A week later, Blake managed to convinced the majority of teachers for to make the school a Co-ed one. But there's still a problem it cannot be implemented yet, as long as the new building is not finished the school budget is running out.

[Flashback]

"The suggestion was great but the problem is the funds it's running out we might finish it in four years" One teacher said while everyone agree to her words.

"Please quiet down, I'm not done explaining the things yet!" everyone shut up their mouth and didn't dare to utter any single word. Blake nodded "So as I said earlier, I want to make it a Co-ed school within one or two years. As for the construction, I'll use my own money for it, I'll also use that extra money for more school equipment we will also needed to add a computer lab for new course in college.

Which is related to Computer. As the technology is advancing we will advance to, I want this school to produce a finest computer programmers that the world ever see! "

His speech, made everyone stood up and clap, they're glad that their isn't deducted. One teacher raised his hand" Permission to ask sir"

Blake nodded affirmation, the teacher asked "Do we need to hire teachers on that new subjects?"

"Well, depends but first please raise your hand if you're a computer literate" Ten teachers raised their hand. Blake nodded "Okay ten of you please come forward"

The Tean teachers who raised their oblige and come in front of Blake, Blake asked them "Are you ten willing to learn further about the computer and teach it, of course since it you 10 would have two or more subjects under you I'll double the monthly payment you received"

The ten said in unison "We will do everything in our power sir!"

The rest were envious but they knew that they don't have ang higher knowledge on computers. They just congratulate them, being envious would hinder their teaching quality and they might be fired from their job.

Sitting on the principal office as he's now the new principal of Kouh Acadrmy, he's studying the policies of the school, so thst he add new one or modified some of it.

"Deym, it's much more stressful than being a student, complaining won't create a money for me. I never thought thst the construction cost over $100,000 it includes the interior design after it finished" Blake murmur while flipping the papers.

*Knock *knock

Hearing the knock, Blake says "Please enter" The door open and Sona entered the office with papers on her hand.

'Sona why give me more paperworks?' Blake silently said, he already deemed the paperwork as his mortal enemy.

Sona was surprised to see Blake 'I know that someone bought the school but expect that he's young. He's familiar, he's the youngest wealthy person, if I remember I investigated the abandon church and the land was under his name too' Sona silently said, her eyes staring at Blake that also staring back her.

Sona speculate that Blake is higher member of the church, but quickly denied it as she doesn't have any evidence that he's from the church. Blake snapped her out by saying " Are you okay? You're standing their for 5 minutes now"

Sona adjusted her glasses to hide her embarrassed face, she caught to calm down and said "I apologize for being rude"

Blake shook his head "Nah, it's okay I don't mind, so what brings you here Miss?"

Sona realized that she didn't introduce herself yet and with a serious tone " I apologize again for my behavior, I'm Souna Shitori a first year student also the current Student Council President "

Blske nodded" You must be an hard working student Miss. Shitori"

"Thank for the Compliment Mr.Principal, I'm here give you this club application form, it needs your sign" Sona placed the form, she bowed and left after Blake said that she can go.

Blake picked up the paper that Sona placed on his desk, he began reading the the form "Occult Research Club, now that's intriguing if I remember correctly the club should be there before the plot. It was disbanded for some time and Rias reestablished it but her member is only three Her, Akeno Himejima it needs five members to make an active club"

Blake didn't approve the reestablishing the Occult Research Club, and continue reading the other documents that have much important than her club.

In student council room, a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes. Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair, that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face. She seems worried "Sona, will the club will be reestablish again. I hope that this new principal would approve the club"

Sona already doubt the approval of her club "Rias, the possibility is almost 0 the members were you and your queen. The new principal is a year younger than us"

Rias interest increased "Tell me Sona, do you feel any sacred gear in him?"

Sona shook her head "He didn't have a sacred gear, but I can sense an energy that much darker than anything I see, even your brother doesn't have that kind of ominous energy"

Rias doubted Sona's word and says "Then, I can recruit him to my peerage right Sona?" seeing Sona sighed she knew something is not right.

"I advice you to stop, because no one know his hidden background aren't you suspicious about his wealth? Do you think a young person like him can easily have that kind of money. I admit that he's smart, but that fact that he owns the abandoned church he might be from the church"

Rias expression turned serious "The church didn't contact us, are they ignoring our authority? We should confront this guy"

Sona once again sighed "Rias, we're friends I don't want you to be died somewhere, didn't you also noticed that the strays we incounter is decreasing when he he appears in this town"

Rias ponder "You suspect him, that he's the one that killed strays that lurking around? Don't joke around Sona he's from church, you said you felt an much more ominous energy in him than of my brother"

Sona already had enough "You go to him to understand what I'm saying, I need to do more things"

Rias left the student council office, she's heading to principal office, when she arrived, she knocked on the door but no one replied she knocked again still no one responded.

"He's not here? Where did he go?" Rias wondered

"Achoo!! Someone's is talking behind my back" Blake muttered, as he's walking on the streets of Akihabara, why he's here he will buy anime merch of course, his Otaku said didn't leave him.

As for how he arrived in Akihabara he just slice the air to create a portal, Blake is not worried of the portal as it would be able to repair itself from any damage, unless he destroy the reality itself.
