Chapter 2

Let me tell you something about aliens in the dragon ball universe, they are weird and their biology is weirder. The first planet that I arrived was these small creatures that looked like gray matter but were not really prepared for an invasion by Freiza force. The goons that were sent here were massacring the native species at an alarming rate.

By the time I got there, they massacred around 30% of population. These were low level goons not the Ginyu force elites. I was able to make a quick work of them and kill them. They had some backup but they were not able to keep up with me. 

After that I went and talked with the leader of these people and gave him some books on Ki and warned him about the next fighters that come here. They were thankful for the help. 

Having wrapped up the buisness here, I was able to get the plans for expansion in this sector. Frieza has stationed a trusted deputy in here to oversee the project. I decided that Freiza would not be expanding in this sector. I knew that my max power level was about 30 million and Frieza would wreck me in a direct confrontation so I need to use gorilla tactics as much as possible. 

also wherever I went I spread Ki techniques to give the population a better chance of survival. Thankfully Vegeta was not in the sector since I didn't want to interfere with cannon.

Slowly but surely I was making this sector a headache for Frieza force. He was engaged in a war with another empire and wasn't able fully commit to expand in this sector. Even cooler and cold were unable to commit any forces. 

This sector had about 672 species that were in danger of loosing there homes. They had an average power level of 200 and a median of 2500. I was able to increase those stats to 2700 and median of 20000. I was a little worried that having so many high power level species might attract the wrong kind of attention from wrong kind of people but it was needed for survival. 

After the species that were in danger form a confederation, Freiza was reportedly furious. Though he lost minimal forces in trying to expand his reputation had taken a hit. I was worried I would have to fight him but wasn't ready. At this time goku was 15 so cannon had just started. 

I went back to namek for getting deaged and turning 20 again. This trip I did let Guru know that Freiza might be a little stronger. After I left namek, the namekians have made good use of gravity chambers, and have gotten a lot stronger. The average power level was 30K which did put my mind at ease.

I personally was at 35 Million as a max. The temptation to become a cyborg and get a power level of 380 million like android 17 was quite high. I was able to reason that I would be limited to that number and later on would become dog shit at fighting. 

I returned to the confederation headquarters and thought about giving the designs to them but scratched that idea. I also went to visit earth and bought a lot of cup ramen and by a lot I mean all the units the company produced in that year. 

After my affairs were concluded I received a distressing message.Whis has made contact with confederation and was eager to meet me. I instantly went there to see that Berus wasn't there. I just felt a sense of relief wash over me. 

I actually invited Whis for dinner and showed him some delicacy's of confederation and Earth. We talked about the happenings of galaxy and he bought up Freiza. I was just wondering if he wanted son Goku to get that strong to get rid of Frieza as Cat was an incompetent GOD. 

I actually asked him about god Ki and got vague answers. I also asked if I can get a supreme Kai to unlock my true potential. He was surprised to say the least. He was actually was quite happy to help. He took me the weird old supreme Kai for help. It took around 20 hours for my potential to be completely unlocked. Now my base power level was around 5 million and max was 450 million. I was estatic. This meant I can fight androids and cell easily tho majin buu would be tricky. 

I also learned that cold has started to encroach on the confederations Territories. I instantly zapped there and saw the destruction.
