The second week there was more audience watching the matches. The championship was going in full swing. There were veteran players coming to support the young stars from their countries. This was the platform they all played in before coming to where they are now. Shu XinYi liked to play basketball and it was not too bad of a career for this world. What he needs now is a 15 20 year contract and a manager from country A so he can become an official player.

At dinner one night LiFeng asked him "What do you plan to do after this championship is over?"

"I am waiting for an offer from someone from country A for a bigger contract I guess, to officially be sponsored as a player for country A. If not then I will stay in the academy and take part in the competitions until I get a decent offer." Shu XinYi had already thought it out.

"Then why don't I sponsor you? If you are okay with it then we can negotiate the terms." LiFeng suggested.

"your company also sponsors for official players? I didn't know that." Shu XinYi thought this was only a marketing contract for the popularity the championship got.

"It does. You will go to a different academy to train but when and how much do you get to play in national and international matches is up to your performance. That academy is on good terms with us so you don't have to worry about discrimination." LiFeng told him.

Shu XinYi was impressed it was a good offer , Too good. "What do you or your company get?"

"Reputation and profit sharing obviously. like signing contract with a singer and providing them with training and opportunities so they can share profit with us. I am not being diligent with you, this is how it is for everyone we sponsor. So don't worry you will only get whatever you desrve nothing more nothing less." LiFeng was not one to involve work and private life more than needed.

Shu XinYi also wont like a situation where he is being favored just because he is with LiFeng. LiFeng surprisingly understood him well. "Can you design a contract for me to see and then I will decide?"

LiFeng nodded ageeing with him. He bought a contract later on, to the bedroom and showed Haruto who was laying upside down. Haruto saw and evaluated the contract and signed it after discussing with Snow in terms of a legal adviser. He handed the contract back to LiFeng asking "Where is this new academy? I have to find a part time job nearby and a rent apartment."

LiFeng sat down beside him saying in a low approaching voice, "Can we live together, aren't we both together now? I own a house nearby the academy, we can shift there no?" LiFeng was very scared as he asked this. The question meant too much. It not just asked of Haruto to live with him but to spend a lifetime with him. LiFeng knew that he was more than happy to spend a lifetime with the boy but what about the boy, what does he have in mind?

Shu XinYi didn't know the fear in LiFeng's heart but he did hear the waver in his voice when he looked at him and sat on the bed holding his hand, "I wanted to suggest that too, but I didn't know your intentions. Okay then, we can shift a little while after we get back, but I will get a simple part time job for the evening and will help for house expenses okay? Don't be so unsure of me LiFeng I really do love you and want to stay with you. You can hold me all you want."

LiFeng's heart was warmed he kissed Haruto's head and hugged him tightly. The two of them talked for a while and Shu XinYi fell asleep while listening to LiFeng's voice telling him a funny story about the day he got his driver's license.

LiFeng looked at the little bunny who was sleeping peacefully. He was too beautiful to look at. His heart was giddy thinking about living together. Although it was no different right now.

The second week of the match was over and the trainings had become harder, but not morale breaking. Shu XinYi had looked at the forum from time to time and Haruto was still in the top ten rankings. Akihiko had stopped all his attempts of trying to affect Haruto in any way. He just sat in daze all the while, even in trainings he had given up playing well at all.

He hated playing basketball. He hated to be in court. He hated Haruto for choosing Mr.Arai. He hated Mr.Arai. He hated Ishida. Most of all he hated himself. He tried so hard to play but all his will was gone. He could barely breathe when he was in the same court as a Haruto who was a stranger to him. It was suffocating and exhausting.

The coaches noticed this change and reprimanded him a lot. Akihiko tried to preserve he tried not to give up. Nothing worked, he had given up. In the third week he barely got to play in the match and even gave fouls. It was a mess. Although the team won because of joined efforts, he was not the one who won. That night after the match he left. Without any prior notice he just went to Mr.Kenjiro to withdraw himself from the sponsorship.

After the necessary measures he went away without saying good bye to anyone. Mr.Kenjiro informed the team next day that Akihiko had withdrawn. Shu XinYi obviously knew this. He was aware that after he lost all hope with Haruto he would leave. He had not left the city yet but he had given up on basketball.

The fourth week started and ended with various teams trying their best. Any team with more than three losses will be eliminated. Country A's team was one of the few teams with 0 losses. 1 team was eliminated after the 4th week they had lost all their matches since the beginning.

In the 5th week 3 more teams were eliminated. Shu XinYi had already achieved the goal of this world by making the protagonist fall. Now he wasn't too worried about what happened and was enjoying playing basketball learning new things everyday.

LiFeng was busy while settling Haruto's new contract. He assigned a manager to Haruto who was as robot like as Mr.Asahi only appearing at times of work and not asking or saying anything extra. Only God knew where LiFeng arranged these kinds of people but for Shu XinYi this was good. If the work was efficient then it was good.

Shu XinYi and the final opponent team didn't face one loss in the championship. In the final match a huge crowd had gathered. They were all excited for the two teams who kept a no loss score to compete against each other in finals. The match was very exciting and cutting edge. The audience watched with anticipation and vigor to see who won. The country mates from both the countries had turned on their TV's to watch the match.

Shu XinYi played in the second quarter and then in the last quarter. The opponent team was a good match. Both Haruto and Nomura took up the challenge and played well. Shu XinYi was in a playful mood all the while. He scored one after another and teased the opponent players here and there. He was loved by the audience. They loved to watch him play so efficiently yet playfully.

The match was an exciting one with the Victory secured, many in Country A cheered for them from there own houses. The closing ceremony was on that very day. They were all given medals and had allowed some VIP fans to take pictures with them. The team celebrated that night with a dinner organized by the sponsors as farewell gift. Shu XinYi enjoyed eating with the team. This was probably their last dinner unless they met again.

Shu XinYi was too tired with all the stimulus today. Shu XinYi changed into his pajamas and dragged his human pillow to the bed to sleep. The weather had become colder and colder so Shu XinYi wouldn't sleep without having LiFeng by his side. LiFeng's mind had happy bubbles all over and he had zero complains.

The next morning Shu XinYi woke up first. Today he wanted to make breakfast himself. Although he didn't know how to cook heaven like LiFeng, he still could cook eatable food. He made souffle omelette and baked some cinnamon rolls. LiFeng came to the kitchen to find his little bunny in an apron busy making food. There was some dough on his hands and face while he was standing with his hand on his hips looking at the oven trying to see if the rolls had risen.

LiFeng was trying his best to not go over and ravage the boy right here. He was swaying in his dilemma when the boy saw him standing and sort of understood his intentions so the boy said in a warning tone "You don't dare, If the rolls burn because of you I will make you make them 10 times. Humph be patient, wasn't I too?"

LiFeng laughed for a while looking at the boy. He hugged him from behind saying "You are already mine right bunny? don't worry I won't do anything you don't want me to do. I love you." He kissed the boy on his cheek tasting the dough powder a little. Shu XinYi's face turned so red that even with the white powder, the red glow on his cheeks couldn't be hidden. He said in a shaky tone "Okay okay be good. Don't disturb me, go set the table."

Although it was clear LiFeng loved him, from his actions. This subtle verbal confession had made Shu XinYi reach the clouds. He was really happy.

LiFeng Obediently set the table and then patiently waited for the food to be ready. Shu XinYi set the food and coffee down the table and sat down. He had washed his hands and face before starting to eat with LiFeng. They ate in silence and Shu XinYi was sort of nervous since the food was not even close to as good as LiFeng's.

"Bunny what are you worried for. I love this. I mean it. Ever since I started eating with you, every meal is fulfilling and worth being thankful for."

Shu XinYi smiled and shyly looked away. They ate in silence then cleaned the table. They had all the day today to themselves since the flight back was next morning.

Shu XinYi nervously got out of the shower and dressed himself up. It was easy to be assertive before, but now that the moment was ahead of him, he couldn't help but lose a little of his confidence. Closing the bathroom door behind, he heard LiFeng's voice, "You don't have to force yourself, I want to be with you, I mean, not just for now, so I don't want to mess things up. If you feel uncomfortable then we can head out for a city tour."

Looking behind, Shu XinYi found LiFeng working on his laptoo with his glasses on. Only at times like these does he remember that LiFeng is a CEO of a big company, and has a lot of responsibilities over his head. So all those times Shu XinYi got to spend with him were dedicated by him to Shu XinYi out of his buzy schedule, this thought warmed up Shu XinYi's little heart. He walked towards the bed and sat down beside LiFeng in a shy manner.

"Don't take my commitment lightly just because I am younger. I want this too, everything, that is. Obviously I'll be scared, this is my first time ever, so just brave me up a little." Shu XinYi hugged his knees trying to calm his beating heart. His whole body was slowly being warmed up, while his heart felt heavy with a burdening sensation that felt foreign yet comfortable.

Although LiFeng said this, He knew the answer that day on the plane when the boy had asked him. He didn't know why he knew he could just tell that he wouldn't like these two fruits, he had just confirmed it in the winery. Shu XinYi smiled and turned back his head lovingly kissing his boyfriend.

They went out to eat some street food and roamed around the city together.

After returning to Country A Shu XinYi directly went to the his new home. For a month he settled all the things with the contract and the new academy, the shifting of homes.

Their purpose in this world was fulfilled so Shu XinYi had a long and happy life with his love, LiFeng. He retired from basketball at the age of 40 and legally married LiFeng after gay marrige was legalized. He and LiFeng stayed together despite their ups and downs and they loved each other to no ends. Shu XinYi was sad to leave this world but he was happy to be the first one to die.
