Ares has finally had enough of the disrespect from the other gods and has decided that he deserves Hekate as his bride. Hekate disagrees, in order for Hekate to escape him she leaves her immortal body to find a human vessel. Kate loves her cafe, cares about her friends, and lets a goddess live inside of her. Hekate has been with Kate's family since she left her body taking over when necessary to fight against Ares minions. Everything was going well until the day one of Ares son's attacks her outside of her cafe and she discovers that someone has set Ares free.

Chapter Fifty-One

   "It's not a vacation, Zagryus, there is something I actually have to do there," Kate set her mug on the counter and crossed her arms, her brow rose at him.

   "Oh come on, don't you think you should at least try to enjoy it?" he gave her a lopsided grin that fell when she just continued to stare at him.

   "Fine, be all serious," he held his hands up in surrender and went to rummage through the fridge.

   Kate rolled her eyes at him and turned her attention back to Hermes, "Hera?"

   "She is with my father, though she isn't happy about it but," he shrugged without finishing.

   Kate nodded, "Finally," she gave a relieved sigh, she was glad to know Hera wouldn't be a problem for her. She picked up her mug, "How do we get to Circe's island?"

   "We must take a boat," Athena said leaning against the counter.

   "Okay...do you know anyone with a boat?"

   "I have a boat," Ollie piped in, Kate turned and stared at him.
