Date with Samus-3
Now that they had gotten all the shopping out of the way, it was time for the movie. Picking up food and snacks before they had to drive up there, the gates opening automatically once David had gotten close.
''Hey, I know this place... Used to have to stop by here occasionally and kick people out who had broken in.'' Samus said as they entered.
''I plan to reopen it actually, cleaned up the place, and I found a stash of old movies on a job, plan to play them. Going to have the burger place from earlier open a shop here, ask a few friends I know who have stands to post up as well, I have security and everything else planned as well, just need to update some of the equipment to provide better quality. After that, it'll be smooth sailing.''
''What movie are we watching?'' Samus said as they waited, it was just a bit before sundown now. With driving, walking, and doing everything a lot of time had passed.
''Tonight? Since I know you're no romantic movie type on the first date, we're going to watch a movie called Austin Powers.'' David had a half grin, trying to keep himself together.
''What's it about?''
''An international Super Spy, he gets the girls, he gets the job done. Harder than any spy around, I felt you'd like it because you'd connect with a few things about the movie.''
''Oh? Well, consider me at least interested.'' Samus said as she snuggled into Bast's seat, the roof pulling up and back like a convertible, even the windows lowered out of the way.
David had to turn away and take a deep breath.
If Lucy and Rebecca found out that the first movie he showed Samus of all people was an Austin Powers movie. They'd hate him.
Then laugh hysterically.
This was going to be funny for many years to come, even if they didn't get into a relationship and just stayed friends, it would be a funny memory to look back to.
As the sun lowered and they got settled in, David had to use every bit of training to keep his face impassive. Then the movie started.
And after about an hour and thirty minutes?
Samus was in tears, clutching her stomach, David gripping the steering wheel tightly as he tried to steady his breathing. They had just finished the first movie, international man of mystery and Samus loved every moment of it.
Having him build up her expectations about the movie, and then get presented with that had been an absolute highlight of the night.
Since it was only an hour and a half the two of them had decided to watch another movie, something with a bit less comedic elements and more serious. After some consideration and letting Samus scroll through the movies they had available, which was a lot.
Samus chose Die Hard, the first movie.
Both of them enjoyed the company, movie, and food so by the time that movie had finished. David dropped Samus at her apartment, promising for a second date as David drove of.
''So I've been looking over creating this F.E.A.S.T. thing you sent me earlier, and there is a place that suits our needs, and after looking into it I found quite a few people who are down on their luck and willing to teach subjects as well, here's everything I've found so far.''
David's blue eyes glowed softly in response to the information transfer, looking it over as he drove. ''Proceed with it, outsource protection to the Aldecaldos a-.''
''Hold on, emergency call coming in.'' Bast stated, the line switching as David raised brow, turning to look at the new window that appeared in his vision. Funny enough, it was Saul Bright, the current leader of the Aldecaldos. As well as, technically his uncle.

David knew that voice and tone, Carol Emeka, or as a lot of people knew her, Agony Aunt Carol.
David's face became serious, already pinging multiple lines to get people to start responding. Getting out of Bast as the trunk automatically opened. His Companion jumped out from the trunk and landed with a heavy sound as it made its way to David, it suddenly shifting as it began to fully cover him in the middle of the street.
<Give me five minutes, reinforcements in Twenty.>
<Shit, one more gun is better than no guns.> Carol chuckled, despite the situation as there was an explosion, along with what sounded like a younger voice shouting out.
<THOSE MOTHER FUCKERS, THEY JUST BLEW UP MY BIKE! AUGH!> P

Saul was watching the sky, it was night but the moon was out, and silhouetted by the moon was a dark object approaching them quickly.
Only for whatever the hell it was to land onto a Wraith van, an explosion ripping out from the van as it was crushed, the firefight seeming to slow down a bit from the impact.
As the smoke lifted from the van, it showed what looked to be a humanoid suit with Doberman features. A minigun started to spin up on its shoulder and what looked to be an Ajax assault rifle, the humanoid figure pulling the slide back as it chambered a round and primed it to start firing.
