All of Joz's crew changed their faces when they saw that Joz was on the ground so quickly and, to their surprise, saw that the opponent in front of them had a green right arm.
Without hesitation, Marcus drew his pistol and fired two bullets: one in the head and one in the heart. Kand (the island nobleman) didn't even try to dodge and looked at Marcus like an idiot. The bullets went through his body as if it were made of liquid.
"A logia?" exclaimed Robin, who saw the ineffectiveness of Marcus' shots.
"Yes, but which one?" Marcus asked as he watched Kand approach them little by little.
"The candy logia," replied Joz, getting up ditto from Kand's attack. Even though his attack (to Kand) seemed violent, Joz's defense fully parried Kand's damage.
"What? Candy?" Robin replied in amazement: "Isn't it obligatory to be a part of nature?"
"For the most famous, yes, but not for all, hahaha," Kand replied as he entered the arena.
Joz was also amazed because the rule Robin just said was confirmed in the original work. No logia were anything other than an element of nature. Even Katakuri, who was sold as having a logia, ultimately had a special paramecia.

"Dear spectators! The show continues outside the Colosseum for your safety, of course! Joz is a pirate and will use you to escape. Don't worry; the fight will be televised. always watch my victory. "Kand shouted while looking at the audience.
Joz, who had risen, looked at Kand, saw that he was distracted, and threw himself on him at full speed while giving a diamond punch in the head of Kand.

Joz, who noticed that his attack was useless, tried to take out his fist but saw that the fruit of the Candy was much more complex than the logia lambda. His fist was stuck so that he couldn't fall back.

The audience hearing the speech was cheerful and happy with the actions taken by Kand. They had all noticed that Joz was much stronger than Jesus, who was already monstrous (for them).
As soon as the audience was fully evacuated, Kand looked at Joz and said, "My fruit is special even among the logia. Don't think you can beat me."
Joz, who had just received his quest for the system, understood that he had just bumped into a huge wall.

With these words, Kand made many fists appear behind his back the size of a small car and fiercely attacked everyone in the arena.
Unfortunately for Joz, Marcus, Jesus, Robin, and the other two crew members, this attack sent them all against the arena's walls, cracking it even more.
Joz had managed to transform in time, making him invulnerable, but the others took the brunt of the attack. Jesus, Marcus, and Robin were slightly injured due to their physique, but the other two members were seriously injured.
Joz, who got up instantly to not let Kand attack his men again, told Marcus and Robin to take the two members on the ground and go in the direction of the Diamond Rusher; not only to heal them but also to bring back a special ingredient allowing him to defeat Kand.
"Where do you think you are going," Kand said, causing two gigantic sharp blades to appear behind him. These blades were made of Candy, but since its unique fruit, it could harden or liquefy its power making the edges almost as strong as metal.
BRILLIANT PUNK
Before Kand could even attack Marcus and Robin again, Joz rushed in his direction and gave him a lariat which unfortunately didn't damage him.
"Joz! My fruit is unbeatable, and you will never be able to touch me. Give up your pirate life, and I might spare your crew," Kand said with a big smile. He liked to face men like Joz: fiery and fearless because it gave him the pleasure to break them mentally.
The strong dominate the weak, and he had understood this well since his defeat in the New World. He knew that this sea was on a whole new level and had inadvertently experienced the power of the admiral level.
'Marine like Pirate, there are only monsters or madmen who live on this seas' thought Kand while continuing to burst of blows Joz and always by putting it more force.
The more he thought about the New World, the harder he hit Joz. Just thinking about this person made him want to destroy everything.
"JOZ, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND OUR STRENGTH DIFFERENCE," Kand cried, forming a colossal fist that buried Joz several feet below the ground.

The blow was so violent that the entire arena shook intensely. Jesus, who was still on the ground from the first attack (and because of those old wounds), watched in amazement Kand's power.
'He's a monster,' he thought. He was even more shocked than Joz, who was in the ground because he had been in this Colosseum for six months and had never seen his 'boss' in action. He just knew he was strong because he often had the visit of vice-admirals or CPs, and only men of power (power and not influence) could negotiate with such person.
'Looks like this fight is going to be hard to take,' Joz thought, coughing up blood. His defense, although impenetrable, consumed a lot of energy, especially when he received a big attack head-on.
"DON'T THINK YOU CAN SLEEP HERE, JESUS," Kand blurted out, jumping and throwing a big kick at Jesus, who was on the ground.
