"I have given the other girls the chance to spend a night with you, however we must find time to spend with each other intimately as well. As president, I got to be given chances, especially with the one I love deeply," Rias explains to him. They then look at Issei to see what he has decided. Issei then comes at a choice. "Well, I decided on Rias first because we haven't felt each other in a little while, you know," Issei says, with Rias becoming happy at this while Akeno just smiles at his decision, knowing her time will come later.

Rias positions herself at the bed, leaving Issei to take the initiative and be above her. Rias has this expression of love and lust, heart-felt romance and burning desire on her.
