Pervert

Lianne got up from the bed and smoothened it before going into her bedroom. As a precaution, she locked it as well. She didn't think Kai would try to come in, but like what her mother had always told her: never trust a man 100%.

99% is okay.

Never take things for granted, never be too complacent.

Men are human, after all.

Lianne then hit herself on the forehead.

So would lying down on the bed next to him be courting death?!

She could hear the shower in the bathroom and gulped.

Rather than focusing on a particular beautiful man with long legs being naked in her bathroom, it's better to divert her attention to something else.

Lianne hit her cheeks, feeling them being really flushed.

Kai let the shower hit him and the stream of water felt good.

Looking at the liquid soap and shampoo, Kai smiled. Goats Milk Soap?

Interesting.

Opening the cap, he smelled it and it did have that sort of creamy milky smell. The shampoo had a vanilla smell.

Seems like his Angel liked these sort of 'food' smell?

Not that he was complaining.

She really did smell sweet.

He had better double check later tonight …

Kai shook his head.

<Be good, Kai. Be good> he told himself over and over.

He can't betray her trust in him and he took a deep breath as he focused on calming himself down. Didn't help that the bathroom just made him think of her, as everything here screamed 'Lianne'.

And when he thought of her while bathing … Kai groaned and made the shower colder as his hand went down to grasp the damn rebellious part of him that required some release.

While Kai was calming himself down, Lianne was wondering why Kai was taking so long in the shower.

Did he, perhaps, fall asleep in there?

It couldn't be, right?

She was tempted to knock on the door and ask him but she was also worried that if she did, he'd open the door half-naked.

She decided to wait a few more minutes.

Luckily, the sound of the shower stopped.

Lianne waited some more, her ears straining to hear the sounds from the bathroom. When she heard the door open, she counted to ten before determining that there was no longer any sound coming from inside.

Satisfied, Lianne took off her pants and underwear, then wrapped a towel around her waist to cover her lower half. Even though she lived alone, she wasn't comfortable enough to just walk around naked.

More so since Kai was in the apartment.

Even when entering the bathroom, she would not strip completely but just take off the lower part as it was a hassle to do so in the bathroom. Especially since the floor would most likely be wet after Kai had used it.

She still had her shirt on, though she had already taken off her bra. Taking a smaller towel, she then opened the bathroom door to enter so that she could bathe.

Only to be greeted with the sight of Kai pulling up his pants.

He was bent forward a bit, his hair still slightly wet and he looked up upon hearing her open the door. He gave her a lopsided grin before standing up properly, showing off his naked torso.

The water from his hair dripped down on that utterly sleek chest, down his abdominal muscles and … Lianne tore her eyes away from the spectacle he was showing her, only to see his amused expression as he walked over.

"Sorry," Lianne said as she stepped back, "I thought you were done."

"I am," Kai said, standing in front of her and she glared at him.

"You did that on purpose, didn't you?" Lianne accused him.

She saw that the other bathroom door was open, which indicated that she had not heard wrongly. She had even waited for a while before opening the door, and he had not made any noise at all inside.

Obviously, he was waiting for her.

Luckily she was not the type to strip before entering the bathroom.

Still, even though she was still covered, she was rather self-conscious of the fact that she wasn't wearing any undergarments and he was half-naked.

"Well, I didn't accidentally open the door," Kai replied innocently.

"Well, since you're done, shoo," Lianne said, waving her hands in front of her as if shooing him away, "It's my turn."

Kai tilted his head and tried to look into Lianne's bedroom but she blocked his sight and he asked her, "Why can't we sleep in your bedroom?"

"My bedroom is private," Lianne told him, "It's off-limits."

He opened his mouth to ask, but Lianne beat him to it, "Off. Limits. Yes, even to Zero."

Kai's face brightened up and he reached out to her but she smacked his hand away, "Shoo. I need to bathe."

Kai stepped aside to allow her to enter but he didn't leave. Lianne glared at him and he put up his hands in surrender, "I jest."

He went out and with a bow, he closed the door after saying, "The abode is yours."

Lianne huffed and locked the door, then started fanning herself again.

Damn, but that was truly an assault to the senses. It had taken all of her effort to remain unimpressed at the vision that had been in front of her. He had oozed with sexiness and worse of all, he was hers.

It was at that moment that she understood fully the phrase 'wanting to jump him'.

Lianne growled at the door.

Specifically, to the man that was most likely still behind the door.

That damn heavenly creature did that to seduce her and she was oh, so sorely tempted. Looks like she'd better set the ground rules later, or else, she will just kick him out.

With that thought, Lianne went to take a shower.

Kai, in the meantime, was leaning on the door with a smile.

Damn, he was getting to be such a pervert.
