Weird Feelings

Suddenly he flew parallel to the ground and they never hit the ground. However, Lian's eyes were still closed because she was afraid that they would crash into the ground.

"Hahaha" Ze chuckled seeing the frightened little beautiful mortal girl in his arms clutching him with all her strength, "Open your eyes girl. You needn't be afraid anymore."

"Huh?" she opened her eyes hearing some comforting words from him. Opening her eyes, she could see the moon in the night sky that meets with the sea at the horizon. Lian never saw such a mesmerizing sight that could sooth her mind and soul.

She turned topward Ze, when she realised he was already watching her which made her flush.

"Shall we head back to the Villa ? You would catch a cold if you stayed out here." He somehow was concerned about her.

Lian nodded in response and hid her face into his cold neck which made Ze smile.

He flew back to his villa to the room where Lian woke up earlier, but this time Lian was reluctant to leave his arms. She found comfort and care in his arms.

"Um, miss, you can let me go. We have reached the villa —" he couldn't complete his sentence when he was cut off by Lian.

"Can you hold me longer ? I don't know but I'm feeling warmth in your arms." she didn't even look at him.

Ze walked to the wardrobe with Lian in his arms, pulled out a duvet for her and walked toward the bed, he placed the duvet on the bed and seated himself on the edge along with Lian in his arms.

"Miss, don't you want to have a sleep ? Or even go to the washroom to wash yourself before sleeping ?" he asked, confused about the situation.

Finally, Lian looked up at him, "Please call me Lian and yes please show me the way to the washroom." she looked around the room before asking, "Don't you have lights in this Villa ?"

"No, there's no electricity supply in this Villa, and we have 52 washrooms, which one would you like to go to ?" he smiled at her, showing his innocence.

"52 washrooms ? Are you kidding me ?" she chuckled at the thought that a Villa could have 52 washrooms as if people lived in washrooms.

"I'm not kidding, I can show you in the morning if you want." he stood up and placed her on the bed, this time she let him go.

"Do you have candles ?" She asked, clattering her teeth as the chilled wind blew through the window.

"Yes I think, there are a few candles."

"Please bring a few candles and a matchbox. Also please close this window and show me the nearest washroom to this room." She looked up at him, still figuring out who he was.

"Stay here, I'll be back." Ze rushes outside the room.

While Lian took the time to look around her surroundings. The room had only one bed, one window, one door, bed side tables on either side of the bed and a large wardrobe. It was dark as the window was the only light source. The ceiling was designed beautifully like historical palaces while the walls had plain solid colour on them.

𝘊𝘓𝘈𝘊𝘒! 𝘊𝘓𝘈𝘊𝘒! Ze appeared on the doorway suddenly with candles and matchbox in his hand.

"Here you go." He placed them on the bed side table.

Lian took one candle and lit it up, when she realised that the whole villa was pitch black, how could Ze find so many candles. "You said there's no electricity supply in this Villa, then how did you find so many candles ?"

"I can see things in the dark, I have night vision. Since you haven't figured out who I am, I would let you figure it out on your own." He smirked at her.

~Oh my! His smile.... This guy is so sexy! How could I resist myself falling for this man?~ her thoughts ran wild.

"Please hold this and lead the way." She handed the lighted candle to him before turning away from him with her flushed cheeks.

"This way." He held her wrist which made her blush even more, "By the way, you really don't realise who I am ?"

"No. Do you have another pair of clothes ? I need to change these soaked and dirty clothes." 

"I have to check whether I have any." He led her to the room next to their room. "It is the closest washroom to our room, it is cleaned, has a water supply and everything you need."

"Thanks, please prepare some clothes for me and stay near to this bathroom." She took the candle from his hand when their hands had a slight contact.

≈ Why does a small touch from her make me feel so uncomfortable? Why does my heart beat so fast ? ≈ Ze seemed confused as Lian closed the bathroom door.

She placed the candle on the highest glass shelf and started undressing herself before turning on the water. To her surprise, she found a new toothbrush and toothpaste in the cabinet. She brushed her teeth.

Meanwhile, Ze searched for a pair of clothes when all he found was a pile of clean white bed sheets. He thought of making a dress for her.

≈Why do I care for her so much ? These feelings are confusing me.≈ he scratched his head. But he held the needle and threads when he decided to make a dress out of bed sheets.

After brushing her teeth, she started washing her hair with the shampoo that was already present in the bathroom cabinet when suddenly the lukewarm water turned cold and it reminded her of Ze.

~Why do I have these weird feelings for him ? What is his identity? He has a cold body, he can see in the dark, he can even fly with bat wings and he can heal wounds by licking them. What creature is — ?~ She stopped at her tracks of her thoughts, when she realised something.

"Bat wings? Sucks blood? Creature?" She whispered slowly while her thoughts jumbled through her mind.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh..." Ze heard Lian's voice from the bathroom.
