Thal'Kor

Thal'Kor is my creation. Thal'Kor comes from a multiverse that is a figment of the myriad of ideas in my imagination. So I will explain his powers and part of his origin. I will leave a lot a mystery because I want to keep the immersion in the story at a good level and I also don't want to spoil anything.

Thal'Kor was one of the first primordial ancient gods in his multiverse. He, like many other stories, was born from the first ever god, Chaos. Chaos embodies the chaotic and turbulent energies that clashed together in the vast expanse of nothingness. Meaning he is the embodiment of the energies that make up EVERYTHING in that multiverse. Chaos has absolute power over everything in that universe, although he can be absorbed and have his position usurped with the proper plan. Thal'Kor was the fifth god created by Chaos. The first was Creation, Zephyr. Then Oblivar/Destruction, Vitalia/Life, Death/Tartarus and Gaia/Nature and Earth. Thal'Kor is the embodiment of magic power in his multiverse.

Thal'Kor ever since his birth never had any feelings toward his siblings. His only interest was magic. He thirsted for new forms of magic, different ways to apply it, and ways to push it past its limits. He gained the nickname of 'The Insatiable' through his never-ending search for magical knowledge for trillions of years. He ended up creating a magic network, separate from the one bestowed upon him by Chaos, through his efforts. This magic network has 2 simple benefits. Any magic in existence is included (even new ones created all he has to do is observe them once and he'll gain complete mastery and maybe even a way to advance it), and an infinite amount of mana. He named this network, the Arcana.

Now, let's talk about Apostles. The apostles in Thal'Kor's multiverse which I will name Oblivion for convenience are beings of immense power. When a god accepts an apostle, which none have ever due to the conditions, they tie their existences together as one. They become each other. The mortal who becomes the apostle usually holds custody over the body left behind after unification. Meaning the God nearly ceases to exist from their point of view. It is simply just a bad choice to accept an apostle for them.

The Apostle of the Arcane is Thal'Kor's apostle. This apostle has access to the Arcana. FULL access. But, they have to pass trials set in place by Thal'Kor to gain full access. The total number? Redacted. Through these trials more of the enigma of Thal'Kor and his multiverse will be revealed.

For now though, that's all you need to know. Thank you for reading this if you took the time. Happy reading.
