Chapter 91

He turned and his eyes did an appreciative takeover. It took an enormous amount of willpower not to swoon from the heated gaze.

He looked yummy too in his black tuxedo, a white shirt underneath and a black bowtie resting peacefully on it.

On his wrist was a beautifully designed wristwatch and someone must have polished those black shoes of his until they shone.

"Don't call him that. He doesn't like to be called names. I've talked to Jace, he will not disturb you again"

"Are we ready to leave?" Pérez descended the steps two at a time in a tuxedo similar to Jason's but of a different design.

"Yes. Explaining the changes to Selene"

I could read the excitement in the air. Were they really just happy about a couple of awards or...

"You guys are planning to leave me out of the fun again, aren't you?"

They stared at me in surprise.

"Nobody denied, so I'm guessing it's true"
