Ouroboros Dragon God," he revealed.

Poseidon interjected in disbelief, his voice filled with astonishment. "Ophis? The void dragon of infinite power?"

Hades nodded solemnly. "Indeed. I am uncertain of her motives for targeting the dragons in Tartarus, but it is a matter of great concern. She is up to something dangerous, and I believed it necessary to bring this to your attention," he explained.

Apollo, intrigued by the mention of Ophis, sought further information. "I don't know much about this dragon god. Just how powerful is she?" he inquired.

Hera, with her vast knowledge, responded with caution. "Ophis is incredibly powerful. Titans and countless other deities across the Earth feared her presence. However, this creature has rarely shown interest in the mortal realms, preferring to dwell within the Dimensional Gap of Chaos," she explained.

Artemis, her voice filled with determination, spoke up assertively. "So, she has freed evil dragons from Tartarus? We cannot allow this to go unchecked. I am more than willing to aid in the hunt for this monster."

Ares, fueled by his warrior spirit, readily agreed with Artemis. "I concur! Such audacious behavior cannot be overlooked. Dragons are treacherous creatures and should not be allowed to roam freely," he growled with intensity.

Athena glanced at Ares and Artemis, a hint of condescension in her voice. "I fear you both underestimate the immense power of Ophis. The Gates of Tartarus were specifically designed to contain Titans and other formidable wrongdoers. The only prison more secure is Cocytus. For Ophis to effortlessly break through its defenses..."

Ares, driven by his unwavering confidence, declared with fervor, "A mere dragon is no match for the full might of Olympus!"

Hestia, speaking up for the first time, directed her question to Hades. "Lord Hades, how can you be certain that the girl you encountered was indeed Ophis?"

Hades explained, "I consulted the Underworld goddess, Hel, who confirmed the girl's identity. Hel informed me that Ophis had also resurrected Niðhöggr, another malevolent dragon whose remains adorned her throne and whose soul was bound to her realm in death."
