War?

"When do we move out father? I have gotten far too bored lazing around in Asgard..." Hela asked her father as she sat across from him. She had gotten far too bored with waiting for their next attack on the nine realms her hands itching for a kill.

"I am almost finished, do not worry once I have finished inscribing my sword we will head out. Patience is key Hela," Odin replied.

"Just how long does it take to inscribe your weapon though? It has been 100 hundred years since we've left our realm. The nine realms will have probably armed themselves" Hela sighed.

She needed more experience on the battlefield her moves were not in sync with her father and it showed. She had become more of a burden than assistance when they battled that being. Thinking of its power she refused to believe it was a man, as it was more of an unstoppable force than creature.

"Patience, my sword isn't the only thing I've been enhancing, my destroyer armour is coming nicely as well," Odin reminded. It took 100 years to individually place runes on his armour as he configured it on every surface of the armour. This was the same as his sword. He had to delicately inscribe each one as a misplaced inscription would ruin the whole process.

"Hela do not rush. We must plan efficiently in case we ever meet that being again. He had spared your mothers' life and ours... Do not be foolish to believe he will do it again. Do not take our strength for granted... We require more. Now, how goes your training?' Odin asked.

"Horrible. No one can even match my strength anymore. Just a knock on a soldier sends them flying. Even Heimdal can no longer best me, his strength while indeed impressive is nothing compared to what I hold now." Hela replied grabbing her ebony sword the light around it swirling in a chaotic manner. Its inscription was now on par with her fathers in terms of durability. Yet its strength was nowhere near his.

"My lessons with Mother have also slowed. She no longer teaches me magic but social etiquette saying that the future Queen of Asgard must find a worthy husband. As if anyone in the nine realms is worth my time," Hela continued.

"Your time will come. While I would personally train you more I no longer have the spare time to do so, this is why I tell you that self-study and exploration are important," Odin replied.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Hela dismissed before seeing Odins' weapon flare lightly.

"You might want to close your eyes Hela," Odin warned.

*Thoom*

"It is complete..." Odin smiled as he finished enhancing his armour and sword its power sending shockwaves around the nine realms.

"Get the troops ready Hela. We move at dawn." Odin replied suiting up. His destroyer armour and sword ready to dominate the realms.

"Yes my liege," She replied smiling as she was no longer talking to her father but the King of Asgard. Equipping her armour she assembled the forces fo Asgard.

"Finally," Hela muttered.

"Did you feel that Laufey? It seems Odin as started to make some moves," Laufeys' second in command responded.

"Indeed but so have we," replied the newly equipped Laufey who now dawned his magnificent blade that emitted a demonic force that was complemented by his new armour.

He had secretly gone to the dwarves to create his armour. When he showed them his blade they were not shocked by its power but by its creation. For the blade was not forged but conjured into existence as is. Which shocked them as any conjured blade would not be as sharp or fine as the blade they were shown. Intrigued by the blade, they offered to create his armour for free if he accepted to allow them to examine the blade, which he accepted.

When he asked how they knew it was conjured they replied stating that even the most perfectly fine blade showed marks of being forged. While not as strong as Mjölnir, the blade had the potential to be even stronger. As when they examined it they found that the weapon would grow the properties of any metal sacrificed to it. It was also fueled by willpower something even Odin wasn't capable of. So he sacrificed the strongest metal he knew... Cursed adamantine.

A metal created from the destruction of a destroyed galaxy fuzed with adamantine. The metal would drain the life force of any chosen target if touched while also consuming the soul of the enemy to increase its power. Unkown to Laufey though was that The Doom slayer conjured two weapons that were simultaneously linked... So Laufey had unknowingly gifted the Doom slayer a new weapon... That was going to be added to his trophy room.

He also noticed that one of the enchantments of his blade was that it could only be wielded by someone who follows the decree of the Doom Slayer. To put others before him even if it meant eternal torment. Which he fulfilled when he was willing to die for his peoples' children. Though what sealed the deal was that only kin born of his blood would be able to wield it as he dropped his blood onto the blade allowing the blade to have sentience. Acknowledging Laufey as its master he smiled. He named it Frostmourne.

For his soldiers, they were given armour made from the dwarves themselves as well and he made sure of it. He promised to their leader Etrie that if in time of need they would support them if he promised to always supply armour to his troops. This, of course, did not account for the materials as they would need to get it themselves but with a land rich in minerals it meant nothing. A deal that sealed their souls. If one failed to abide by their promise they would die.

Now geared up, his power was limitless. No one would dare harm his people not even Odin. Sitting on his throne he made sure to protect his land and to expand it. He wanted his empire to be even greater than that of Odins. So he then started to expand his borders. Enslaving the beasts he prepared for war as he knew Odin would soon come.

Location: Vanahiem

"FOR ASGARD!" Asgardian soldiers shouted as they decimated the Vanahiem soldiers. Seeing their weaponry tear through the Vanahiems he smiled. They had grown from strong to now ever-growing.

The Vanahiem soldiers compared the Asgardians was like comparing heaven to earth. The Asgardians after facing the abomination saw normal humanoid soldiers as nothing while some during the battle went insane the ones that survived became stronger people. To the Asgardians it seemed off they were oddly weak.

Hela now fighting against the Leader of the Vanahiem was overwhelmed quickly as each blow sent from Hela landed. Coughing blood on the ground he looked on in defeat. The Asgardians were monsters.

"I concede," The Vanahiem leader muttered his body laying on the ground exhausted in beaten.

"Hmm?" Hela muttered as she went for the finishing blow.

"We Surrender!" The leader of the Vanahiem soldiers screamed.

"You surrender is deni-," Hela stated only to be stopped by Odin his hands holding her back from the blade.

"Now is not the time Hela," Odin muttered.

"We accept your Surrender," Odin stated.

"We will negotiate in time but know this Igor. You were defeated by Asgard in 10 minutes at 20% power. Test me and you'll taste the other 80%," Odin explained.

"Let us move," Odin commanded his forces passing along the slain Vanahiem Soldiers. Their stone golems crushed easily by Hela who only needed to Peirce through their cores.

"Onward... To Jotunheim," Odin commanded as thousands of his soldiers made their way to Jotunheim large beams of light engulfing the Asgardian

Location: Midgard

The Doom slayer sitting on the ground meditated. In his mind, he was coding spells. These spells varied but he was slowly coding them into existence so that they would function as a script. Instead of using his mind and concentration to conjure spells, he would instead just click his fingers to activate them. Though these spells were more of a hypothesis in his mind as he was unable to actually use them.

He wasn't able to use any of them as he had no way of converting argent energy to mana. Pure argent energy though was able to conjure any item he thought that was why it required a lot of thought process. The amount of time and thought it took to visualize and condense energy took ages. It was very inefficient in battle. He also had to create new weapons and armour. Thinking of the many goals in his mind he hoped that his earth was doing alright.

Although he had argent energy the energy itself was not meant for mage craft. It's destructive capability though was meant for destruction and chaos. The raw powered it emitted was of rage and destruction he knew any spell powered by it would be unstable and deadly.

So he instead tried converting it into a more stable energy that was neutral such as mana. As one day he knew that if he didn't control his power he might accidentally shoot a friendly or destroy a universe, the Doom slayer thought jokingly. Argent energy was only capable of being an alternative fuel source

Though the one spell he was hypothesizing and couldn't create was a healing spell. He didn't know why but every time he tried to hypothesize or code a healing spell it would fail and deconstruct itself inside his mind. This resulted in huge pangs of pain in his mind which for the average sorcerer would cause them to die instantly their source of power eroding their soul. Depending on how powerful they were it would cause them to release the power of their soul.

The Doom slayer basically looked at step 1 and jumped to step 20. As what he was doing was a high-level concept of magic. Instant spell formation, the ability to activate a spell in an instant. A spell such as a portal would require one to either form the circle then use their mind to will it open or think of the destination with their will but with the instant incantation formation, it simply opens the portal without the assistance of any tool. Spells such as fireballs would leave no time for the enemy to see it coming as energy would flare from their body but with instant incantation formation, it would give no indication of a spell.

This was a type of skill only legendary wizards were capable of utilizing. Sorccers on the other hand could do this spell slightly easier but this was due to their source of magic as a wizard had to inscribe the formation into their soul. Sorcerers only needed to bound it to their source of energy which was less risky than doing it to their soul. The restriction of instant formation though was it tripled the cost of magic needed to activate the spell. So simple spells such as balls of fire were easy to cast but spells such as instant demise required an immense amount of energy.

<Argent energy: ∞/∞>

<Mana: Null>

He had also started to calculate the amount of energy he needed but he was unable to find a definite value to indicate how much was consumed. Argent energy was infinite so he was unable to notice how much was gone and because he couldn't convert. Getting up decided to take a rest and see the progress Vega had on creating his mech. Although he could create robots he decided that the mech would take the longest to make. Making his way towards it he smiled.

'It's all coming together,' He thought.
