Honestly it just makes other novels here look ******* in a bad way. The story is paced incredibly and at no point do you feel lost about the reality of the world or the characters. Everything feels so intuitive. Events are properly explained but not overly so. The character development is just so damn satisfying. It has action, it has slice of life (in the novel's world) and there is a storyline with a clear goal every ark. I just hope that if you are bored and decide to skim through it you stick to at least chapter 10. I'm sure you will have a great time reading it if you do.
I love this book. All of it. From the characters (the ones that would make you want to kill them has all the reasons why you'd want to kill them) to the descriptions of the world itself. The combat is amazing as well! My emotions are provoked whenever I read this (or maybe I'm just emotional?) But seriously, this is a really great book with an interesting main character, great combat scenes, emotional moments and there's even some lessons to be learned here and there! Anyway! You should really give this book a read!
A very original and incredibly well done piece. It's the first time I give 5 stars to all points for a story. From the type of story I expected MC's uniqueness to be rushly explained if at all, but that was not the case at all: it is an actual full character development. Some parts feel just too lucky or timely to be natural, but they are few and easily overlooked. I would definitely recommend this novel to anyone who like this genre.
I saw so many 5 stars i thought this was gonna be different than other non human mc novel, and yes it is different.. its an slow pace story, the imp(mc) is enslaved by human in the second chapter and after that its an long, boring story about his owner teaching him how to talk, write and stuff... well read it to chapter 12 until i got dim-motivated. well if you into slice of life type story of an enslave weak imp its gonna be a good read for you... probably in the future, like around chapter 200 the mc is gonna be the strongest pet/imp serving human but i am not gonna be around to find out... good luck.
Overall, I read until chapter 285. Then I dropped the novel. The MC suddenly lost all memory, everyone forgot about him, and all just because a "mortal" and normal enemy who could cast something like this. Makes no sense..I tried continue reading, but its just BS, sorry. You build up a story so much and this just ruins it for me. Dropped and deleted the novel for now. Sorry again. Too frustrating and THIS is not worth my money here on WN for these kind of chapters.
First of all I would like to say that I am by no means expert on this sort of literature, But in my opinion it's almost perfect. First of all, writing quality in this novel is almost a 5 star, what I dislike is just some minor detailszfor example almost every smile in this story is "wry" which in general is perfectly fine it's simply too much of it. And of course some spelling errors but that's only natural. Second of all, story development. Up until the "Beach Episode" arc, wchich is about 600 chapter(I think at least, sorry I'm too lazy too actually check) development was almost perfect, but since that moment for a while I have felt like author is trying to include way too many japanise Isekai clichés, wchich didn't happen often before, but I have a feeling that it was just for a moment and it's getting better by now(chapter 694 I currently am). Now that the character development is 5 star will surprise no one that actually read more then 10 first chapter, so I won't write anything about it. I can't say anything about updating stabilty so far, because I reached current chapter just before writing This, but from what I read in the comments it's fair to give it a 5 star as Well. And now the last but not the least, The world background. For me, it was good, but nothing origanl, just japanise Isekai with some changes, so i'd say it's okay, but nothing more. But since author menaged to get so far into the story without any visible mistakes and errors in This aspect for me it's solid 4 star. And that's all from me. Just a simple reminder that I am, by any means not a proffesional critic or anything like This, it's actually my first time writing a review for a novel, so don't take it seriously, I just wanted to say that I (inhale) RECOMMEND THIS NOVEL TO YOU, AND I REALLY ENJOYED READING IT. P.S I you read this far, I want to apologize for all the spelling or grammatical errors I made. I am writing it on a phone with very small screen, and I'm Still learning English, as it is not my native language. So thank you for the time you just probably wasted by reading all of this.
The story is decent but requires way too much patience. The perspective of the confused and ignorant imp is interesting at first but gets dull later. 25 chapters in and the MC is still very ignorant about life, and he still doesn't even have common sense. Growth is nice, but when it's for extremely basic stuff most people have, it quickly stops being satisfying. And makes you think: "Wow, I read all those chapters and we're still on the basics?" I'm sure this story eventually gets good, but if I have to read dozens of chapters and have the patience of a sage to reach it, the story just isn't worth it.
