"How is it?" Jasper asked. Pertaining to how does his cook taste like. Shaina nodded before speaking. "It's good." She answered. Even though, it's really salty. She don't want to disappoint or make Jasper upset, anyway. So, she heeds to lie. White lies isn't that bad, yea?

Jasper pouts. "I know it doesn't, just tell the truth. No need to lie." Jaspee uttered before he clean and arrange the lunch box. Maybe because he feel down that Shaina doesn't want his cook? Shaina stopped him. "No, don't. I still want to eat those, I'm hungry." Shaina insisted. So, Jasper opened the lunch box again even though it's against his will.

"So if you're not hungry, you're not gonna eat these?" Jasper asked. His chin is resting on his palm while staring at Shaina. He feel depressed when Shaina nodded. "Okay." He replied before standing out and walked out. "Where are you going?" Shaina asked but he prevent himself to answer hee question. He walked, ignoring Shaina.

"Jasper Keith! Come back here if you don't want me to kick your a$$!" Shaina shouted. The good is that, they're the only one who's eating in that place. Jasper knew that Shaina will do everything that came from her mouth, he sit back to his chair. Pouting like a child. "What?" He asked with a sadness in his voice. Shaina obviously feel that, of course. She's not Shaina for nothing, anyway. "What happened? You okay?" Shaina asked.

"I'm going." Jasper said. "Okay. thanks for the food, Drive safe." Shaina replied. She sighed before going back to their classroom. What's with him? Dan-g, stop beating so fast, heart. We might die, you know? Shaina talked to herself.

When her classes are over, she goes to Desave. Well, she and Cass are already living there... temporarily? She guess. She texted Cassandra to open the main dlor for her because she have no key duplicates.

"Hey, how's school?" Cassandra greeted her, making Shainas' eyes rolled. "It's fine, Mom." Cassandra chuckled. "Silly, are you sure you're okay? I mean, T-tita d-died—" Shaina stopped her. "Yeah, I'm good." I'm not. Her mind added.

"When is the next training?" Shaina asked. She organized her school stuffs on her shelf inside her dorm in Desave. "Later. Four pm sharp. Gosh, Shaina. You're making me dam-n nervous. I'm sure you're not okay but still—dam-n it." Cassandra sighed and rolled her eyes. She bit her lower lip when she saw Shaina's already tearing up. She sighed for the ninth time

"See? You're just saying I'm Okay, I'm Fine, even you're freakin' losing yourself already. Pick yourself up, Shaina. You don't need to pretend that you're okay when you are obviously not! You need to rest and show everybody how fragile you are." She comforted Shaina. Shaina didn't reply, she cried on Cassandras' shoulder instead.

"I-I hate how fragile I am. I h-hate how I tried to cover my feelings in front of others, I h-hate pretending. But I can't stop myself doing those things." She cried. Cassandra tapped her back, she's tryung to calm down Shaina. "Sleep, I'll tell Jasoer that you can't go in todays' training." She said but, Shaina didn't reply. She checked Shaina, her lips form a little smile when she saw that Shaina is already asleep. "You must feel exhausted, yeah?" She asked before tucking Shaina.

"I'm always here, Shaina. I'm not your friend for nothing, y'know? You can always vent your problems and frustation in me." Cassandra said before stepoing out of Shainas' room.

When Shaina woke up, it's already midnight. She tried to sleeo but she couldn't. So, she thought of going to the backyard, Desaves' garden.

"She's fragile, you know? She might act how strong and independent she is in front of us, but it couldn't change the fact that she's fragile. Shaina's a hidden gem, you know?" Ger forehea creased when she heard Cassandras' voice. She stopped walking and started eavesdropping. Eavesdropping isn't bad, yea? yea.

"Cassandra, you know that I knew Shaina very well. Of course I know those things. Unluckily, this isn't the right time to confess what I really am to her." Her foregead creased even more when she heardsm those. She saw that is was Jasper. Cassandra and Jasper were talking. "Are you two talking about me?" She asked. She can't stop herself from showing up. Her presence makes Cassandra and Jasper turn their heads towards her direction.

"H-how long you've been there?" Cassandra asked while stuttering. She shook her head. "Nope, just a seconds ago. I thought you were taoking about me because I think I heard my name." She pretended. Cassandra shook her head. "Nah, it wasn't you. Why do we beed to talk about you, yea?" Cassandra answered. She just replied "ohh" before nodding.

"I'm going. You two should sleep too." Jasper left after saying those. Shaina sighed. "I miss my Mom." Shaina opened the topic to her friend. "I'm regretting that I was not by her side in her remaining days." A tears fell down from her eyes to her cheeks. Cassandra caressed her back. She tried to stop Shaina from crying but she just make it worse. Shaina sobbed and cry so hard. "Am I a bad daughter?" Shaina asked. Cassandra shook her head.

"You're not. Maybe you were rebellious type of daughter, but we all know that you love Tita so much." Cassandra replied. Shaina sugged before standung up. "Let's go to sleep. It's already midnight, we might catch some cold." She said before leaving Cassandra behind.

When she stepoed inside her room, she read law books and newspapers. When she's tired and done with her reading, she took a half bath becofe lying down on her bed. She feel exhausted.

Before she fell asleep, she feel her phone vibrate, so she checked it.
