Chapter 03

Blake spent another months just to train his sword mastery, and gun mastery it's too difficult for him to train without a mentor. He do trial and error and he's learning from his mistakes, the part he created many mistakes is on swordsmanship because he has no experience on handling a sword.

As for the gun it's as easy as drinking water for him as his accuracy already is pretty good, he didn't train much on that area and focus on mastering the sword, which he did in three months.

Currently he's holding muramase, then he disappeared, when he appeared behind the tree a line appeared and spread on the tree, the tree fell down. Satisfied by it Blake faintly smiled, he went back to the church and materialize a bag and put his documents inside, he knew thst the church will be use soon.

"Time to check the Kouh Academy, I hope they already become co-ed, I'm already bored by my daily life. If not hehe... I will buy it I have MONEY!!" Blake said with crazed face.

Heading out to Kouh Academy, he saw that only female were the students, his eyes lit up upon seeing the young bespectacled woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut and violet eyes. She currently wearing the standard Kouh Academy school uniform.

'She's much younger than her counterpart? Is she a 2nd year or 1st year student. Either of the two I have a time advantage to get stronger' Blake then, use shadow to stealthy enter the Kouh Academy to find whose the owner and buy the academy for himself. He entered to the principals office and rummage the files, Blake quickly found the information he needed, he then left as it doesn't have any use to stay.

Inside of a cafe Blake contacted the owner of Kouh Academy, when the arrived, Blake greeted him, and offered him to sit, the owner knew who Blake was so he immediately knew that meeting with Blake means business. The owner was flabbergasted hearing what Blake said "I want to see the statistical report of the school that you currently owned" the owner immediately handed a document to Blake.

The owner thought that Blake is going to invest to his school, but that thought shattered from hearing Blake.

"According to this report, Kouh Academy is slowly going to bankruptcy, due to how low the current students inrolled to your. If I invest to this school, I might lose my money"

The owner was sweating cursing himself'Dammit, I forgot to tampered the report due to excitement!' the felt that he already a big fish.

Blake thought' Heck, even if I'm a total idiot, I won't invest to this kind of thing, the is literally saying don't invest!'

The owner hurriedly said "Please reconsider this Mr.Snow, the school needs a support or else it would be shut down in one or two years. If it close the students will cost more just to go to other place just to gain education"

Blake shook his head and says' Now, he's pulling the education in what good guy! ' he sarcastically thought "Very Well but I won't invest, Instead I will buy it"

The owner taken aback "H-how much would you offer?"

Blake replied "Show me the cost for building a school, including the land"

The owner sighed in relief, because he brought it with him it's the document was not tampered, he handed it to Blake, Blake took the the documents and began reading cost of whole school, land, building, designs used, and the current under construction building.

Which around a $25,250,579 'School is really expensive alright... And once someone taught him to make it co-ed the school would become more expensive'

Blake needed to owned the school "I'm sure, that you can't refuse to my offer Mr. School owner"

"Oh? Are you sure about that Mr. Snow" The owner asked as his hands are trembling. Blake nodded and said "I will buy your school for $45,500,000"

The owner was tempted but he wanted to higher the price "How about $50,000,000"

Blake shook his head "That's too expensive for a school that going to close due to few enrolled students" Blake release some pressure, directed to the owner. "$45,500,000 is my final offer take it or leave it, You choose" Blake said with cold voice. The School Owner shuddered while gazing into Blake's eyes.

"I-i'll take it, Mr.Snow" The owner said while wiping his sweat, from Blake's pressure. Blake clapped his hand "Very good mr. School Owner here's the my card the payment is inside of it the Pin is ******."

The owner, instantly took the card "I'll contact you for the transper of the school under your name"

Blake nodded and stood up, the school also stood up they handshake "Thank you for doing business with you mr. School owner"

"Nonono! The pleasure is mine Mr.Snow!" The owner said having a fake smile.

After, meeting with the school owner Blake left, with a smirk on. His face, he headed back to the hills behind the abandon church and continue to train his powers, and fighting styles.

After an hour of training Blake went deeper in the woods where he began hunting stray devils that lurking in his territory. Blake found a group of Strays fighting he took advantage of it. He slice their heads and impaled the head on a pike signifying that it's his territory, and those who trespass will be killed.

'Seriously I need to learn how to do an effective magic circle, maybe summoning a devil and have a pact with them would do' Blake thought, devils are the only ones he knew how to summon.

Blake look up he million of shining stars, he smiled and said "I will have fun in this new world, bye bye previous life depression"

The next day Blake received a message from the school owner, he got ready and left, he went to the place where they have their meeting. The school owner with his lawyer. The told Blake everything about how it worls, he began placing documents on the table for him to sign. Blake bean signing the documents while reading the content of the document to avoid the scam.

Seeing that the documents are real, he finished signing everything, he handed it to the lawyer, the started talking about the trasfer of the school under my name. Blake listened to him while sipping a tea.

After the conversation the Kouh Academy finally under his name, Blake already planned everything needed to do managing the school. Of course he needed to have a meeting on the school principal and teachers leaving them in dark wasn't a good one.

Blake contacted everyone, scheduling a meeting with them, to discuss his plan to everyone.
