Just The Beginning

" I'm ready to take revenge," Seraphina said

"I'm tired of feeling so broken and out of life, I'm ready to fight back, I want revenge, please help me," Seraphina said.

Sebastian smiled widely and nodded.

"I'm with you, I'll help you take revenge Seraphina," He said.

They hugged for a few seconds.

"So, what's the first step? What do I have to do first?" Seraphina asked, full of energy.

Sebastian chuckled slightly, then his face turned serious.

"This is not something we just carelessly go into, Seraphina. We need days or even weeks to draft out our plan well so we both don't end up getting hurt in the process, revenge is a risk, you win only by being ready and very careful."

Seraphina nodded as she reflected on Sebastian's words.

"I know you left home in a bad state but you still need to go back there for now Seraphina, it's getting late," Sebastian said slowly, he was not sure how Seraphina was going to take his suggestion.

Seraphina turned to him with an unpleasant look on her face.

She didn't want to go back to her parent's home after everything that happened before she walked out on them, but she was of course not expecting this nice guy in front of her to let a girl he had just met today spend the night in his house even though they were planning something big together.

"What if I spend the night here?" Seraphina asked anyway, "please?" She slowly added with a sad look.

Sebastian chuckled dryly, he sat up, with his hands in his jeans pocket.

"No Seraphina. No one around you must find out that we know each other" Sebastian stated.

"As long as taking revenge on Ethan and his family is on, our relationship must be a secret just between me and you, okay?" He added.

Seraphina nodded, she completely understood.

After they had both agreed for Seraphina to go back to her parent's home for now, they both exchanged contacts and Sebastian promised to text Seraphina when he was done drafting the plan for the revenge.

A few seconds after Sebastian had stood at his window and watched Seraphina leave, his phone rang with a call, he peeped at the caller, it was Seraphina.

He was hesitant to pick up at first but he finally did. He quickly looked out his window to see if she was still around but she wasn't.

"Hello," Sebastian said into the phone.

" Hi," Seraphina said back.

" I'm sorry for calling you so suddenly. I know we only agreed on texting each other." She added.

When she noticed that Sebastian was quiet and didn't say a word, she continued.

"I just wanted to say thank you. And that I also believe that fate led me to you because I really do need your help and I'm happy and grateful that you are willing to help me. Thank you Sebastian" Seraphina said and quickly hung up.

She took a deep breath where she stood, and then a little smile carved her lips.

She felt excited and alive, it's been years since she last felt this way.

The feeling was wonderful, it made her want to dance but she had to behave herself for no one was to find out that she was planning something huge with a guy she had just met today.

She started to walk home, with a smile on her face, she was excited for the payback to begin.

Ethan arrived at his girlfriend's birthday party, he stepped out of his car and immediately saw Dorcas standing outside continuously checking her phone.

As always Dorcas was dressed like a fashion goddess, her blonde hair was tied in a ponytail with a big red scrunchie.

"Hey," He called as he walked over to her.

A slight smile carved Dorcas's red-painted lips.

"Finally, you are here," she said and stretched a hand to Ethan.

"Hurry! I need to make an entrance and I want it to be a grand one with my boyfriend" Dorcas added with her hand still stretched out to Ethan who avoided it and instead, stood right in front of her, with his hands in his pockets.

"I need to talk to you, Dorcas," Ethan said, his tone commanding

"Whatever it is, can it not wait till after I'm done partying? It's my birthday!" Dorcas stated.

"No. I need to talk to you now" Ethan said sharply.

Dorcas rolled her eyes and just then she gasped a little excited as she saw her elder sister come out of a car.

"Serena!" She called out excitedly as she walked past confused Ethan.

Ethan stared at the familiar car as it drove away, before staring at Dorcas and her sister, Ethan was not not even aware that Dorcas had a sister.

Just as Ethan's eyes landed on Dorcas's sister, his mouth slightly opened and his eyes widened in shock as he recognized her,

His father's mistress.

Now he understood why the car that had dropped her off looked familiar because it was his father's car.

"Sh..she is your sister?" Ethan asked, confusion and shock evident on his face.

Dorcas nodded with a smile, holding her sister by the arm,

Dorcas's sister, Serena, was confused at first and didn't understand why Ethan was so shocked to see her but after a few seconds, she gasped out in shock, as she finally recognized the son of her lover.

"Serena, meet Ethan, my boyfriend, and Ethan, meet Serena, my elder sister," Dorcas said excitedly oblivious to what was going on.

Serena slammed her hand to her mouth which was opened with shock.

Her little sister's boyfriend was her lover's son. "Oh my God" she gasped out.

"What is it?" Dorcas asked as she saw the visible look of shock on her sister's face.

Ethan suddenly started to laugh uncontrollably then it turned into a loud angry scream.

"You sluts!!" He yelled at Serena and Dorcas, pointing a finger at them.

Dorcas frowned heavily at Ethan's sudden comment on her and Serena.

"What do you mean?" She asked, annoyed

"This relationship is over! Do not call me ever again!" Ethan said aloud and walked away,

Dorcas screamed out his name continuously behind him as he walked away but Ethan didn't stop or even turn around, he got into his car and drove off.

"Wha...what just happened?" Dorcas asked, her voice trembling.

She noticed the guilty look on Serena's face and knew something was wrong.

"You knew Ethan?" She asked she sounded angry

Serena slowly nodded.
