DC: Parademon (Dropped)

What happens when you are thrown into the wrong world? Was Reincarnation really as worth it as most protagonists make it out to be? This is the story of a man thrown into another world and placed in a nigh-impossible situation. His escape is certain, but shall he rise as we all expect him to? .... I only own my OC and also don't hold this Fan fiction as a standard for DC lore as I will make up most of them to make up for my lack of knowledge in some areas. .... Transfer

Its fingers didn't have the common rounded edge that normal human fingers had. They were pointed and sharp. The feet of the skeleton weren't like those of a human either.

Its head had what looked like tiny hills on it. These ridges ran down the back of its head from the forehead. The two of them made it look as though the skeleton had a naturally embedded, sharp knife on its head.

As the process continued, some muscles and nerves began to form on the body until finally the skin began to form, but like the source material, the new body possessed green skin.

The ridges on its head shone bright red, and it had no nose… Well, it did, but they were designed in such a way that they were barely noticeable.

How that worked was up to the fantastical science of the New Gods to figure out. He had only added in the attributes; he didn't know how it would turn out at the end.

The creature he was looking at now looked like something off a comic book series or something of that same nature.

"Thankfully, appearance doesn't matter," I said with a shrug as I began the final process.

Consciousness transfer.

This was the actual difficult thing to do here because the Parademons even with their Para-transformer feature, didn't have any such function.

This was something I had added in recently because I could, and as for how I planned to achieve it. It was simple, the New Gods had already figured it out… Well theoretically.

From the Apokalips Pit, I learned that the New Gods had long since quantified the mysterious existence that was popularly known as a soul.

It was literally our core code. They basically turned the soul from a mysterious existence to maths.

My current existence, which literally exists as coding, was proof of that. With the body prepared, I began the difficult part of the entire thing.

While this was going on, I would solely be relying on luck because I don't know how long it would take, and I wouldn't be aware of anything happening in the outside world.

In order to be fully secured, I hardened the outer shell of my cocoon even further. Using the tiny nanocytes, I mimicked the molecular structure of some of the hardest metals I knew.

It was the best I could do for now until the transfer was done. After several minutes of preparing and ensuring my safety, I finally began the process.

As soon as it was activated, the program took over as I slowly drifted into the unconscious world.

"Lord, please help me through this" I prayed for the last time before finally drifting away.

While that happened, all over the planet, several parademons could be seen flying around and gathering the dead bodies of all living things they had killed.

Those were their main reason for attacking, the millions of mad techno-organic beasts spent hours scouring the planet for anything that closely resembled a living being.

Several times, they passed over the house but didn't notice a thing. There was nobody heat to detect, so why should they bother themselves going there.
