The sudden earthquake happened just as the serpent's gigantic body was twitching. If I have to include his body, which was still in the deep lake before disappearing and turning into a huge magic stone, I simply can't predict how huge this serpent's can be.

Hmm~, the serpent's is huge enough to easily swallow the Titan monster boss. Luckily, I always like to end fights quickly without giving any time; otherwise, this would probably be the toughest fight.

As she moved to a big building with a logo of a sword, bow, and wizard staff, she overheard an argument. 

There are a lot of people in the building, and two guys can be found arguing in the center while the others are just watching.

"We are leaving!" 

"Are you being serious?!" 

"Isn't it obvious?! We come here to earn money! Not here to kill ourselves!"

"You will earn a tone of money once we overcome this!"

"Are you out of your mind?! Don't make me laugh! What's the order was given by these blue-blooded again?!"

"Say it!"

"...." The guy kept silent even though he knew that was too hilarious.

"Hah! You know it yourself! So move away!"

"Wait, please consider helping the town people..." A girl wearing the adventure guild uniform tried to convince them to stay and help, but they chose to ignore and leave the adventure guild along with their team.

The rest of the adventurer watched them leave in silence. Now, only half of the early crowd remains in the building.

Amaya is the girl who works as a guild advisor, and she's standing beside Rizo.

Mona was also speechless because she was pointing to the nearest object, which was about three hundred meters away, but the girl mistakenly shot at an object a thousand meters away. 

"GUYS! We got ourselves a master archer here with us! Let's.."

"Hold your horses." Said by Rizo

Rizo takes three of his daggers out of his tied belt and throws them while saying, "Shoot it down!"

"Artemis? Artemis?!! Sure! Why not? Isn't her beauty and superb shooting skills enough to call her the living goddess Artemis? ! " Another one agreed

"ARTEMIS! ARTEMIS! ARTEMIS!...." one by one, followed by another, and the rest of the adventurers are now cheered out.

"Ha-ha.." 'Artemis' laugh in a nervous

Mona grabs 'Artemis' shoulder and says, "Just gratefully accept the name... In this situation, they just hope to have a goddess be able to fight with them."

"Alright, everyone, time to move out!" He took his weapon out and shouted in confidence. "With a living goddess Artemis here with us, we can safely return back to here and have a drink like usual!"

"Rizo, it seems like you have made a tactical decision in your mind," said Amaya, who now looks at Rizo after noticing his face has finally lightened up.

Rizo looks at Amaya and gives her a reliable-looking face. "Yes, if things work out, tomorrow you'll just need to be ready for our hot, warm dinner."

Amaya reached her hand out to Rizo. "Alright then, that will be 22 gold and 71 big silver coins," she said with a smiley face.

"That's.. I will broke..."

"Everyone! Rizo, say he will treat us to a sumptuous meal!" Mona exclaimed, having just eavesdropped on their conversation.

Three monsters came out of a blind spot and caught the adventurers's attention, but they were shot down by an arrow in their heads. Soon, the monster turned into a magic stone.

"Thank you, Artemis!" 

She nods to the guy and looks in another direction.

At a far distance, a horde of monsters starts showing up. A few fellow adventurers look in the same direction and alert the rest of the others. 

"Thirty monster spots in sight, coming from the north-east!"

Seeing the monster coming towards them, Artemis shoots down many monsters until she is going to finish all of them, and when she moves her hand to reach to her arrow quiver to draw the arrow, it is emptied.

"Ah, I have emptied my arrow."

"Artemis, you have done enough of your portion, leave these few monsters to us."

"Yeah, goddess Artemis, leave some to us! We feel like we have been slacking." 

They said that as they charged in, they fought the monster, and soon, with their numerical advantage, the monster was easily eliminated.

"Everyone, let's gather over here!" Exclaimed Rizo

The rest start moving, and while some are on their way here, they still pick up what's left of the magic stone on the ground.

"Here, goddess Artemis" said a female elf whose hands were holding an arrow and giving it to Artemis. "These arrows are still usable."

When the elf girl handed her the arrow, her heart was filled with gratitude. She can easily tell that the arrows are the ones she shoots at the monster. And some of the arrows are new; they must be from the elf girl—her own.

"Thank you very much." Artemis happily accepted it and put it in her arrow quiver.

After all the adventurers gathered, Rizo asked, "Anybody hurt?" He glanced at everyone, but then everyone looked at each other and shook their heads.

"Funny, while we are engaging with the monsters, one by one they are all shot down by Artemis, and most of the monsters before they can reach us are already turned into magic stones." Mona burst into laughter and continued, "I bet we all barely sweat, if that doesn't count sweating in the cold."

"I agree! Thanks to goddess Artemis, we are unhurt."

They all praise Artemis for how she took care of most of the monsters and in the meantime, saved them, but the girl wasn't paying attention.

She has been distracted most of the time when she comes to this forest, and she always keeps looking deep into the forest.

"The monster is around 300, which doesn't seem right. The report was written in thousand."

"Maybe that scouter has exaggerated? Could it be that he has never witnessed such a large horde monster, and then he gave the wrong information?"

When they went deeper and deeper into the forest, they were surprised by the view of the deep forest. The forest's original green leaves and birch wood are mixed with purple and red, more like a heavy 'decorated' with the colour purple, which was the magic stone, and the bloody red blood.

The fighting trace is everywhere, and the proof is that most of the trees were cut into half, broken into parts, and fallen to the ground, only a very few of which remain undamaged. 

"The scouter is right! The monster we encountered in the outer area was only what's left behind! Maybe those we fought were fleeing from being slaughtered." Rizo examines the tree that was cut in half and continues, "I can confirm this person is using a big claymore."

Artemis looks around, then says, "This is one side massive killing that was done by one person." Artemis turned her head and glanced at the mountain; she then continued running towards the mountain.

Rizo, Mona, and a few others continue to follow Artemis, but most of the rest of them decided to stay and collect the thousands of magic stones left over here. 

Getting closer and closer to the mountain... Why do I feel so anxious? is like, If something happened to me... instead of returning... I feel I would have died. 

When I reached the mountain, I spotted a huge entrance.

We took a look at the entrance.

The entrance was forcibly breached.

From here, I believe we can directly access to the heart of the mountain.

Approach with caution, the floor also has tonnes of magic stones laying on the ground.

As we continued to walk deeper, we saw a large open space, which means that this is the centre of the mountain.

Upon arriving at the centre of the mountain, I found a girl who has very long silver hair that reaches her leg calf, she has white, milky skin and is wearing a hat on her head that has hidden her look. "Shh!!" Rizo stops Mona from continuing to run her mouth, and he turns his head to Artemis and says, "Artemis, we should leave now."

I know he meant it. I nod and decide to leave this place.

All the sudden, A claw emerged from the ground, its open claw aimed at Artemis.

Mona was standing beside Artemis. With only this little time, all Artemis can do is push away Mona, who is closer to her, to prevent her from getting involved in this.

Most of the author publish 1-2k word a chapter and most important is letting the reader easily spot their book in the update list.
