The Green Forest (2)
[Fireball]... (giiiiaaahhggg) A green slime was screaming and melting in front of me. At first, I found it disturbing, but by the sixth one, I got used to it.
[Task Hunt: 10 Green Slimes, complete]
{Finally, I'm done with this task, hah..hah..i need to rest a little}
It's been 30 minutes since I came to this dungeon, and I notice something: it's vast, like really vast. Luckily, there are many [green slime] around; the only thing I didn't seem to find were [horned rabbits].
{I think I need to go deeper into the forest to find them, but first, let's do a quick review}
My skills have flaws; that's the first thing I noticed from the golem in his speed, and with [Shadow Bind], with these slimes, they couldn't be trapped due to their gelatinous consistency; they could break apart and put themselves back together.
So the direct approach was needed, a [fireball] to the face, and that's it, but I need to aim, so note for future me to practice hand-to-eye coordination.
That's right, how moronic of me that I still haven't put my equipment in yet. Geez, I really am a rookie.

In a bright light, my clothes disappear, and what now I'm wearing is conventional mage equipment that you see in games. This is why I thought it was like a power ranger costume. Well, now that I have my staff, I need to test how my skills work with it.
[Basic staff (Common): increase EP (Elemental Power), decrease MP by 5%] So 5%, huh? That means if I have equipment that has a 100% decrease, I can cast skills without rest?
[Yes]
{damn, that's good. Right, I'm an enhancer. Let's try that one out with my equipment and staff.}
[Basic robe set: increase EP, decrease MP by 10%]
{That's how the robe set looks, huh, so 15% reduction, let's try this [Reinforce]}
[Do you wish to cast the spell Reinforce on the robe set?]
[Yes]
As soon as I say that, I felt something leaking out of me, and it's going straight to the robe I'm wearing. It feels uncomfortable and weird, but only lasts a couple of seconds.
[Basic robe set: increase EP, decrease MP by 11%]
{Huh? Only 1%? What the hell? Right, I just picked up the class and it was still at level 1, which is bad, but now that I know it has potential, I need to wait another 5 minutes for the skills to cool down, and then I will do the same to my staff}
After enhancing my two pieces of equipment, I went deeper into the forest.
The more I travel inside, the more dark it becomes. I don't know if I'm imaging things, but I feel a little sick to my stomach.
{I have been walking for a goddamn hour. Where in the hell are those freaking rabbits?}
(sigh) {wherever I just keep walking}
Around the two-hour mark, I hear something... Battle

POV Eric
We have been walking for about an hour and a half, and I don't like this. It's clear that something's wrong; it feels dark, but not a natural darkness; something evil resides here.
"We need to take a break".
"It's not safe here."
"I know it's not safe, Guts, but we have no choice. It's that or being completely tired for battle."
"He is right, Guts," said Mary, supporting my choice.
"Ari? What do you think?" Iask my companion who was in front of us.
"Sure, I will take the break; I'm getting tired of only seeing [Green Slime]," she responded while approaching a tree to rest under it.
Mary and I followed her into the tree. Guts grabbed his broadsword and put it to his side, and then he leaning his back into the tree. Ari was trying to make him talk, but he was not listening. He was on edge, as was I, but why? Then I felt a hand in my head, and when I looked up, it was Mary.
"Are you ok?" she asked with worry in her face.
"Yes, but I'm still on edge like Guts over there, and I'm asking myself why?" I had never felt this way, so why now and what's going on in this forest?
It's been 10 minutes, enough for us; let's continue with our quest."Let's go: Everyone, multiple enemies are coming this way!!"Ari yelled at the party.
"Ok, everyone, you know the drill. Ari climbed the tree, Guts with me and Mary behind us." As soon as I finish saying that, I see the enemies [Hornet Rabbits] by the dozen and are coming this way, but something feels different about them; they feel evil.

POV Isaac
As soon as I heard battle noises, I approached them. Not very smart on my part, but I have other tasks that I need to fulfill, and I think that whoever is making that noise is my target.
[Save the Rookies, 0/4]
Now that I can see more clearly, indeed, they are my target. Actually, both of them, the four rookies, are fighting dozens of rabbits that have a weird horn in the middle of their forehead, fitting the name [Horned Rabbit], but from what I can see, they are surrounded and in need of assistance, so here we go.
Raising my staff and slamming them into the ground, I yell "[Rock Golem]." I don't need to yell it, but it looks cool, and it's also used to tell them that I'm friendly. In the middle of their battle, my golem emerged and immediately started swinging toward the poor rabbits that are now flying across the forest, giving the party some room to breathe.
I follow that with some [Wind Slash] and [Fireball] to the back of the party, protecting what I assume is their healer.
With renewed spirits, the party finished off the rest of the rabbits. Now that I look at them, they are young, like my age of 15 or maybe 16. The guy in front had a small shield and sword, so a tank; the guy to the right had a huge sword that was swinging with ease, so a physical DP; and in the back, I see the healer trying her best to not be in the way and help them. Then I hear a

{What was that?}
Then I see an arrow pierce a running rabbit. Where did that come from? As I look up, I see a girl up in the tree and aiming her bow at the rabbits down below. Oh, so a ranger, DPs? Wait, there's only one role missing: mine.
