"Fine, then I have another proposal," She said. "I don't think you've had much time to think about this, so let's give it another chance. Play games with me and every time you win, you may regain a piece of your memory."

"And if I lose?"

"Then you'll have to accept a piece of the power that I told you about. There are hundreds of choices you can pick from it—gold bars, pretty face, money, stronghold, talent, strength, and more."

Haru instantly agreed to this arrangement.

Observing the old woman's body, she seemed pretty weak, so there wouldn't be a struggle in strength if they'd play fairly, without the use of any cheats such as her magic. At best, it would be skill or wit-based.

Haru also sat in front of the machine beside the old woman and they began with the game. It was extremely simple.

You just have to arrange the irregular-shaped blocks until they descend at the very bottom, ideally not leaving spaces. A complete horizontal line with blocks and without blank spaces will fade to give way to the descending blocks. It's point-based system accumulated within a specified time. The old woman said that this was a famous video game in the world he originally lived in.

"You said my name was Haru, right?" He asked.

"Yes, that's right, Haru," She responded.

"What's yours, then?"

"Me? My name is Shiho. I'm a witch and a black magic user."

After the allotted time, the points were gathered and Haru won all three rounds in the game.
