I... born..? But...Who am I..? Warning: There are only 4 chapters in this fanfiction and it is unlikely to be continued, but I decided to publish it as a sketch. Perhaps some, authors, had similar thoughts and maybe this fanfiction will serve as a good inspiration for them.

[Within the city limits of Gotham City]

[Birds of Prey Bar]

The weather, as it always happens on the territory of Gotham City, was not good. Raindrops falling from the cloudy and dark sky in a big way bit into the windows, but even this did not prevent the three owners of the bar from getting together today.

Today, however, as always, the bar was closed due to bad weather. That's why, except for the owner, there was no one here. Although, it also happened that the owner's trio gave some criminals time to sit in the bar, if, of course, they liked them, but this happened very rarely.

It happened that the bar was frequented by those who rogue, and afterwards terrible things happened to them. Not for nothing, the trio of supervillains were quite famous in tight circles for their overly edgy personalities and a certain love of rowdy around, especially when they were in a slightly deranged state. This rarely happened, but in a big way.

In fact, the bar was a kind of shelter for supervillains, so any financial income was out of the question. But they always had the right amount of alcohol!

In those rare moments, when they had guests, familiar accomplices in villainous plans, in particular, they could sit, relax and finally, most importantly - drink! And there already, arriving in the right condition to come up with a new supervillain plan!

The lights were on in the bar, which was closed for maintenance. The trio of owner-villains had decided to have a quiet get-together that day, some of them were already quite tipsy, only one of their trio had an excellent metabolism, so she couldn't get any significant harm from alcohol.

"Kitty, are you sure it's a good idea to mix milk and whiskey?" Harley, who already had sparks of crazy fire in her eyes, asked with a trace of concern in her voice.

"Exac...tly!" Selina replied a little sluggishly, reluctantly pulling away from her homemade milkshake. No matter what anyone said, milk and whiskey was heavenly magic for a girl.

"Then let me try!" Quinn, who was expecting such an answer, jumped down from her bar stool and pressed against "Kitty" with mad passion and kissed her on the lips, thus depriving the girl of a constant flow of cocktails.

"Yum..." she broke the kiss, sated "Make me one of those!" Often, when the crazy clowness was quite drunk, there would come a moment in which the already thin boundaries that existed for each person would completely blur for Harley, and then something like this would happen.

But no one held a grudge against a close friend, knowing her character and personality, they understood how difficult it was for her to control herself from rash actions. Such as she was also called – a man of action.

"Harley...there you go again" Selina smiled faintly and sighed dramatically.

"You know how hard it is for her to hold back" Pamela said, smirking weakly. She knew her close friend like the back of her hand.

"You know how much I love you both!" She waved her hands expressively, showing how much she loved them, and at the end she hiccupped.

"Uh-huh..." without taking the cocktail pipe out of her mouth, Selina agreed, while simultaneously mixing whiskey and milk for Harley.

"We know..." Pamela exhaled, but her face, as before, was not very cheerful, something in Isley's soul was keeping her in suspense.

"Is something bothering you, Pam?" Kyle asked, seeing her friend's worried face.

"Ivy?" Quinn turned to her now, taking a milkshake from Kitty's.

"Even don't know..." Pam started to say with a bit of sadness and a stingy smile, it was hard for her to bring it up, but at the same time she felt good that her friends cared about her so much.

"Have you girls ever thought about settling down?" Ivy's sad and heavy voice cooled the fervor of the fidgety clowness, making her look a little sad and nostalgic.

Pamela, had only had to say that, as she herself began to search for the answer to her question. Unlike her close friends, for Isley such a case would be difficult to accomplish, it all lies in her awakened meta-gene. The girl's skin turned green after its activation, and people, as many know - have always feared and hated those who are too different from them.

I am ashamed to admit, but sometimes Pamela had a fit of envy for her friends, because they, at their own will can build a personal life or even a family, have children. To enjoy the those gifts that Isley had been deprived of.

Suddenly, horrible memories from her "past" life came flooding back at the girl, memories and moments that made her who she is now - the supervillain Poison Ivy.

Because of her own naivety, she was deceived and betrayed. As a young, charming and promising student, she easily trusted Woodrue, a university professor. And then, agreeing to become his assistant she was lured into the laboratory, which was supervised by Woodrue.

At that moment, she had no idea that he would try to defile her by tricking her into going there. How much inexpressible emotion and fear she experienced for herself at that moment can only be guessed. In her desperate and hopeless attempts to defend herself from the professor's clutches, she was thrown by him directly onto the laboratory table, where there was a pile of various flasks with chemicals inside.

Thus It was as if she had been reborn and had become the famous eco-terrorist Poison Ivy. A wave of memories gutted an old wound in her heart, and anger and rage flared up, only to subside. The moment when she'd gotten her new powers and the bloody body of the professor lying against the wall across the room was forever etched in her mind.

"He-h!" Harley grinned bitterly, bringing Pamela out of her thoughts "And after all once I really wanted to do it!" Quinn raised the cocktail to the ceiling and took a big gulp. The clowness's voice was feminine and high, giving off a trill, but a palpable sadness could not be hidden behind it.

"Joker!" Pam immediately realized what the girl meant "You know that this degenerate is not worth a hair on your head!" Icy clenched her hands into a fist angrily, not having fully recovered from her bad memories.

"But, I'm grateful to him Ivy..." the Joker's former assistant continued a little more quietly "If it weren't for him, I never would have met you and Kitty"

"Well said!" Selina Kyle supported the girl, who for many shadowy persons was known by her pseudonym of the elusive thief as "Catwoman".

"But don't you get the idea in your head that this is not for us?" - She (Selina) finished mournfully, putting her cocktail glass on the bar.

"It's been dealt with. Joker, he'll burn forever in hell, an unfortunate example for a relationship!!" Ivy was ready to spit venom for a long time, but quickly realized that such a character was not worthy of it either.

"And yes, Selina, we each have a chance, despite all of our outrageous and villain personality" at least that's what Pamela very much wanted to believe.

Yes and Pamela Lillian Isley exaggerated a bit too much about their so-called "outrageous". Of course, they weren't infallible, but they were not exactly supervillains, either. They never intentionally tried to harm ordinary civilians, and if they did, they tried to keep the damage to a minimum.

They couldn't be compared to villains like the same Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow, and many, many others.

"What about you?" Kyle asked, listening to the heartfelt speech "Would you like to settle down and have kids?" The words had already been said, but because of the state of mind they were in, Kitty was a little late in realizing their meaning.

"I..." Isley started to answer, but was interrupted.

"I'm sorry, Pam, I didn't mean to reopen old wounds" Selina spoke sincerely, although she understood that Pamela was the initiator of this conversation, but she did not want to worsen her friend's mental state at all.

"It's nothing Selina" lifted the corners of Ivy's lips "We are who we are" She ran her hand over her green skin suggestively "Yeah, I'd like kids, too, one...or two"

"Let's not talk about bad things, girls!" Harley Quinn exclaimed, showing her fidgety and fickle nature. Because of the whole Joker story, the clowness got a frequent mood change "We have each other! And you know, everything is still ahead of us, you'll see!" She clenched her right hand into a fist threateningly and raised it above her, promising them.

"He-h!" Kitty laughed lightly "Indeed, we have nothing to be sad about!"

"..." Ivy smiled simply, watching her close friend's behavior. There was something sweet about it for her.

The conversation between the three villainous friends lasted until late at night, all this was seasoned with strong and not so strong booze, overactive moments Harley and drunk, very drunk "Kitty", who under Quinn's nudging began to add an unintelligible "nya" at the end of each of her phrases.

But despite the fun, each of them in her own way thought about the intimate conversation that took place in the middle of a cultural vacation. But it was Pamela who thought the most....

Kitty is sort of a nickname for Selina, in case anyone has any questions about it.

Also, perhaps some will take umbrage that the characters don't resemble their originals, in their own stories...but you know, by and large I don't care! I just want to show all the ambiguity of the villains, and give them a slice of happiness in this dark DC universe.
