Chapter Seventeen

In the phantom guild, Yami was confronting guild master Jose.

"You know not even your guild master can say he will beat me," Jose says "do you think you're stronger than him"

"you say it as you could beat master" Yami looks at him not hiding his anger in his eye "no, the way I am now isn't a match for master" Yami answers in a calm tone

"But for you, I'm enough," Yami says

Jose was officially pissed.

Yami moves to attack but Jose disappears from where he was. He appears a few meters away from his former position.

"as expected of you Yami you are faster than Erza is" Jose compliments "you should be more fun"

Yami doesn't bother with him as moves again faster than before.

Jose could barely react as Yami's blade almost cut him in half but only got his shirt.

"this how did you become faster" Jose was shocked.

Yami continues to attack. This time Jose takes him more seriously but he wasn't able to keep up with Yami.

This is because Yami is use {MANA ZONE}.

With the help of {MANA ZONE} and his KI, all Jose's movements are laid out for Yami making him one step ahead.

Yami attacked again this time Jose wasn't able to get away in time causing him to get hit by the attack.

A larger cut appears on Jose's chest. He touches the injury and was furious.

How dare you" Jose screams

{Dead Wave}

Jose extends his as a wave of ghost form into a destructive wave which is sent at Yami.

Yami doesn't move and the attack engulfs him. The attack was powerful enough to blast a large hole in the base.

When the dust clears a sphere covered in dark magic was the only thing left in the path of the attack. The sphere opens revealing Yami untouched.

"How?" Jose was shocked seeing Yami block his attack.

Yami walks towards Jose with very intimidating pressure.

"Don't come near me" Jose shouts jumping back while shooting dark energy at Yami.

When the attack came near Yami, he just slaps it away to the side. Now Jose was scared he couldn't understand why his attack wasn't working on Yami.

This was because of Yami Mana Skin which increases Yami's defense and his natural affinity for darkness.

"why the expression? don't tell me you're scared" Yami said while coming closer. "I haven't even paid you for what you have done to Erza"

Yami was mainly pissed because of Erza. He saw when she was ready to stab herself if not for Yami appearing.

{Mana zone:

A giant magic circle appears under Yami. A lot of dark energy starts appearing around.

Natsu, Happy, and Lucy who were on top of the phantom guildhall were shocked by the magic pressure

"What incredible power" Lucy said while barely holding up

"This magic!! Yami" Natsu said realizing who magic it was.

Erza and the rest who were outside also felt it.

"How can you have so much magic energy?" Jose cried out.

Yami doesn't answer him as he raises his sword holding it with two arms as the energy focuses on the blade forming a large blade. The blade grows busting through the ceiling almost hitting Natsu in the process.

…Black sword}

The blade comes down on Jose.

*Boom!!!*

Half of the guild came crumbling down while the ocean was split into two till it reaches the beach near the Fairy tail guild.

The dust settles down; Jose was shaking in fear on the ground next to the path of destruction left by Yami's attack.

Yami looks at Jose before turning to look at his side.

"Why did you stop me, Master?" Yami said to the master who was floating.

The master arrived a few minutes after Yami. He decided to watch by the side. he is the one who moved Jose away from Yami's attack range.

"You of all people knows that it won't end well if you do that," the master said talking about the council.

Yami sighs, only then did he remember what type of anime Fairy Tail was. He wanted to end Jose.

Although it is all fun and games when watching it in anime. It is different for him now as they are his new family it just does sit well with him knowing he was going to walk away like that

"Come let's go back and get some rest you're already at your limit," the master says to the worn-out Yami.

He was right Yami is barely holding on. He has been on the move non-stop since yesterday without rest and now he had another battle.

"I guess your right" Yami says as he then passes out falling to the ground

The master then helps Yami out and waved down at the fairy tail members.

When they saw their master, all the Fairy Tail members exploded in cheer and applause.

"Fairy Tail is victorious!" Makarov declared, "But I had very little to do with it. This victory is yours, my children!"

As the rest of Fairy Tail whooped their victory.

"We couldn't have done it without you, Yami." He added with a smile.
