***4 years later***
A little girl was running around in a very busy all-female salon.
"Tingting, don't run so fast. You will hurt yourself." A slightly hoarse and mature female voice called out to her.
Without slowing down her steps she shouted back, "But ma, Itachi gege is here. He must have brought me so many candies like before."
The mature lady gave a deep sigh and slowly followed her daughter upstairs to her personal office.
In her office, three people were sitting silently. The youngest person was drinking hot chocolate, while the other two were drinking green tea.
The youngest person was obviously William Walker. He had changed a lot in the past four years. His height had increased to 150 cm (or 4' 11''). Although his face still looked like an innocent young boy's face, it had changed from a six year old innocent boy to a twelve year old innocent boy. Not only that, anyone who knew him well enough, was immediately able to tell that he had changed emotionally. The cold and emotional eyes would spark with a hint of love and concern, whenever they roamed over Tingting or Lin Shihong. Although Itachi's spring hadn't arrived yet, and it was late by many years, but fortunately it was just around the corner.
The person sitting on the right of William was named Leonard Testarossa. He was one of the main antagonists of the anime series called Full Metal Panic.
He had been summoned over three years ago. Unfortunately, he had been summoned without his Arm Slave, Belial, a 4th gen mecha of mass destruction. As the technology level of this level was very pitiful, manufacturing arm slaves was an impossibility. So, for the past three years, Leonard's job was to tremendously boost the technological world of this world.
Using Claudia's company's name, they had also recruited five scientists as disciples and research assistants for Leonard. According to Leonard, two more years were needed before manufacturing arm slaves could be considered.
Without paying any attention to the atmosphere, Tingting crashed into Itachi and started telling him all about her day, while eating the candies which had magically appeared in Itachi's hands.
No one present seemed to mind her behaviour.
Lin Shihong gave everyone a wry smile and as she tried to apologize to Itachi, he stopped her.
"I like her a lot, so I don't mind it. And you don't have to be so polite to me. You are a smart woman...I will never move first because of your trauma, I want to give you some time to recover. Please do answer me when you have recovered though."
A complex expression appeared on Lin Shihong's face. She wanted to say many things to Itachi. In the end, she only gave a deep sigh and turned to look towards William.
"Young master, I think I have found the target you are looking for. He is a high school student in his last year, his name is Yang Chen. Unexplained increase in his exam score, unexplained increase in his physical strength, unexplained increase in his confidence and popularity, and a slightly complicated family background, he ticks all of the boxes."
William gave a soft hmm and continued drinking his hot chocolate.
Leonard put down his cup of tea and asked, "What kind of complicated background are we talking about?"
"His father is dead and we couldn't investigate much about him. His mother is from a very esteemed family situated in the capital, but she was kicked out when she married his father. They have strong ties with the mystical forces of this country. So, both his parents are not normal."
Everyone fell into a silence while thinking about their future plan of actions.
After a couple of minutes, William gave a nod and said, "Good work Shihong! You can buy anything worth 5000 gold from the store, using my money."
Lin Shihong just gave a soft smile and silently accepted the praise.

William and Itachi were standing on the rooftop near Yang Chen's house. According to Leonard, Yang Chen may have a way to resurrect using his soul, so they had decided to come up with a way to deal with it. They had bought an item called soul shard from the farm store. It would seal one soul, when it was in contact with the physical body of the owner of the soul, during its death.
They would be using two today, just to be safe.
After a couple of minutes, they could see Yang Chen leisurely walking down the street. He was in his school clothes as he was coming back from school. Looking at his demeanour, no one would associate it with a teenager. He behaved like a mature person who was arrogant about his strength.
