5. Collected

Sin dodged the lunge that the spider attempted, he quickly cut a mark in his arm for blood and took some and drew a seal on the side of the spider's body, the spider noticed and tried to attack to where he dodged, Sin simply laughed and jumped behind the spider!

"Really. You think you can catch me with a speed like that? Sorry my reactions are top class, you trash." Sin began to laugh at the spider which only made it angry, it screeched at him and tried to shoot out a poison, when Sin dodged it the poison hit James!

"Tch. Really. You can't injure me so you have to injure others? No playing around anymore!" Sin screamed out, he didn't personally care for James, but Mark did.

"Soul Devour!" Sin screamed out and went to where he painted the seal, he put his fingers inside of it and twisted, causing immense pain to the Spider. He then pulled out the embodiment of Malice inside of the Spider's soul and it screamed in agony, until it stopped.

Suddenly, the spider was no longer screaming at Sin and instead turned into its human form and was crying.

"What am I doing? I'm.. I'm just so hungry!" The woman fell to her knees, shaking. She just now realized all that she had done.

"I see. You aren't a true demon. I will protect you, and I will help with your nourishment. You no longer need to kill, I'll take care of it. Just as long as you swear loyalty to me!" Sin said staring down at her with extreme confidence and the look of a god staring at an ant.

"I.. understand." She replied with a look of shame and confusion, she couldn't stop staring at the ground. She couldn't come to terms with what she had done.

"I grant you the name of Seva" Sin said, as he said this Seva gained an immense amount of mana! Her eyes lit up instantly, she felt less beaten down.

'There goes the mana I just earned.. at least I now have a tamed demon with a name..' Sin was pretty sad that he was still empty in terms of mana

"Cure the poison you inflicted on James." Sin said with a frustrated expression with a finger pointing at James

"I understand" she replied, then dispelled the poison.

"For now, stay in your human form and when we're at school do not contact me. As for after, meet discreetly at my house and I will begin explaining the next steps to my objective" Sin explained to Seva carefully to ensure she understand, she simply nodded. Sin then went to walk more but then stopped and noticed something.

'Interesting.. this James kid has some mana. I'll keep that in mind.' He then walked out and left to his room for the night.
