Cabin cleaning…

Suddenly, something started glowing on Alice's head, the symbol looked like a golden wheat, which I think it actually was.

Dionysus clapped his hands: "How wonderful! A child of Demeter, that's rare. I wonder which mortal was worthy enough of her.

"Uh Dionysus, I don't think…" Chiron said with a small voice

Suddenly, a loud BOOOOOOOM shook the whole building, and when everybody got back to their senses, Dionysus was covered with smoke.

"UUUUHHHH...Right, personal grudge, continue with this DAMN feast, I'm going." Dionysus said with an angry look "GOO-actually just BYE!"

Dionysus disappeared again.

Chiron looked at the confused faces and quickly said: "Uh sorry about that. Right, time for Cabin Cleaning, and like always, the cleanest cabin gets to go to the campfire and roast marshmallows, the dirtiest cabin has to patrol the kitchen. You there HERMES CABIN!

Chiron raises his eyebrows. The Hermes' cabin looked sheepish. The Aphrodite and Athena cabin smirks. The rest of the other cabins shrug.

Chiron waves his hand and oh wow, I'm in a cabin.

I looked around the cabin, it was so messy. How could anyone even live here? I looked at the cobwebs. Oh right, it was clear nobody had been in here for a long time. I rubbed my hands and got to work.

Some minutes later the cabin was as clean as new. Thank goodness I possessed Poseidon's powers. I still didn't know how to fully control them but I was starting to get used to them and having some command over them. Well, the point is, the powers helped me clean. As I was about to go out, the door opened and a girl stood in the open doorway. The girl had surprisingly beautiful hazel hair that was tied up in a loose pigtail, she looked pretty even though she wore no makeup. She blinked her long eyelashes and came in.

The girl looked around and smiled: "My…you really have a nice sense of fashion. Look how organised and clean this is! I've never seen cabin 3 this clean before. Pity you aren't a daughter of Aphrodite."

The girl walked to the end of the room and touched the wooden wall, she looked closely at the wall.

I got confused: "What are you doing?"

The girl smiled again: "I thought I saw something on the wall, but never mind, I think I was hallucinating. I'll remember you did well for cabin cleaning."

She jotted a few notes on her notebook and walked to the door.

"My name is Esme Harper by the way," the girl said before closing the door.

It's eight fifty, and Chiron is telling us the results of cabin cleaning. Ugh, this stuff is really boring, I'd rather study that sword of mine, now, where did I put it…

"-impressive cleaning Poseidon cabin-" I jolted back to reality as Chiron turned his face to me: "Seems like I've underestimated the power of the sea. Well, that concludes the results. Have fun Athena and Poseidon cabin, and Hermes cabin…sigh…it's the 21 time in a row.
