Prologue

In a dense forest, full of green vegetations, surrounded by a beautiful flower bed, stood a colossal and magnificent Tree. Its size overwhelmed all the other trees at its surroundings who would never dare to be taller than it.

Its trunk was pure white with its crown formed by white and pink leaves. A thick aura surrounded the big tree, extending all over the forest. All the forest seemed to beat with that tree, making it seem the heart of the forest.

From afar, it seemed a perfectly healthy tree that could stand any storm, but if you look close enough, dark patches started appearing over its trunk and leaves. What it seemed a tree full of life was slowly drying, decaying and it wouldn't be many years before it died.

At the feet of the tree, a lone man appeared. He seemed 40 years old, with a sharp and handsome face, with black hair with a golden strand. The man looked at the tree with a difficult expression, with a mix of sadness and anger.

"Beast God" A beautiful woman wearing a green dress appeared behind the man and bowed respectfully.

"It will not last long." The Beast God said with a sad tone "Human technology had evolved too much, now far surpassing our powers" The Beast God clenched his hands in fury "All for the Spirit Pagoda that even now last after 10.000 years since it was founded by Huo Yuhao and Ning Maya".

The Beast God approached his hand over the colossal tree, but he didn't dare to touch it "It was only thanks to you that we could resist all these years." He made a sorrowful face "With both disappearing, you are dying and with you, our last hope."

"She will return, we must have faith" The woman said, some tears threatening to fell from her beautiful jade eyes.

"No" The Beast God shook his head slowly "Our last hope is lost. Without it, only extinction awaits to spirit beasts."

Not knowing how to answer, the woman could only stay quietly next to him.

"Brrrr!" Suddenly, the ground under their feet started trembling, an earthquake occurring all over the forest.

More figures started appearing next to the two, with strong and furious auras around them.

"Humans!" One growled with fury.

"How could they already find out? It's too soon." A purple dressed woman said with shock.

The other figures starter rumbling between each other "We must kill all the humans!"

However, the Beast God's face was different, a tint of hope could be seen in his eyes "Calm down!" The Beast God stopped the ruckus "This is not done by humans."

All the group started moving a little away from the tree.

"Boom!" The ground cracked open, a large silver claw with hexagonal scales that shined with beautiful 7 colors surged from it. The cracks continued growing, finally, a majestic silver dragon surged from the ground surrounded by an impressive oppressive power that forced all the beasts to bow down.

"I welcome our Lord!" Beast God bowed down before the silver dragon.

"They killed him" The silver dragon looked at its surroundings, seemingly to completely understand the situation "Now, those despicable humans are trying to exterminate us! With my awakening, their end had arrived!" A silver light surged from its body, overpowering and awing every spirit beast.

The Beast God said without lifting his head "My Lord, the humans had grown too strong thanks to their science and technology. Even I am not a match for them."

"If it is so, we will learn about them" The silver dragon's body started compressing, becoming smaller "As our world is dying, we will take over theirs!" With a female voice, she declared, her body turning to a human form, disappearing at the distance.
