Upon arriving at the majestic mansion, Merlin and Riser were warmly welcomed into the spacious living room by the elegant presence of Sona, Tsubaki, and Yoruichi. The atmosphere exuded a sense of comfort and sophistication, with luxurious furniture and impeccable decoration.

"Congratulations on your victory in the Rating Game," greeted Sona with a warm smile, her eyes shining with pride for her husband. Tsubaki and Yoruichi nodded in agreement, expressing their admiration for Riser's performance in the battle.

Riser accepted the congratulations with a modest nod, thanking his wife and companions for their support. Merlin stood by his side, observing the interaction with interest, his serene expression revealing his appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere of the Phenex mansion.

As Sona led the guests to settle comfortably, Ravel entered the room with a radiant smile, greeting Riser with enthusiasm.

"Onii-sama, you were amazing in the battle! I'm so proud of you," exclaimed Ravel, her eyes shining with fraternal admiration.

"Thank you, Ravel. Your support means a lot to me," he replied, touched by his sister's display of affection.

As the conversation continued, Romina entered the room.

"Mother, it's good to see you."

Romina embraced Riser tenderly, her soft words conveying her pride and love for her son.

"Congratulations, dear. I'm incredibly proud of you and your achievements," she said, her gentle voice carrying a tone of concern that did not go unnoticed by Riser.

He hugged her tightly, feeling grateful for his mother's unconditional support. However, even as he absorbed her kind words, he couldn't help but notice the shadow of worry in her blue eyes.

"What happened, mother? You seem worried."

Romina hesitated for a moment before responding in a tense voice.

"Your father... he wanted to invade your home."

Those words echoed in the room, creating a heavy silence. Riser had already expected something like this, but now that it had become a reality, the gravity of the situation hit him hard.

Riser turned to Sona, seeking confirmation in her eyes. Sona met Riser's gaze, her expression serious, reflecting the seriousness of the situation. She nodded slightly, confirming Romina's words.

"I will deal with Victorius," Riser stated with determination.

Romina didn't want Riser to fight his own father. She reached out, gently touching her son's face.

"Riser, I know this is difficult for you. But please, try to resolve this in a way that doesn't result in more family conflicts."

Riser looked at his mother, seeing the concern and love in her eyes.

"I will talk to him. I don't want this to become a war between us."

With a sigh of relief, Romina hugged Riser once more, feeling grateful for the understanding son she had.

"But you have to stay at my house from now on," Riser insisted.

"I have obligations as Lady Phenex," Romina pondered, hesitant.

"I don't care."

"Onii-sama is right, mother," Ravel intervened, her soft voice conveying her concern. "We will take care of you here at home. Don't worry about anything."

Romina looked at her children's worried faces, feeling moved by the love and dedication they shared. She knew that despite the challenges they would face ahead, they were united as a family, ready to face any obstacle together.

With a resigned nod, Romina accepted Riser's offer, knowing that being with him and her sister was best for everyone.

"Please take care of my mother while I'm away," Riser asked Sona, seeking to ensure Romina's well-being in his absence.

"You can count on me, Riser. I will ensure that your mother is well cared for and protected."

Romina, in turn, was worried about what Riser might do to resolve the situation with Victorius.

"Riser, my son, please remember your words. I don't want this to become a war between you and your father."

"Trust me, mother. I've already told you I won't fight," Riser assured, seeking to reassure Romina with his promise.

With a resigned nod, Romina accepted Riser's words, knowing that her son would do his best to resolve the situation as best as possible.

Riser bid farewell to everyone and began to climb the stairs.

"Where are you going?" asked Sona, with a curious look, noticing the serious expression on Riser's face.

Riser stopped, turned to Sona.

"I need to think about the best way to talk to Victorius."

"I understand. I'll stay in the living room keeping your mother company," said Sona, giving him a supportive look.

Riser nodded in gratitude and climbed the stairs, his heart heavy with the weight of responsibility resting on his shoulders.

Sona, observing the scene, had some ironic thoughts. She wondered if Romina was really capable of making Riser act without using violence at least once, considering the tense relationship between father and son.

Ravel approached Merlin with a radiant smile.

"Congratulations on your performance in the Rating Game, Merlin-san. You were amazing," praised Ravel, expressing her admiration for the mage.

"Thank you, Ravel. I'm glad to have contributed to Riser-sama's victory."

"It's true, Merlin. Now you will also be able to have your own Peerage," said Sona, offering a supportive smile to the mage.

"Yes, that's true," replied Merlin, thanking Sona with a sincere smile. "I feel honored to have this opportunity."

Riser's Room

Riser entered his room, closing the door softly behind him.

In the comforting silence of his room, Riser let out a deep sigh, allowing himself a moment of reflection. He walked to the window, observing the night view of the underworld stretching out before him.

"System, what did I gain?"

With a slight smile of satisfaction, Riser stepped away from the window and sat in his favorite armchair.

"System, what are the options available in the store based on the amount of luck points I have to buy something that will help me deal with my father?"
