The gate of Demon’s and Angel’s

The largest gate known to man made its first appearance, the world of Orbis was in a state of confusion. Gates are divided in to two overall categories, Gold/White gates which belong to Angel's and the Purple/Black gates which belong to Demon's. However… the gate which appeared that day was a colourless gate with specks of light from its outer ring, both gold and purple.

But that was not the main reason for the worldwide disturbance, it was the fact that the gate barrier had an insignia that only the noble families posses. This alone is not an issue that would cause global panic, since there are many Noble's, but the fact that it possessed both insignias of the Demon Royal's and Angel Royal's caused panic between all races.

Having a Royal gate appear is a major event as it is, but for a gate to have 2 insignias is also major, since Demon-Angel hybrids are uncommon. However, for a gate to have 2 insignias, and for it to be Royal insignias as well, is something that has never been seen before…

17h before the Gate…

At the border of the Angel and Demon territories, there was a ravine…

At the deepest parts of the ravine, a set of paths is hidden behind a powerful barrier, hidden from the light of the sun and all life on the planet. The paths lead to traps, all except one that leads to a gate, the gate leads to a massive realm created by the forgotten Saint, saviour of Angel's and Demon's.

The city of the Saint, at the Saint's Palace, a major event began. The Saint had completed his 50 years of seclusion and emerged out of the time-distorted sub-dimension.

His attendants approached the door of the room the Saint emerged from and bowed to him, the head attendant walked forward and said to the Saint: "My liege, you have finally returned" to which the Saint replied: "I have, and everything still remains the same, how many years have passed?" The head attendant replied: "It has been 25 years since you left" The Saint let out a sigh of relief. He then said: "It looks like the sub-dimension did it's job, only half the time has passed here compared to the 50 years I spent in training" the head attendant finally asked the question that would decide the fate of the world: "My liege, did you successfully control the chaos?"

The Saint walked towards the balcony of his palace, as he looked over his city he said: "Yes, after 30 years I finally dissipated the chaotic energy from the fight between the Royal's and myself, the remaining years I healed myself and rested." As he turned around to face his attendants again, he said: "Valefor, I wish to see the current state of the world, call Azrael to the hidden palace and announce a meeting." The head attendant, Valefor replied: "As you wish, Azrael will resign from the position of temporary ruler and return to the position of the second Head attendant."

12h before the Gate…

Azrael approached the Saint's room with a large box, and knocked on the door, She then said: "I have arrived, Saint" The Saint opened the door and replied: "You know I told you to just call me Validus, I didn't notice earlier but Valefor called me Saint as well." Azrael who had placed the box in the room, said to Validus: "It's been a long time so it's natural for us to forget, but knowing you're still the same makes it easier to communicate normally, since your position is higher than the Royals themselves most of your followers don't see you as their companion anymore." Validus who was gazing out the window turned around and approached the box, he said: "While my title may be Saint, I'm still the same person, hopefully they can understand that when we meet again, I still think of all of you as my companions."

Azrael opened the box and said: "Don't worry Validus, after all, we all joined you since you were our friend. That aside take a look at this." Validus approached the box and saw it's contents, he looked at Azrael with a confused expression and said: "Are these… clothes?" Azrael took a few out and said: "Yep, modern clothes that were brought in from Orbis, it'll all be explained during the meeting, most of the people are here now and it'll be starting soon. Pick out what you like and Valefor will take you there."

10h before the Gate…

*knock* *knock*

Validus walked to the door and opened it, "Is it time?", Valefor who had just knocked replied: "Yes, it's time Validus, and after the meeting you have to attend a separate meeting so you can be accustomed to the new world." Validus sighed and said: "…do I have to?" And Valefor said with a grin: "Yeah, and we'll beat it into your head if we have to." Validus sighed again, and said: "If I really have to then I will, anyways, let's go to the meeting, I haven't seen those brats in a while."
